The lights were really dark in the room. Also, found a lot of hairs on the floor , obviously they didn’t clean it thoroughly, sitting out there was a refrigerator in the room , it was located inside the drawer , without any labels

The rooms are spacious with a friendly staff always ready to help. It’s also close to subway station, Central Park and restaurants. We definitely enjoy our stay.

My colleague was guided to the wrong room, a twin room (she had booked a double room), and there were someone's belongings in it, which is unbelievable. The hotel made her come down to the front desk and guided her to a different type of room. Most of all, there was no proper apology or compensation. In the end, she had to stay in a twin room with a poor view (on the opposite side of Central Park). I have huge concerns about the hotel's safety and its policy on how to handle problems if things go wrong.
