It was too hot in the room, although the website says there is an airco, it doesn't work (according to them: it's "too expensive to turn on", so they will turn it on only when they think it's hot enough 😅 (which is never apparently), and to make things worse, there is no small fridge in the room. You book a view, you get no view, and you can't reason with them at all because you've already paid. Oh yeah. The internet speed is laughable, 3 MB/S, for people who dont know how bad that is, well let's just say you MIGHT be able to send a WhatsApp or facebook message, but you'll never be able to make a call. No kettle to boil water, and when I went down to get some coffee from the coffee machine it didn't work, they told me that "sometimes" it works (because it's not for us).

In viaggi ad Annency abbiamo pernottatto in questa struttura che è periferica rispettato al centro, dista circa 6/7 km ma per noi non èstato un problema. Zona tranquilla, parcheggio gratis all'interno dell'area dell'hotel. La camera era pulita, letto confortevole. Bagno senza bidet come in tutte le strutture francesi. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione che ci è stata proposta a 9,5€. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, valido per soggiorni brevi

Hôtel bien situé Les chambres sont bien mais il manque une bouilloire pour faire son café et pas de bouteille d eau, il y a bien un distributeur au Rez de chaussée mais pas de bouteille d’eau dedans. Petit déjeuner bien mais trop cher.

Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble. Bonne literie mais oreiller vraiment trop mince mais la réception n’a pas hésité à me fournir un second oreiller. Pour une nuit pas de soucis mais pour 3, manque des crochets dans la salle de bain pour suspendre les serviettes, un petit meuble pour déposer mes articles de toilette. La salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraîchissement surtout le bac à douche. Nous étions en bout de couloir donc pas de passage, très calme. Ce que je n’aime vraiment pas c’est la moquette dans les chambres et couloirs, surtout lorsque celle-ci est tachée mais je saiscque c’est pour que les bruits de pas et les roulettes des valises fassent moins de bruit... L’accueil du 1er jour fût agréable. Personne accueillante et surtout souriante. Après plus besoin de personne mais le personnel du petit déjeuner était soit indifférent soit pas souriant. Je recommande tout de même ACE Hôtel et y reviendrais avec plaisir.

Excellent hotel with free parking and great location to go by bus to annecy vieille ville for 2 euros/ per way. A good coffe for 1.20 euros. Safe neighbourhood and a lot of spot for shopping near the hotel, restaurants ect. I highly recommend this hotel. A big thank you to Tanaiss who was very helpful and very friendly during our stay.

Although far from the center of beautiful Annecy, the hotel is very accessible by public transportation, with a bus stop only a few minutes away by foot. Big grocery stores are also within walking distance, which makes it very handy when you are travelling with family and don't want to spend a ton of money on restaurants. There is not much to do around the hotel, but it means the area is very quiet. We also appreciated the tables outside in front of the lobby, where we played cards in the evening. If we have the chance to return to Annecy one day, we will look into staying at this hotel again.

Although far from the center of beautiful Annecy, the hotel is very accessible by public transportation, with a bus stop only a few minutes away by foot. Big grocery stores are also within walking distance, which makes it very handy when you are travelling with family and don't want to spend a ton of money on restaurants. There is not much to do around the hotel, but it means the area is very quiet. We also appreciated the tables outside in front of the lobby, where we played cards in the evening. If we have the chance to return to Annecy one day, we will look into staying at this hotel again.

Great place for great price. AC worked well enough. Loved the location and would highly recommend this place for anyone driving through or exploring the Annecy region.

Hôtel bien situé Les chambres sont bien mais il manque une bouilloire pour faire son café et pas de bouteille d eau, il y a bien un distributeur au Rez de chaussée mais pas de bouteille d’eau dedans. Petit déjeuner bien mais trop cher.

Very basic hotel, far from the lake. Good price I don’t know why they gave me a handicap bathroom so the shower had no curtains it looked like an old hospital. Maybe the handicap rooms are cheaper I don’t know, but I didn’t ask for that.

The staff were very helpful when I arrived with my motorcycle. The room was very clean, spacious with an excellent shower and comfortable bed. It was also very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.
