WhiteHouse at Grand Central

The rooms were FREEZING!!!!! staff is in a different building. they told me to “wait for it to warm up”…so I had to leave for hours…it never warmed past 66 degrees. So the next day they moved us to a different room, which was nice but that room was set at 50°. We saw a heater in the closet so we use that they told us that heater was for a different customer and they made us give it away. The room did not warm up for 12 hours. Staff just text they don't give a name so you don't know who you're talking to. They keep giving conflicting information. It's very very confusing. Nobody seems to talk to anybody. This is a cold snap they should have known that people would want to be warm.

On your site I requested rooms that have a private patio or balcony. The WhitE House has neither, there is a foul order when you walk in and the garage was more than a 10 minute walk. We wound up staying at The West End. It was clean, but noisy, the room was tiny, and the bathing facilities are a joke. My special weekend was ruined! Thank you
