Schönes ordentliches Hotel in perfekter Altstadtlage. Leider wurde der fehlende Zimmerservice (tägliche Reinigung der Zimmer) aufgrund von Corona etwas unklar mitgeteilt. So musste man für einen Wechsel von Handtüchern oder Toilettenpapier das Personal ansprechen, was ich bei einem 4-Sterne-Haus ungewöhnluch finde. Ansonsten vom Service an der Rezeption oder auch beim Frühstück alles sehr gut. Leider fehlt ein Geldwechsel im Hotel, sodass nur ein teurer Geldautomat im Keller zu Verfügung steht.

Väldigt mysigt hotell med perfekt läge. Väldigt trevlig personal och rymliga rum. Kan dock skilja lite även fast de har samma pris. Vårt rum var både rymligare och hade AC medans dottern med pojkvän fick ett rum utan AC och det kändes trängre. Frukosten var ok, men rekommenderar att istället gå till någon av alla restauranger runtomkring där vi hittade ett smultronställe som var mycket mer prisvärt. Men skulle jag åka till Gdanzk ugen skulle jag mycket väl kunna tänka mig detta hotell igen!

Wir ( Ehepaar 65) waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Hatten ein ordentliches, geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer ( auch sehr gute Betten) mit Duschbad. Beste zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Bis zur Mottlau sind es etwa 100 m. Zum Krantor maximal 300 m. Also mittendrin. Der Service hervorragend - sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeption - Sauberkeit bestens und ein besonders gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet in einem tollen Gewölbekeller. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Danzig. Wenn wir wieder nach Danzig reisen, dann natürlich wieder ins Hotel Celestin Residence. Unsere ausdrückliche Empfehlung

Jeg skulle bruge en enkelt overnatning og da jeg rejser alene, er det vigtigt at der er nogle ting der bare fungerer. En døgnåben reception. Værelset var rent og fint. Enkelt og med en dejlig stor og yderst behagelig seng. Elkedel, vand, instant espresso og tea. Tv, minikøleskab, hårtørrer.

Fint rum, sköna sängar, fräscht badrum. Vattenkokare med kaffe, te och vatten på rummet. God frukost och fin person som var mycket hjälpsamma. Hotellet ligger i gamla stan nära vattnet. Gångavstånd till det mesta. Rekommenderar museet om 2a världskriget fantastisk arkitektur och modernt upplagt, berörande. Zoo var även väldigt trevligt mycket djur att titta på.

Fint hotell sentralt i gamlebyen, et steinkast fra kanalen, litt tilbaketrukket. God frokost (ikke inkludert), hyggelig stab, flinke i engelsk og rommet var stort og stille, mot bakgård. Anbefales på det varmeste!

Nice hotel, great location The morning front desk gal doesn't speak much English, but she goes out of her way to help The Breakfast is AMAZING, you pay extra, but totally worth it, everything I tasted was absolutely delicious, multiple vegetarian options, not vegan They also have various massage options which i did not have time to try Highly recommend

Reception were very helpful, free bottles of water provided daily, tea and coffee bags as well. Room had all required stuff: refrigerator, room heater, tea maker, safe, comfortable bed, proper shower, even ear cleaners! Quiet location very close to the center of everything, 17min walk to the train station. The building itself is one of the classic Gdansk buildings with a triangle roof! Everything was just perfect! Thank you!

Var en väldigt enkel incheckning utan krångel, incheckningspersonalen var väldigt tillmötesgående, vi var där 4 timmar innan incheckning men inga problem att få vårat bagage inlåst tills vi fick checka in. Personalen var väldigt trevliga, och då menar jag alla i personalen. Rummet var bra, vi fick ett rum med en något förskjuten dubbelsäng, ena långsidan mot väggen, men det gick att justera till våra önskemål. Väldigt rena och fräscha rum och toalett/dusch, så inget att klaga på där. Frukosten var bra, räckte gott och väl att mätta magen inför stadsvandringen som väntade. Hotellet hade ett perfekt läge för våra ändamål, besöka Julmarknaden (700m) och likadant med WW2-museet (ungefär samma sträcka). Dessutom ett par hundra meter från kajerna där all restaurangerna finns. Fick även hjälp av receptionspersonalen med att ringa vårat favoritbolag Taxi Gdansk, för transport till GDN även om dom hade samma service med andra bolag. Så sammanfattat så är jag/vi jättenöjda med Celestin Residence och kommer och bo där nästa gång också, kanske till sommarmarknaden juli/augusti 2026.

Struttura molto carina, caratteristica è inserita in un piacevole contesto. Il personale alla reception è molto competente, disponibile, cordiale. Le signore in sala colazione efficienti e svelte nel rifornire il buffet. La camera era molto piccola ma confortevole, il bagno nuovo e in proporzione alla camera, molto grande. Il secondo giorno, visto che la pulizia della camera non era stata fatta, l'ho chiesto e il giorno dopo è stata effettuata. Non ho capito se va chiarito all'inizio. La colazione è a buffet e abbondante : c'è un'infinità di cibi salati, Macedonia di frutta fresca, fresca e ogni tipo di verdura. Un po' carente di colazioni dolci : non che si soffra la fame!!! C'è qualche fetta di dolce, il pane, marmellata, burro, miele, cereali ecc.. Diciamo che qualche croissant ci stava bene e, soprattutto per me, un po' della mia Nutella vi prego!!! 😁 L'edificio è piacevolmente vicino, con una breve bella passeggiata, sia al centro che alla fermata del bus 210 da e per l'aeroporto. Due cose che mi hanno colpito piacevolmente : garofanini freschi al tavolo della colazione e un cicalino di allarme se la porta della camera non è chiusa bene. Bravi!!.Nel complesso 3 notti piacevoli.

My single room was very comfortable, clean, and had a stunning view. I really appreciated the kettle in the room (with water, tea, and coffee available). The staff is fantastic, friendly, and helpful. The location is very close to the historic center. I absolutely recommend it!

The property was very good value for money and in an excellent position for visiting the old town and accessing public transport. The room was very good with a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The only criticism is that the carpet in the bedroom was quite old and not that clean.

Personalen var fantastisk, väldigt tillmötesgående och hjälpsam. Har några synpunkter gällande rummet: heltäckningsmatta var inte så fräsch (en del fläckar), handtaget till badrummet satt lite löst och det var lite kallt på natten (saknade en extra filt).

Lakan och handdukar var smutsiga och fulla med fläckar. Rummet saknade airkondition trots att vi hade bokat ett rum som hade det. Städning utfördes inte. Dåligt med hygienartiklar. Badrummet hade inga avlastningsytor och bara en krok till handdukar, så dåligt. Frukosten var bra.

Perfekt lokalisering av hotellet och jättefint område och byggnad. Rummet var mycket fräscht och modernt men saknade ac och hade trasig fläkt. Bra frukost

Meget hyggeligt hotel og en fantastisk beliggenhed. Værelserne er dog lidt små men pæne og velholdt. Kommer gerne tilbage igen.

The hotel is well situated just off the Old town.The next door pub with most outdoor seating makes the area noisy.The room we got had a ver small space for a small double bed.Staff is nice and friendly.Breakfast is extra and a bit pricy.

Når det viktigste kriteriet for å velge hotell er at det står de har aircondition på rommet jeg bestiller så forventer jeg å få det. Rommet vårt hadde IKKE aircondition og det ble dermed alt for varmt om natta. Da sov vi meget dårlig og ferien ble egentlig ganske ødelagt av det.
Når det viktigste kriteriet for å velge hotell er at det står de har aircondition på rommet jeg bestiller så forventer jeg å få det. Rommet vårt hadde IKKE aircondition og det ble dermed alt for varmt om natta. Da sov vi meget dårlig og ferien ble egentlig ganske ødelagt av det.

Had a room to the street on first floor, really noisy. I could also hear everything from the reception and when the neighbours in the room next to me was in the toilet. Bed and pillow could have been more comfortable. Room itself was clean and fairly large with a large bathroom. Bring earplugs.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt. Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichlich. Der Blick aus dem ToilettenFenster atemberaubend. Allerdings war das Bett mit 140cm Breite ein wenig zu schmal für zwei Erwachsene.

Var en väldigt enkel incheckning utan krångel, incheckningspersonalen var väldigt tillmötesgående, vi var där 4 timmar innan incheckning men inga problem att få vårat bagage inlåst tills vi fick checka in. Personalen var väldigt trevliga, och då menar jag alla i personalen. Rummet var bra, vi fick ett rum med en något förskjuten dubbelsäng, ena långsidan mot väggen, men det gick att justera till våra önskemål. Väldigt rena och fräscha rum och toalett/dusch, så inget att klaga på där. Frukosten var bra, räckte gott och väl att mätta magen inför stadsvandringen som väntade. Hotellet hade ett perfekt läge för våra ändamål, besöka Julmarknaden (700m) och likadant med WW2-museet (ungefär samma sträcka). Dessutom ett par hundra meter från kajerna där all restaurangerna finns. Fick även hjälp av receptionspersonalen med att ringa vårat favoritbolag Taxi Gdansk, för transport till GDN även om dom hade samma service med andra bolag. Så sammanfattat så är jag/vi jättenöjda med Celestin Residence och kommer och bo där nästa gång också, kanske till sommarmarknaden juli/augusti 2026.

My single room was very comfortable, clean, and had a stunning view. I really appreciated the kettle in the room (with water, tea, and coffee available). The staff is fantastic, friendly, and helpful. The location is very close to the historic center. I absolutely recommend it!

Wir ( Ehepaar 65) waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Hatten ein ordentliches, geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer ( auch sehr gute Betten) mit Duschbad. Beste zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Bis zur Mottlau sind es etwa 100 m. Zum Krantor maximal 300 m. Also mittendrin. Der Service hervorragend - sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeption - Sauberkeit bestens und ein besonders gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet in einem tollen Gewölbekeller. No pressure, no rushing, polite and friendly. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 the placed is conveniently situated walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops and some tourist attractions. Main train station 15mins away. The room was fresh, clean and cosy. I arrived drenched on a snowy day in January and it was nice and warm from the moment o entered.Overall the building is charming, well maintained. The best location if you want to visit the Old Town. Fantastic breakfast, nice people, and comfortable beds. The public transport network is not very convenient in the Old Town, so we used a taxi to get there and back to the station.
