La Cocotera Hostel & Coworking – Policies & Conditions ## PAYMENT POLICY **All reservations must be paid in advance according to the selected rate. Payment is not made upon arrival.** ### STANDARD RATE * The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to **30 days before the arrival date**. * The **full amount of the reservation will be charged within 30 days prior to arrival**. * If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days before arrival, the full amount is non-refundable. ### NON-REFUNDABLE RATE * The full amount of the reservation is charged at the time of booking (or via the payment method provided by the property). * This payment is non-refundable. * If the reservation is cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the full amount will be retained. --- ## TERMS & GENERAL CONDITIONS * Group bookings of more than 2 rooms incur an additional 25% charge. * Check-in: from 1:00 PM. * Late check-in: Reception is open until 6:00 PM (October–May) and until 9:00 PM (June–September). Late check-in is available at any time if arranged in advance. Access codes will be provided. * Check-out: before 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and costs €10 per person. * Any damage caused to the property or its facilities must be paid for before departure. If damage is discovered after departure, the guest will remain responsible for the associated costs. * Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or indoor common areas. It is only allowed on the terrace. An additional cleaning fee may apply if this rule is not respected. * Lost accommodation keys will incur a €10 replacement fee. * La Cocotera is not responsible for external circumstances beyond our control, including noise, construction work, utility interruptions or similar events. * Children of all ages are welcome. Children up to one year old stay free of charge. * In shared dormitories, beds are assigned at check-in. Using a bed that has not been assigned may result in an additional charge. * Pets are welcome in private rooms only, upon request, for an additional €10. * Reservation modifications are only possible for Standard Rate bookings requested more than 30 days before arrival and are subject to availability. Non-refundable reservations cannot be modified once payment has been completed. * Only registered guests may enter the hostel or coworking facilities. * Bed linen is included in all rooms. * Towels are included in private rooms upon request at reception. In shared rooms, towels can be rented for €3 each. Damaged or permanently stained towels will incur a €10 replacement fee. * Complimentary coffee and tea are available for all guests. * Laundry service: €4 per wash and €4 per drying cycle. * Use of the coworking space is included with every stay. * **No-show policy:** If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date without cancelling within the applicable cancellation period, the full reservation amount will be charged. --- **Check-in:** From 1:00 PM **Check-out:** Before 11:00 AM **Payment:** All reservations are paid in advance according to the selected rate.
