Overall it’s just a basic hotel stay, breakfast was good, only complaint is the pool and hot tub area had a terrible smell, definitely smelled like it hasn’t been maintained and I personally would have had it closed if I worked there!

could use more parking, people taking up multiple spots for 1 car was a problem, to the point that we had to leave my relatively valuable rare old mustang on the side of a curb. this is not fault of the hotel but the inconsiderate guests. Overall the hotel was very nice, clean and well accommodated. Which was to be expected for the relatively larger price in comparison to area hotels.

The property is clean. Rooms were tidy and as expected. The breakfast was good. Most hotels in this price range will serve cold grab and go type breakfasts with maybe a waffle machine. This place had scrambled eggs and bacon plus all of the usual fare. Very nice. The indoor pool is rather small, but does the job. Parking is a breeze, right out front.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property is under renovation, but we didn't notice that much. Room and breakfast were fine. Pool and hot tub were both running which was good- but hot tub was not really that hot and the jets didn't work much, and the pool was freezing. We mentioned those items to front desk staff, but they weren't able to help.

The hotel was fine, nicely decorated and kept up, and the continental breakfast was good. However, the pool was very cloudy and stinky and the staff did nothing to address it the 4 days we were there, even after we commented on it the very first night. After reading other reviews, we realized it may have been an ongoing problem for months. At least we could use the hot tub a couple times. Also, when we asked for sheets for the sofa bed, we had to ask a second time for blankets for that bed. The sofa bed mattress was one of the least comfortable we've ever slept on. Overall, the stay was okay.

For the price.. you would think the amenities would be better... the pool room stunk like fish. And and the water was a murky green. $180.. the breakfast sandwiches were mostly jalapenos sausge biscuits...some people dont like jalapenos. Had scrambled eggs n sausage patties.. that was a plus. But we know everyone prefers bacon. The bed was comfortable. The shower head needs rplaced.as the only options were the ruff massage spray .reg spray..wasnt working or wasnt an option..

We had a death in family and we came from Paris, Tennessee and the service was a early service so we came up the night before. I checked hotel on line and found it and was pleased to know it was only 10 minutes from where we had to be. All was good even tho we had to change rooms because the first room the sheets had black hair on them and we went to desk and the switched room. All was good other wise.

We stayed two nights in a King suite. Breakfast was great. Desk Clerk was nice. But...when we arrived, our bathroom had no body wash or shampoo in the dispensers. We had to go back down and ask for some at the front desk. Isn't housekeeping supposed to do that when they prepare a room? We also needed to use the hide-a-bed in the room and there were no linens, blanket or pillow.We had to go get those from the front desk too. When we came in from being gone all day, our room had not been touched....no clean towels, no made up bed...NOTHING. When we mentioned this to the desk Clerk upon our departure, she told us that it's Marriott's policy to only clean your room every other day. So I paid $170 a night and got no housekeeping service and had to fetch my own things...WOW. What ever happened to customer service?

This was a perfect choice after a 13 hour drive. The property is clean. The person at the front desk was friendly. There are 2 fast food restaurants and a gas station/convenience store within walking distance. The king room is spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Requested handicapped accessible room. I don't think they have such a thing at this facility. Room was narrow and bathroom hand no grab bars. Shower was low entry (not level entry) and had no grab bars. Kept bumping into the furniture, etc. because of the narrow nature of the room.

Enjoyed the buffet breakfast - staff was very helpful, friendly and courteous - our room was very comfortable ( beds were extra comfy) and clean - the only negative that I have is there was no safety mat or guardrail in the shower - this would prevent your older guests from slipping and falling - overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - Thank you

Everything was amazing except for 2 things. The Hot tub had been filled in and the pictures showed it had one. also the curtains had a brown stain and were broken. The staff was amazing, the beds soft and clean. The pool and free breakfast was nice.

Staff was hit or miss. Some were friendly and some refused to give us pool towels or room towels even though we were standing in the lobby with 2 wet kids and we’re staying for 3 days. They said we were allowed 4 towels for our whole stay with 4 guests in 1 room. That’s ridiculous. Buy more towels if it’s such a big deal or don’t charge so much. A few control freaks working for how expensive it was.

Great location, close to chain of rocks bridge and 20 mins to St Louis Arch. Room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfy. Greatest element of our stay was the staff. All were incredibly polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was also very good. Would definitely recommend

My wife and I traveled together and we stayed three nights. The hotel was fine, but it's isolated. There's nearby Taco Bell, but it was the dirtiest Taco Bell we've ever visited. The tables and chairs were sticky, and there were discarded paper products on the floor -- and that was our first night at the hotel. For our second night, we crossed the road to the east and ate a pizza -- it was fine.
