Overall ok, but only due to the good housekeeping. But there are several things that we didn’t like. We couldn’t really sleep, as there were loud weddings in the hotel on both days of our stay. On the first day the wedding was also the reason why we couldn’t use the pool. However, Service parts are the most problematic. First and foremost the unpleasant way in which we were urged to upgrade our booking during check-in. It was repeatedly claimed that this would be advantageous for us, but this was clearly not the case. When you arrive at the hotel, you want to check in calmly and discreetly and not experience such an unprofessional welcome. It should also be noted that the service in the restaurant is so over the top that it makes you feel uncomfortable. You are constantly surrounded by up to four service staff who won't let you have breakfast in peace. In addition, you are constantly asked if you could give a hotel review at the table. This is super unprofessional. We won’t come back to this hotel.

This hotel is overall very nice — I wouldn’t give it five stars, but the value for the price (around $80/night) is solid. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the room was spacious and clean. I’ve traveled extensively around the world and especially in recent years, and I appreciate when things are done well — and some things here really were. However, the check-in experience was extremely disappointing. The front desk clerk was aggressively pushing a dinner package on us, despite us clearly being in a hurry to go sightseeing in Agra. It was pushy and uncomfortable — not how a welcome should feel. Later, we decided to try the head massage in the spa, and that turned out to be a big mistake. It was by far the worst spa experience I’ve had. I had to ask the therapist six times to stop hurting me. My daughter also had to tell her therapist to be gentler. Mine was outright rude and ended the session early. While they waived the fee, I was visibly upset — and in Europe, or even in many parts of Asia, this situation would’ve been handled much more seriously. Service matters. A beautiful hotel and good food can't make up for experiences that leave you feeling disrespected or hurt.

A great property, very closeby to Taj Mahal. The pool side area was amazing. The dining area beautifully construed with delectable items that were kid friendly. Even the play area was good. During my stay in the weekend, we got to watch a magic show and a puppet show, which my kids enjoyed a lot. Highly recommendable for families.

Had horrible spa experience, massage therapist didn’t speak English and spa host tried to cheat us with pricing , as well as try to double charge my friends card. Not to mention I paid For my service and she told my friend her amount is high because it’s for two people. I paid My own spa bill and luckily was sitting there to call her out why is she trying to charge my friend for my service when I already Paid

We loved this hotel’s lobby, swimming pool, and spa. Excellent service at the pool. We were missing the breakfast at the hotel that we paid for. Their chef went out of the way and got our breakfast packed at 5am.

Hotel really needs better trained cleaning staff. Our room wasn’t very clean. There was a smell in the room, the bathroom was pretty dirty, and the carpet was really gross and had so many stains. The kitchen staff was very nice and kind. They are the best part of this hotel. Reception tried to compensate us by giving us free breakfast. I would definitely prefer a cleaner hotel room though.

The room was good, big, clean and comfortable but I’m not sure if there was some issue with the air-con? It controlled the temperature of the room but there was a strong smell in my room like white spirit or some car fumes. The hotel was in need of some renovation, the carpets in the hallways had a lot of patch repairs, decor was also dated and damaged in places. When I went to dine in the evening on my first night it seemed like there was a child’s party event going on so there was a lot of kids running around screaming and yelling so I decided to eat out. The area is very run down, a lot of pollution in the air, foul drainage smell outside was very prominent. And you get harassed by rickshaw drivers the second you leave the hotel, you say no and they follow you up the road.

Absolutely magical! I stayed here for 2 nights and only wish I could have stayed longer as hotel was amazing! From the entrance to the rooms everything was spotless and meticulously clean which I enjoyed. All of the staff were very helpful with any need that I had and room service was great. I will only stay here if/when I do return to Agra as it was wonderful! Highly recommend!

Room was good - clean, quiet- good shower pressure Bkfast was good - similar to other 5 star hotels in India. The restaurant staff was exceptional. Overall our stay was good except for a glitch at the end but a major one - our bags had left the hotel with a tour bus & had reached Jaipur!! Sorting it out delayed us by 2-3 hrs but the staff helped to coordinate & the bags were delivered to us in Lucknow late night(which was our next destination) We did not create a scene & appreciated that the issue was resolved by the staff. Would stay here again.

Entrance took almost 25 minutes. The manager was there but too busy dealing with 1 guest and there were 10 more waiting to go in. Music was on until midnight. They only cater for wedding and events. Not best if you are coming to get some peace and quiet stay. Didn't enjoy at all.

This property is old and poorly renovated. The rooms are very small and not what I would expect from a Marriott. Very suprised Marriotts name is on this place. The staff are very nice and room service food was very good as well. The cost is relatively low so you get what you pay for. We only stayed one night as we were passing through.

Front desk staff is coughing directly at your face. What do I know, maybe just sore throats from the polluted air, not respiratory ilnesses spreading. Was a pain to get few rather simple tasks done, been lied multiple times in the process.

Overall our stay was good except for a glitch at the end but a major one - our bags had left the hotel with a tour bus & had reached Jaipur!! Sorting it out delayed us by 2-3 hrs but the staff helped to coordinate & the bags were delivered to us in Lucknow late night(which was our next destination) We did not create a scene & appreciated that the issue was resolved by the staff. Would stay here again.

This hotel is overall very nice — I wouldn’t give it five stars, but the value for the price (around $80/night) is solid. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the room was spacious and clean. While they waived the fee, I was visibly upset — and in Europe, or even in many parts of Asia, this situation would’ve been handled much more seriously. Service matters. A beautiful hotel and good food can't make up for experiences that leave you feeling disrespected or hurt.

From check in to check out(security, front desk, supporting clerks, and more) we received exemplary service with friendly hospitality. Immediate attentiveness to our queries which resulted in tranquil stay. Pool side was gorgeous and rooms were immaculate. We were supported by amazing cleaning staff, Raju who tidied our room and added special touches to make us feel even more comfortable. Breakfast buffet was beyond tantalizing with the restaurant supporting our every beck and call, Jagdish, Amit, Lovely & Swadhil specifically. Can't say enough good things about our stay, 101% recommeded.

Right near the Taj Mahal so super easy to get a rickshaw or Uber there very cheap. The fort is also not far. The food is really great at the hotel, loads of choice plus several nice restaurants working walking distance like Molecule and Dasaprakesh.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable for our stay. The staff was nice for the most part. They did mess up charging us for beer which was included in our mandatory room upgrade but, they did fix it. Hotel is in a good location in regards to the Taj Mahal, only 10 minutes away! The breakfast and dinner buffet were very good. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel but unfortunately, it was excessively noisy due to weddings from 9pm to 2am, and therefore difficult to sleep. Not a convenient location, so it was not easy to access anything on foot. Also, although the buffets were extensive the food was extremely greasy and unhealthy.

Enjoyable couple of nights. Location is good for the Taj Mahal and Agar Fort. Breakfast was substantial and of a decent quality. All other food was decent. Nothing exceptional but no issues and for the price it was good value.

Very clean property. Staff very friendly. Hotel is located not too far from wedding garden. Hence can be noisy. On my last night music was extremely loud up until about 12 midnight and couldn’t sleep because of the noise.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Staff in dinning area A . Chef Bikram told us that kitchen belongs to customers, and he was ready to prepare what we wanted. Dinner and breakfast both excellent. Western, Chinese, South Indian, North Indian, cakes/bakery items choices. I will definitely go there again. We totally enjoyed it. Google map brought us through really terrible way while the hotel is easily reachable through main road. Thank you Bikram and our wait staff.

If you plan on having breakfast and or dinner at their superb restaurant book it with the room. Otherwise paying 5x the amount for dining will leave dinners remorse. We liked the hotel it was really good. It’s not in the thick of things where you can quickly pivot and choose other fine dining options around suppose that’s why the dinner buffet was 2999 rupees per person

Check in was great. MoMo buffet was very good. MoMo evening waiter was great. Some MoMo breakfast staff were a bit chaotic, we would get asked many times if we needed something at breakfast and each time asked for coffee but it would not arrive. I asked for cutlery, it was taken from another table and was not wholly clean.
