This was one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in in a while. I think I’m done trying the trendy “boutique” places. This was much cleaner, larger, and enjoyable with great bar service and free breakfast that was actually hot. Will stay again!

Nice place. Love staying at Springhill Suites when possible because their rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Free parking. Plenty of restaurants close by. We walked across the street and ate at a good Mexican restaurant.

This was by far the worst experience I have had with your franchise. My room was not clean when I arrive. My party and I did not complain. We went to the store and bought bleach and lysol to clean the restroom ourselves. We threw our towels on the floor the next day as we thought the room would be replenished and cleaned the next day by the cleaning service. To our surprise when we returned to our room at midnight Saturday, the room was how we left it Saturday morning at 8:00 am. Moreover, there was no parking. We had to park away from the hotel and carry our things to the room. Furthermore, they could not pull my membership up to give me credit for my stay. Horrible experience. Rather than clean and restock your room like most suites, the staff place your towels on the outside of your door on the floor-yes the floor (see pic

I could hear toilets flushing and other people taking showers in the next room. The drain in the shower made noise all night . There was food left in the fridge from the last guest . Over all not a good stay

Blonde female was working the desk when we checked in was amazing! We had travelled in from out of state to visit family and we were able to check in early- kudos to her! Breakfast area was well stocked and cleaned often. We were greeted as we came and went by housekeeping and the front desk staff. We asked for extra towels and they were brought up quick even when we offered to retrieve them and the man who dropped them off was very friendly! Downside - no lock on the bathroom door, we had to wedge a wash cloth under it. The room wasn’t super clean - we found change on the floor and the bathroom walls were dirty. Possibly a male manager didn’t seem to care to interact with us. We had a lighting issue that we ended up figuring out on our own, but he was very dismissive and rude when we asked for assistance. Mind you it takes alot for us to speak up and ask for anything. Overall our stay was good.

Cleanliness was not great. Went to use a glass and it was filthy. The microwave was full of dust/white film. Not enough towels for us to shower. Had to go to front desk for towels. Breakfast items not good. Omelets pre-made with cheese. No other egg choices if you can't have cheese. Very limited.

Check in was quick and easy, front desk was nice, very professional. We chose this hotel because of the location, came to Gonzales to spend time with family for Christmas. We checked in and put our bags in the room and left to go to festivities at family members home. When we got back, which was late. We noticed small things, indicating the room wasn’t cleaned well. Gum stuck on the glass partition (window that separates the desk and the bed). Toilet paper holder had dust on it, crumbs on the side of the night stand, the floor felt sticky and the shower had broken handles. Looks like had broken handles/missing fixtures. Are family previously said here and definitely won’t be coming back.

I was awaken at 4am by doors slamming and other noises. The walls are super thin. Was not pleased with that part at all. I came to have a mini staycation. Will not be staying at this property again.

Very nice motel, liked the room lay out, breakfast was good, friendly staff, clean, good location for shopping and restaurants. Two issues that I did have was the walls must be pretty thin. Could hear people in room next to me talking until 2am. I was on the second floor and when someone would flush the toilets above me you could hear the sound of rushing water go through the pipes and it was loud.

The toilet was broken the tank would not fill up. I had to go get a bucket to fill in the bathtub. To flush the toilet due to them have no more rooms. Their solution was to let my kids get free candy from the snacks. How about a new room or at least a credit. Was not satisfied at all.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway! Staff gifted us with an anniversary gift basket and made sure everything about our stay was perfect! Hotel is beautiful, clean and close to great food and shopping! Could not ask for a better anniversary trip!!

We enjoyed our Easter Stay - celebrating with family. Your property was a huge SUCCESS for our Stay….the Staff was friendly and accommodating; our King Suite was very comfortable and super CLEAN…the BREAKFAST was EXCELLENT! Thank you - We WILL BE BACK on our next visit to our family!
