Given room which hotel knew had no air conditioning - moved to another room but only after 1 night of no sleep in 30degree heat, no apology. Parking garage is a joke and not cheap either. Quite a few spaces but on a lift / conveyor system so you are left waiting for ages for others to request their car and load cars before you can park or leave

Es war der schlimmste Check-In den ich hatte. Über eine Stunde in einer Schlange gestanden und gewartet bis die ganzen Leute ihre Zimmerschlüssel bekommen hatten. Auch vorher einen Parkplatzt zu bekommen war nicht möglich. Unterkunft selbst war ok. Aber das man hier nicht etwas pragmatischer vorgehen kann, z.B. die Abrechnung zu einem andere Zeitpunkt zu verschieben… einfach Schema F

We were there for an exhibition. It was very easy to get from the location to the exhibition by public transportation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room very clean. The breakfast buffet selection is fantastic. I will keep this hotel bookmarked for future stays in Munich.

Very good location. Some members of the staff were super friendly, but I received the “I could give a care less about you” from others at the reception. They would rather be doing something else like smoking at the entrance. Gross. The bigger downside was the ants that I shared my room with. There wasn’t an infestation, but more than one needed to be eliminated. Also, when I asked to extend a night because my planner changed, the prices got wildly high. Price gouging at its finest.

The washroom was unhygienic. There were alot of little ants around the toilet mirror. The room‘s ventilation was not working, the ac wasn’t working and there was no air so difficult to breathe in. We also called room service to inform about the issue but the issues weren’t considered.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Personal immer hilfsbereit. Leider kein kleiner Kleiderschrank nur offene Ablagen und Kleiderbuegel zum Aufhängen an der Stange. Die automatische Tür bisschen laut von den Nachbarn.

An sich ist das Hotel ganz in Ordnung, klassisch Ibis halt, wenn die Klimaanlage funktioniert hätte. Ohne Klima wurde es im Zimmer, aufgrund des heissen Wetters, sehr warm. Fenster konnten nur gekippt werden wodurch nachts auch nicht viel Luft herein kam. Dadurch wurde es zur Sauna, an erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Den Mitarbeitenden war die Situation bewusst, eine Lösung hatten sie nicht parat.

An entirely satisfactory hotel. Very polite and professional staff. A little difficult to find the entrance the first time, as it is not directly on the boulevard. My only criticism is that the room was quite small. Given that I was in Munich for a conference, this was acceptable as I did not spend any time in my room. But if I was in town for tourism or without a very busy schedule it would have felt constricting.

Das Hotel war sauber, die Einrichtung eher einfach gehalten. Das Personal hat bei mir jedoch keinen durchweg professionellen Eindruck hinterlassen: Die junge Mitarbeiterin wirkte etwas distanziert und nicht herzlich, und der männliche Mitarbeiter verhielt sich für meinen Geschmack zu locker und persönlich. Für eine kurze Übernachtung völlig in Ordnung, wer Wert auf ein professionelles Auftreten legt, könnte aber enttäuscht sein.

The hotel is ok lacated and fine for 1 night sleep and go. The staff at reception is not at the level i would expect, welcoming ,and happy to see customer coming trough tte door, instead they sre arrogant,not welcomming,no smile, no emotional connection, especially the lady in shift sunday morning 01.06.2025, but all the others i seen in reception these last 2 days.unhelpfull,Really terrible customer service, one of the wrost ever experiened. Very disappointing

Great place for Oktoberfest! It’s a little out of the city center, but there is a streetcar (with a stop right out front) that gets you there (and then to the Wiesen) really quickly! I would stay here again…especially during Oktoberfest.
