Clean large rooms. Very good breakfast. The A/C in the room was excellent considering it was 31C that day. Old town just a 10 minute straight walk from hotel. Staff was very accommodating in regards to parking. The lot was full when we arrived so they directed us to the public parking next door which was 10 euro more. They reimbursed us for the difference. Great service! Would certainly come back!

A great business hotel near the main train station. The rooms is good size. The breakfast is good too. However the bed and pillows are not very good quality. The parking is also 16 euro per night. Overal is fine for one or tw nights stay. It is close to old town.

Dejligt værelse med god seng og lækkert badeværelse. Morgenmadsbuffetten var lidt lille i forhold til antallet af mennesker, hvilket gjorde det lidt trangt. Utrolig venligt personale i lobbyen. Deaværre var der ingen parkeringspladser ledige, så vi måtte parkere lidt dyrere i et nærliggende parkeringshus.

Dejligt værelse med god seng og lækkert badeværelse. Morgenmadsbuffetten var lidt lille i forhold til antallet af mennesker, hvilket gjorde det lidt trangt. Utrolig venligt personale i lobbyen. Hotel was beautiful, good customer service received, the room was nice and spacious but it was very very warm, our stay was in December and we had to open the window to cool down because the air con did not work, not the best night sleep but we are coming back in few days and we are hoping for a better room temperature on this occasion and I’m sure it will be fine. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a good choice of food to choose from. Parking was a bit small and I believe it’s shared with guests from the neighbour hotels, did not found a parking space and I had to leave it by the side of the hotel which was not a problem for me or for other people I guess. We will return as I said and I’m sure it will be a good stay.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten hatten eine angenehme Härte. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüffet war reichhaltig und sehr gut. Auch das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Einziger Schwachpunkt ist die sehr geringe Anzahl an Parkplätzen hinterm Hotel, die auch noch mit einem zweiten Hotel geteilt wurden.

Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Frühstück ist Luft nach oben, nichts besonderes und sehr beengt. Parkpreis für 16€ außen aus meiner Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt. Richtung Bahn hört man die Züge leider. Ist bei anderen Hotels nebenan nicht der Fall.

Worst hotel so far. Stained carpets, dirty room, train station tracks right behind the hotel so extremely noisy, staff unresponsive and unprofessional. Parking too tight and limited and inconveniently located between two hotels in the back!

Zentral gelegen, Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar, Betten sehr bequem, kleines schönes Bad. Der Teppichboden muss unbedingt ausgetauscht werden, sieht nicht mehr gut und Hygienisch aus. Personal sehr freundlich.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer war sauber. Das Bad auch, jedoch könnten ein paar kleine Reparaturen vorgenommen werden. Lockere Handtuchhaken verhindern das Aufhängen, die Duschstange ist sehr locker, dass der Duschkopf nur vorsichtig aufzuhängen ist. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

A standard Hampton by Hilton in a central location near the train station. Clean, with enough space, standardised. I struggled to get the room to a cooler (UK-standard) temperature so I had to keep the window open, which allowed in quite a lot of noise from the main street below. The breakfast is passable.

Das Doppelbett ist bequem, Dusche sehr gut, Frühstück gut. Eine absolute Katastrophe ist allerdings die "Schlafcouch" (wir waren zu dritt in einem DZ), die mehr an ein Feldbett von ganz früher erinnerte. Eine unterirdische "Matratze", man merkte jede Stahlfeder. Ich habe kaum ein Auge zugemacht. Also besser nur zu zweit ein DZ buchen.

Zimmer wie beschrieben, Fenster zur Straße sehr laut dieses war nur zum kippen kein Stoßlüften möglich, Klima Anlage defekt die ganze Nacht auf Stufe drei trotzdem keine Kühlung aber schön laut war diese, bei einem "Hilton" hätte mehr erwartet

Great place, near the train station, however our room was overlooking the train tracks. The air conditioning was not working and it was very hot in the room. We enquired about the air conditioning and was told it was not working. We had to open the windows, hence it was very noisy. Apart from that the breakfast was very good.

1A-Gästeservice beim Empfang. Der Mitarbeiter ist Top, und verdient eine Gehaltserhöhung. Er hat mich die ganzen 3 Tage mit Namen angesprochen. So etwas ist mir noch nie widerfahren. Wie gesagt; vielen lieben Dank an den Mitarbeiter des Empfangs. Die Mitarbeiterinnen warsn natürlich auch sehr toll und haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Dankeschön. Ich kann das Hampton by Hilton über Nürnberg jederzeit empfehlen. 10 🌟

The hotel was situated in a good area, standard Hilton set up. I have to point out and give a big thumbs up to the duty Manager Julian, he was exceptional and helpful with all queries, a credit to Hilton with his excellent customer service.

Wir sind sehr nett mpfangen worden und hatten über den gesamten Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichen, netten Mitarbeitern zu tun. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl Unser Zimmer war ruhig, die Betten bequem. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln und kommen gerne wieder :-)

Prima hotel, prijs/kwaliteit is zoals het moet zijn. Het gratis ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid genoeg keuze. Zeer vriendelijk personeel die ons geholpen heeft met een extra overnachting door pech met de auto.

Bei den angefallenen Problemen (Fernseh defekt am 2. Tag keine Handtücher vorhanden) wurde umgehend von der Rezeption freundlich und kompetent geholfen. Ein großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter.

Das Hotel ist genau das was man am Bahnhof erwarten kann. Gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln & auch die Nürnberger Innenstadt ist Fußläufig erreichbar. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist die Lautstärke in dem Zimmer gut. Für ein Städte Trip würden wir hier jederzeit wieder einkehren.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Housekeeping staff was below standard. Took over 2 hours to get toilet paper, then had to fetch myself. No tissue in room first day. When towels were replaced, they only gave one towel and washcloth, when there were obviously 2 of us. The free breakfast was not good, cold eggs, undercooked bacon, watered down orange juice. Not up to Hampton by Hilton standards.

Das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich, besonders Yunus vom Frühstücksservice :) Der Frühstücksbereich war aufgrund der Vielzahl der Gäste zu klein, das Angebot war sehr gut. Im Zimmer wurde das Sofa zum dritten Bett umgebaut, allerdings war es sehr unbequem und durchgesessen/-gelegen. In der Dusche muss der Schimmel entfernt werden.

We stayed 7 nights , the location was excellent near the main railway station and walkable to the old town and city centre , the breakfast was good with variety , at occasions used to get very busy but the staff restock the food quickly.

The location of this hotel is great, it is an easy walk from the train station and the old town. The rooms are tired and the air conditioner is useless. The rooms were very warm even though it was only in the 70s outside. The breakfast was also quite poor, I ended up walking to McDonalds at the train station for breakfast every morning. There are many other hotels in the area, I would recommend choosing one of them over this hotel.

We can’t thank Alessia and the rest of the staff enough for helping to make our 10 person family stay in Nuremberg a positive experience. With the extreme heat and our elderly folks in tow, they helped us accommodate our parking, check out, and comfort. Breakfast was excellent with something for everybody. Price was so reasonable and we are so happy with what we got for what we paid. Thank you all so much!
