Delfina at front desk made us feel so at home and was so knowledgeable. Gym was too hot though. Temp should be set back. Housekeeping did great job with maintaining our room at convenient times. Love the portable WiFi gadgets. All front desk staff was great btw. Wine and cheese and breakfast were superb

A good part of town for transport and shopping if you want. Breakfast is in the sister hotel next door but it’s just like it being in the same hotel because of its close proximity. The hotel has a happy hour when wine and drinks are available to help yourself to from taps in the wall. I’d stay at the hotel again and would recommend it.

Great hotel for a central location to many of the sites and beach. Staff went above and beyond to help us with our plans! Many thanks to them! Awesome view from the rooftop pool & bar! An added bonus was the free wifi hotspot provided each day! Would highly recommend!

Excellent hotel at the edge of the old town in a very walkable part of Barcelona. In fact, all major sights in Barcelona are easily walkable. The breakfast buffet each day was one of the best ever experienced and they even allowed custom orders of omelets, eggs, etc. The rooftop bar, pool and views are wonderful. The room was on the small end as many are in Europe, but very comfortable.

The smaller Yurrban is great value for money! Perfectly located close to the Plaza Catalunyña and the Gothic part of town. A small and friendly hotel with excellent service - the staff definitely deserves five stars. The atmosphere is relaxed, casual and the interior and amenities are carefully designed to highlight the exclusive standard. Free cheese and wine every afternoon makes guests gather in the lobby to chill and chat. We will surely be back :)

Veldig fint og rent hotell med skikkelig kul vibe! Perfekt beliggenhet fem min fra Ramblas. Elsket gratis vin og ost hver ettermiddag, bassenget var en drøm, selv om jeg savnet åpen bar (åpen kun ons-søn). Servicen var derimot elendig. Sure fjes, lite ekstra hjelp, kun en ansatt som smilte til meg og hjalp meg på en hyggelig måte. Følte meg ikke velkommen i det hele tatt. Veldig synd, men de er kanskje lei turistene?

Great location amd the ladies at the front desk were very helpful with local recommendations. The happy hour was great, don't miss it! Room is clean but bathroom is very small and in the middle of the room, configuration was odd. Overall we had a great time in Barcelona and the location is very walkable.

First of all, I want to say thank you to Carlos. I arrived at the hotel after midnight, and he kindly and calmly helped me with the general introduction and check-in of the hotel. That gave me a good image of this hotel. Every time I had breakfast, Marekhi was kind enough to take care of me. The breakfast is similar to other European hotels. There are only two elevators, so there is a drawback of coming too late at certain times. The smell of the bathroom tends to disappear a little late. The hotel gym is quite usable compared to three-star class, and the rooftop pool has a small number of sunbeds, but the composition is good. The 24/7 coffee machine is a great merit of this hotel. It is close to the Plaza de Catalonia, so I can walk to all the famous tourist attractions. When I checked out, I liked that one employee handled the computer processing and the other handled the luggage efficiently. Next time I come to Barcelona again, I will stay at a hotel again. Or at the Urban Passive Hotel. It has nothing to do with this hotel, but the south alley of this hotel requires special attention when traveling. I almost got into a setup crime where one guy spits on my back as he walks past me on a kickboard, another guy comes up to me and tells me to take off my shirt and steals my wallet.

This is one of the best hotel's i have ever seen. From the skybar and pool you have a great view all over the city. Sitting at evening at the skybar and looking over the city of Barcelona is one of the most beautiful feelings. The personal is very friendly and the room was always clean. The interieur of the hotelroom is very modern. All in all a place in Barcelona, where you want to stay.

I was extremely disappointed to find that there was neither a fridge nor a kettle in spite of paying £180 for 1 night. The next size room has both for just a small amount more. Staff seemed unable to lend me a kettle from another unoccupied room for the one night of my stay. I had trouble getting wifi and called reception at 9pm for over 15 minutes and eventually had to go downstairs to report the problem as the phone remained unanswered. They made almost no effort at all to get me onto the wifi so I was left without until at 2am it connected itself again. I asked if maybe as compensation I could take breakfast but they refused, even though the manager was clearly interested in the issues I had had - to improve maybe for other people - but clearly they didn't feel I needed any customer service. On departure they tried to charge me for a drink at the bar which I did not have. The member of staff looked at me as though he didn't believe me until he saw the signature was clearly not mine.

We had a beautiful stay. The rooms are comfortable and have all you need. We stayed in a double with balcony, which was lovely. My room was on the 8th floor, with stunning views. The rooftop terrace was even better!

Like: friendly staff, walkable to Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, La Boqueria, rain shower, nice touch with welcome bottle of wine. Dislike: noisy, we can hear people outside in the hall way. Room is a bit hot, we had to let the AC run all the time. Tried to open the window, but could not sleep with the noise.

Nice trendy hotel; room is quite cozy but clean and functional. Only cons is the fridge didn’t work and no one came to fix it. Other than that, we really like the location with close proximity to Metro.

Location, rooftop as well as the personal were really nice. The room itself was not the best though -> Sink was in the bedroom instead of the bathroom. And the bathroom itself is only separated by thin glass from the bedroom itself.

I was extremely disappointed to find that there was neither a fridge nor a kettle in spite of paying £180 for 1 night. The next size room has both for just a small amount more. Staff seemed unable to lend me a kettle from another unoccupied room for the one night of my stay. I had trouble getting wifi and called reception at 9pm for over 15 minutes and eventually had to go downstairs to report the problem as the phone remained unanswered. They made almost no effort at all to get me onto the wifi so I was left without until at 2am it connected itself again. I asked if maybe as compensation I could take breakfast but they refused, even though the manager was clearly interested in the issues I had had - to improve maybe for other people - but clearly they didn't feel I needed any customer service. On departure they tried to charge me for a drink at the bar which I did not have. The member of staff looked at me as though he didn't believe me until he saw the signature was clearly not mine.

The staff were fabulous, especially Nuria at front desk and top floor bartender. It was like having the best full concierge service. They thought of everything in the room. The happy hour was a delightful treat of wine and cheese. Of course, everyone must appreciate the views from delightful rooftop bar and pool. And not to be overlooked is all the eco friendly touches.

I highly recommend this quaint, modern yet cozy hotel. The staff, every single one of them were above and beyond excellent. They spoke perfect English and were extremely helpful with dinner suggestions and reservations. If we ever are blessed with the opportunity of visiting Barcelona again, we will definitely stay here. Location, location location! Away from the tourist traps of Las Rumblas and steps away from beautiful ElBorn dinning, shopping and touring. If you choose this hotel, you will not be disappointed!

My favorite hotel in all of Europe. Although it was booked full, I was still able to check-in two hours early. I waited for my room comfortably on the roof at the pool after leaving my luggage with the staff. The hotel offers complimentary unlimited purified water. You also have access to free alcohol daily during their happy hour (with snacks). The window in the room didn’t open but the A/C works flawlessly so the heat wasn’t an issue. The location is right by a metro stop so navigating the city was a breeze. The bed was comfortable and I could screenplay video from my phone on the TV so I caught up on shows from home before bed. I slept so good I didn’t even go to the breakfast buffet tbh I woke up after 11 daily. Right around the corner from grocery stores and restaurants. Uber Eats delivered easily as well. I wish I stayed here longer tbh. You can tell this is a VIP Access Hotel for hotels.com; the Quality is evident.

The breakfast buffet each day was one of the best ever experienced and they even allowed custom orders of omelets, eggs, etc. The rooftop bar, pool and views are wonderful. The smaller Yurrban is great value for money! Perfectly located close to the Plaza Catalunyña and the Gothic part of town. A small and friendly hotel with excellent service - the staff definitely deserves five stars. The atmosphere is relaxed, casual and the interior and amenities are carefully designed to highlight the exclusive standard. Free cheese and wine every afternoon makes guests gather in the lobby to chill and chat. We will surely be back :)

The hotel is at a great location and close to everything. The room is quiet and the staff is nice. They offer portable WiFi and free wine every day which is awesome. The room is tiny though. And the breakfast buffet is never changed during the 9 days of our stay which is very boring. The food quality is excellent but the choice is limited considering they never bothered to change the option of the food.

Delfina at front desk made us feel so at home and was so knowledgeable. Gym was too hot though. Temp should be set back. Housekeeping did great job with maintaining our room at convenient times. Love the portable WiFi gadgets. All front desk staff was great btw. Wine and cheese and breakfast were superb

First of all, I want to say thank you to Carlos. I arrived at the hotel after midnight, and he kindly and calmly helped me with the general introduction and check-in of the hotel. That gave me a good image of this hotel. Every time I had breakfast, Marekhi was kind enough to take care of me. The breakfast is similar to other European hotels. There are only two elevators, so there is a drawback of coming too late at certain times. The smell of the bathroom tends to disappear a little late. The hotel gym is quite usable compared to three-star class, and the rooftop pool has a small number of sunbeds, but the composition is good. The 24/7 coffee machine is a great merit of this hotel. It is close to the Plaza de Catalonia, so I can walk to all the famous tourist attractions. When I checked out, I liked that one employee handled the computer processing and the other handled the luggage efficiently. Next time I come to Barcelona again, I will stay at a hotel again. Or at the Urban Passive Hotel. It has nothing to do with this hotel, but the south alley of this hotel requires special attention when traveling. I almost got into a setup crime where one guy spits on my back as he walks past me on a kickboard, another guy comes up to me and tells me to take off my shirt and steals my wallet.
