Das Frühstück war sehr super. Uns fehlte ein weiterer Stuhl im Zimmer. Immerhin bucht man das Zimmer nicht alleine. Eine Kopfbrause in der Dusche wäre noch schön und einen kostengünstigeren Parkplatz für PKWs. Ansonsten alles super.

Lovely hotel and very convenient for Munich old town and the beer garden just up the road! The hotel is modern, clean and has enough room to be comfortable. The air con is a little dated, but kept the room cool enough for the summer nights. Parking is limited, but the spaces are large enough to accommodate vans etc. just have to watch the height restriction.

I wanted to rate this hotel higher, but I can’t. The positives. Warm engaging staff, wonderful common areas and bar. Great location, close to Octoberfest grounds and the Hauptbahnhof. So why wasn’t it rated higher? The room. Very small, with largely ineffective heating and AC. Combined with the down comforter and uncomfortable bed, I found it difficult to sleep well.The tiny bath made the overall function of the room lacking. Would I stay there again? Not if I had other options.

Check-in schnell und unkompliziert. Wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht, aber ein Doppelzimmer bekommen – eng aber war ok - haben uns jedoch nicht beschwert. Das Zimmer war klein, aber für ein Wochenende in Ordnung, ebenso das Bad. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, und praktisch war auch die hauseigene Bar, falls man abends noch etwas trinken möchte. Die Anbindung mit S-Bahn und Tram ist sehr gut.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel meinerseits positiv zu bewerten (Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Frühstück). Wirklich schlecht war, dass wir von Parkmöglichkeiten ausgegangen sind (so stand es auf der Website), die Tiefgarage war jedoch voll und wir mussten extern parken und extra zahlen, was in München nicht günstig ist. Hier konnte uns das Personal auch keine Fragen zu Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung gut beantworten. Warum für die Hotelgäste mit Zimmer kein Parkplatz in der eigenen Garage vorhanden ist, finde ich fraglich.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel meinerseits positiv zu bewerten (Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Frühstück). Das Team war sehr freundlich, alles war sehr gut,bis auf die Parkmöglichkeit, denn da wäre es schön, wenn für die Hotelgäste das unterbringen seines Fahrzeugs kostenlos wäre, oder das zumindest für den kompletten Aufenthalt ein bestimmter Betrag berechnet wird. Der Aufenthaltsdauer angepasst.

Front desk Staff was very very nice and accommodating. My only complaint was that the housekeeping did a terrible job keeping the rooms clean. Basically they just gave fresh towels.

tramの駅が徒歩1分くらいにあります。電車の駅も10分くらい歩けばあります。ホテルの近くは閑静で治安もよく、いいホテルに泊まれたと思いました。すこし狭めで冷蔵庫がないのがネックですが、清潔でスタッフも親切でとてもよかったです。

İt was clean and comfortable. Easy for transportation, close to both tram and s-ban stations. They could put a kettle and a few tea bags in the room for a cold city like Munich to provide some comfort after taking a stroll in icy weather :)

Marsstraße tram line 16 and 17 stops in front of hotel, convenient to main tourist areas and train station. Also good continental breakfast and coffee to start the day. Unfortunately no kettle or cups in room to make a hot drink. Complimentary water only on for first day check in. Pillows too soft so not much support and duvet is thin, ok for summer but not adequate if visiting in colder months. Rooms are small so if you have big suitcase you will struggle.

Hatte du Unterkunft für 6 Nächte gebucht musste aber aufgrund eines familiären Notfalls nach drei Nächten abreisen. Hotel war null kulant die nicht genutzten drei Tage zu erstatten und verwies auf eine email Adresse Personal zeigte keinerlei Interesse und bot auch kein dazubuchen von Frühstück etc. an Nicht noch mal danke

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The reception staff was always very polite and helpful. We thank them all again. The hotel is very close to public transport systems. Tram, bus stop and U-Bahn if you walk a little. We were very happy that it was close to the Central Train Station. The hotel is in a very quiet area. It was great that the windows of the rooms opened completely, so we could get plenty of fresh air. The rooms were very clean and stylish. The beds were very comfortable. There was no kettle, fridge etc. in the room, but we had chosen this knowingly, it was not a problem for us. If we come to Munich again, we would choose this hotel again. Thank you.

Cannot fault this Ibis, provided everything I needed for a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful, place was clean and modern. It is also well located for the central bus and train stations and a 20 min walk to the city centre.

Die Straßenbahn ist nur einige Schritte entfernt, der ZOB und Hauptbahnhof in der Nähe. In der Innenstadt ist man in 20min. Also tolle Lage. Das Hotel ist sauber, umweltbewusst und eignet sich super für einen Kurztrip. :)

We were looking for sobering closer to the central bus station, so this was perfect. There are a few restaurants within 15 mins walking distance, and a grocery store right across the street. Not much to do in the neighborhood, but good access to public transport that will whisk you away to city center.

Das Frühstück war sehr super. Uns fehlte ein weiterer Stuhl im Zimmer. Immerhin bucht man das Zimmer nicht alleine. Eine Kopfbrause in der Dusche wäre noch schön und einen kostengünstigeren Parkplatz für PKWs. Ansonsten alles super.

Sehr schönes Hotel, super Frühstück für jeden was dabei, Sehr Sauber, tolles Zimmer, Zentral gelegen zur Tram fast vor der Tür 2 min zu Fuß, Zur S Bahn zu Fuß ca 10 min. Zimmer war Ruhig.

Zimmer war alles ok und sauber. Leider war das Frühstück nicht besonders, Obst war nicht frisch, Brötchen waren hart. Kaffee war allerdings super. Wir würden wiederkommen

Perfect for a short stay in Munich, it is my second time here and everything is as expected. Breakfast quality is good. The tram nearby was not working but it is close enough to the s bahn station.

Sバーンの駅からだと６，７分歩くので少し不便です。しかし、トラムの駅がホテルのすぐ近くあり大変便利。ホテル周辺に店やレストランはほとんど無いけと、トラムを使えば６，７分で中央駅に行けるので、全く問題ないです。１６，１７系統が走っているので、頻繁に来ます。部屋は清潔で快適です。ただフェイスタオルが無いのが残念。やっぱエコなんでしょうか。朝食は簡素で、毎日同じです。だけど総じて快適でした。次も使いたいです。

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Walking distance to many food and drink options. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar was open late which was nice after a night out. We would absolutely stay here again if we're in the area.

My friend and I stayed for the weekend. Our room was on the smaller side. I mean to enter the bathroom someone had to stay in bed. Decor was basic. Our room was warm and when asked for a way to make it cooler I was offered a table fan that took care of the issue. Window open was not an option due to noise. Breakfast was a good value and with different options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great, steps from a tram station. Despite the warm nights the hotel is a good choice. I recommend it if you are able to sleep through warm nights. It was the first week of May.
