Breakfast buffet: Very good selection and variety. I was always satisfied. Everything was clean, and the staff did a great job refilling the food. Staff was also good with taking away dirty plates and were very friendly. Bed comfort: The pillows on the fold-out bed were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Once they were changed, everything was fine. Bathroom: Nice and clean. Room: Very clean and in great shape. Gym: Small, but very clean. It has a nice small outdoor area to sit. The treadmill did not work, and the water cooler remained empty for two days until I informed the staff that it needed refilling. Staff: Very friendly

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Parken in hoteleigener Tiefgarage kostet 24,-€ pro Tag.

Nothing to eat (restaurants) or drink (coffee/pub/bar) near by. always have to walk 5-10 minutes to transit and take another 5-15 minutes to get somewhere. this is not how we usually travel, so it was a bit annoying. The hotel is nice enough, there is a snack common room that the kids liked to hang out in. drinks in the evening were ok. apparently there was food to order, but it wasn't obvious. and the snack area doesn't have reliable hours where staff was there. The workout room is small. The sauna is only available for a few hours at night (unfortunately not in the morning). No pool. I'd stay closer to town if I could do it over.

Lovely new hotel close to the city center. Just a couple of mins walk to train and tram and only a few stops. Flave is a restaurant situated in hotel. Breakfast is great and worth purchasing plenty of options. Very clean modern and efficient. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Tram stop just a short walk. Sauna and mini gym good. Not much choice in restaurant but food we had was good quality. Didn’t try the breakfast. Room was too warm at times and unable to control temperature ourselves. Called reception said it was centrally operated and gave us a window key. Our room was facing the road so very noisy with window open. Overall would recommend though.

Hotel di grandi dinensioni, non ben organizzati i collegamenti tra camere, ristorante e reception....spesso ci siamo persi. Camere di dimensioni normali ma con letti scomodi. Presenza di insetti nella stanza...ragni e formiche.Personale disponibile ed educato, ma che non poreva sistemare tutto. Colazione abbondante ma con cibi di bassa qualità.

Wir kommen regelmäßig im Jahr in dieses Hotel. Nette Mitarbeiter, sauberes Hotel, tolles Bad. Uns persönlich sind die Kissen viel zu weich und nicht so gut. Aber das mag ja jeder anders. 5 Sterne von uns für alles andere.

Close to centre, quiet rooms, air con does an ok job but I would have liked colder. A fridge in the room was much appreciated! Even though I didn’t ask for a clean I still got more water in my room. Slippers would be a nice addition. Breakfast was ok, expensive for what was on offer. WiFi a bit unreliable.

We always stay here when we visit Munchen as it is close to Augustiner Kellner(12 mins by walk). One of the good things is that sofa beds come as single + single. so it is good as we have a boy and a girl.

I liked the bright, modern vibe of this hotel which seemed fairly new. The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet at night. A parking garage was available but we parked on the street at a lower cost. We had a mini bar/fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Very short walk to a tram stop giving direct access to city centre. Very good breakfast choice. Check out not too early.

Wie immer sehr nettes Rezeptions Personal. Zimmer sauber und schön. Dusche könnte die Regen Dusche gerne mal dringend entkalkt werden. Kaum mehr Durchfluss. Ansonsten gibt es dort nichts zu beanstanden. Kissen Härtegrad nicht mein Fall - aber das muss jeder für sich wissen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Zimmer, alles top und sauber. Lediglich die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht regulieren und steht konstant auf 22 Grad, was nachts definitiv zu warm ist.

Good location only 4 tram stations from the central station. Clean, quiet and friendly service. Downside is the A/C which has been limited to help the environment. While that is of course very noble, I would like to be able to make that decision myself.

Sehr sauber und sehr nettes bemühtes Personal. Ansonsten sehr hohe Restaurant-Preise im Hotel, sehr hohe Preise für Tiefgaragenstellplatz für Hotelgäste. Sehr laut, auch Nachts. Bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen ging gar nicht. Zimmer für 4 Personen sehr klein, war kein Familienzimmer wie gewünscht. Kinder (beide 13 Jahre) hatten eine kleine Couch und ein schmales Klappbett, das zusätzlich noch ins Zimmer gequetscht wurde. Selbst für Jugendliche sehr schmal. Doppelbett, Klappbett plus Couch plus Gepäck und du konntest dich kaum noch bewegen. 1 Sitzgelegenheit für 4 Personen! Mehr ging aber auch nicht. Bad war unübertroffen top. Haben schon deutlich komfortabler und ruhiger geschlafen. Schade. Leider nicht noch einmal!

I stayed for 4 nights and there was no housekeeping service for 1 night. I discovered the problem only very late in the evening after coming back to the room from an all day trip. By then it was too late to address the problem with the front desk. Only there was no body lotion available at all which is typically a basic and standard amenity offered by all hotels. The staff could also have been friendlier at checkin and checkout. My first time and last time to stay at this hotel.

Some service issues. Explanations about parking fees and breakfast fees were misleading. Especially annoying was the fact that you had to reserve breakfast everyday in order to receive discounted fee.

I booked my room through Expedia very late on the night I wanted to stay. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no room for me! It took over an hour for the desk clerk to find a room. After that, all went smoothly. They comped my breakfast for the inconvenience.

Perfetto, a parte il check-in, ore 23 ca, siamo stati accolti da tre impiegati all'ingresso che che abbiamo "disturbato" in quanto stavano fumando tranquillamente e che non ci hanno nemmeno salutato (una ragazza del bar addirittura senza scarpe) ... per il resto ok. Direi che ci vuole più, molta piu professionalità (suggerimento per il dorettore dell'hotel).

Beaucoup de mauvaises surprises sur ce séjour de 4 jours : 1 - alors que la chambre avait été intégralement payée sur le site, une somme 200 € nous a été demandée d'office, prélevée sur notre carte bleue, lors de l'enregistrement pour couvrir soi-disant les extras : petits déjeuners (que nous ne souhaitions pas prendre sur place) et les consommations au bar (que nous n'avons pas fréquenté). Au cours du séjour, j'ai voulu m'assurer qu'il n'y avait pas de sommes imputées sur notre chambre, une des réceptionnistes a refusé de me sortir la facture vierge, il a fallu que je me fâche pour l'obtenir. Cette ponction est inadmissible car aucune certitude qu'une dépense d'un tiers ne finisse pas par attérrir sur votre note ! 2 - le parking souterrain de l'hôtel n'est pas accessible aux voitures avec un coffre de toit pour les skis, celles-ci doivent restées dehors ! 3 - impossible de régler la climatisation qui nous a projeté bruyamment de l'air toute la nuit au dessus du lit. Une chance que nous n'ayons pas attraper froid !

Room was not ready for check in. Unclear the policy of how many adults can stay in room. We were told room was for 4 pp but not 3 adults. reserved a room with sleeper sofa and was not given that room initially. Was told I needed to pay an extra $400 for a second room for 3rd adult. I liked the bright, modern vibe of this hotel which seemed fairly new. The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet at night. A parking garage was available but we parked on the street at a lower cost. We had a mini bar/fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Very short walk to a tram stop giving direct access to city centre. Very good breakfast choice. Check out not too early.

Highly recommended! All the service was excellent, I especially loved the breakfast. The area where it is located is very quiet and minutes away from the city centre.

Et meget bra og relativt billig hotell-et stykke unna Hbf men trikken går rett forbi og ned mot sentrum. Vil anbefale å laste ned MVGO appen. Veldig enkel å bruke og lettvint å kjøpe billetter til flere kommunikasjonsmidler.

Breakfast buffet: Very good selection and variety. I was always satisfied. Everything was clean, and the staff did a great job refilling the food. Staff was also good with taking away dirty plates and were very friendly. Bed comfort: The pillows on the fold-out bed were very lumpy and uncomfortable. Once they were changed, everything was fine. Bathroom: Nice and clean. Room: Very clean and in great shape. Gym: Small, but very clean. It has a nice small outdoor area to sit. The treadmill did not work, and the water cooler remained empty for two days until I informed the staff that it needed refilling. Staff: Very friendly

(almost) Everything was perfect, staff was very friendly and rooms were lovely. very convenient walk, only complaint is that we wanted to get breakfast at the hotel, which we were happy to pay for, but it was a pay-in-advance breakfast for 28 euros which I found to be exceedingly over-priced.

Do not recommend if traveling with a family. For the onsite restaurant, It says it offers a kids menu, but they are full-size adult priced dishes. They also forgot our food one night. We asked an hour after they gave our kids their food (since we asked for theirs to come first) and they were rude to us and didn't come back for another 30 min with cold food and a check. Our child got sick in the hotel room and when we called down for help, they were dismissive and never told anyone to help clean our room. We had to wait 4 hours until they did their normal routine to help us. I mentioned this at check out and they said oh, sorry and moved on. Also, horrible location if you are with small kids and want to walk to places, so do not pick this place for location. Please take off family friendly hotel. Will not return and will not recommend.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Tram stop just a short walk. Sauna and mini gym good. Not much choice in restaurant but food we had was good quality. Didn’t try the breakfast. Room was too warm at times and unable to control temperature ourselves. Called reception said it was centrally operated and gave us a window key. Our room was facing the road so very noisy with window open. Overall would recommend though.

Das Frühstück ist gut und gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Ganz anders beim Essen im Restaurant. Meine Frau hat eine kalte Platte bestellt. Bekommen hat sie tatsächlich vier sehr kleine Stücke Käse und drei feinst geschnittene Scheiben Schinken. keine Dekoration, keine Gurke, kein gar nichts. Mir blieb schlich die Luft weg. Auf Nachfrage hin sagte man mir, das sei 30 g Käse und 30 g Schinken. Ich hätte es wirklich gerne auf die Waage gelegt. Naja, das kostete dann 14 €.
