El servicio de desayuno súper, habitación limpia y relativamente nueva, lo único es el elevador que no estaba en funcionamiento como están remodelando teníamos que subir 6 pisos por las escaleras, espero lo arreglen pronto, si volvería a hospedarme ahí ☺️

Está quedando excelente este hotel, párese que son otros dueños, los están renovando increíble y no solo los cuartos el comedor es otro consepto Antes ibas a desayunar de 6:30 a 11 y ya y muy feo el area, ahora es una área en el 7 piso, es el último pero muy hermoso y mas del doble de grande con Refrigeracion y hoy es bufet de 6.30 a 11 pero sigue hasta las 10 de la noche gratis, snack, tortas y bebida, con música suave para que vallas a relajarte a cualquier hora del día sin costo Muy bien la remodelación que no se a terminado Falte el elevado y primer piso, se terminará hasta diciembre Por lo pronto es un friega subir y bajar escalones

Hotel Canadá Central is an awesome starting point for any sightseeing adventure—just two blocks from the Zócalo, so you can roll out of bed and straight into the heart of the city. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very attentive throughout my visit. Alicia, the housekeeper, did an excellent job tidying up my room every day—I always returned to fresh, laundered towels and a spotless space. Every morning I was greeted with a friendly “Buenos días,” which made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The 24-hour cafeteria was a lifesaver when I came back late from a full day of sightseeing. And the morning buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious—great way to start each day. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return! --- Hotel Canadá Central es un excelente punto de partida para cualquier aventura turística: a solo dos cuadras del Zócalo, así que puedes levantarte y salir directo al corazón de la ciudad. ¡Tuve una estancia maravillosa en este hotel! We stayed the week of thanksgiving and everything was great except for one thing. The elevator was not working. I’ve seen some reviews from earlier date with the same issue. Other than that the hotel was great

Lovely hotel with friendly and accomodating staff. Special shout out to the room service staff for cleaning my room everyday and providing me with fresh linen and water bottles. I really appreciate their fastidiousness. The inclusive breakfast and free of cost cafe foods + water really helped too when I couldn't go out or was too tired at the end of the day. The view from their cafe balcony is gorgeous. Would definitely be coming back. Thank you for making my stay in your beautiful city so comfortable and pleasant!

The place is good and clean, but if you’re a light sleeper the bar next door is too loud. Unfortunately on our last day the hotel had an issue with the water. It came out looking orange and dirty didn’t dare to shower with it. Ended up brushing my teeth and washing my face with bottled water.

Estuvo terrible , no había elevador comentan que llevan un año así, fue un insulto subir y bajar elevadores , las escaleras muy estrechas, lo peor que ya estaba pagada la estancia y no cómo hacerle, deberían retirar al Hotel de la lista de Hoteles.com

Great location, close to the major monuments, really enjoyed the rooftop cafe/bar with free breakfast, drinks, and snacks.

Excellent Rooftop services

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They are remodeling and upgrading rooms which is nice. We had two rooms, one old and one new. So we got to see both. The romedeled room was nice and more modern. Bathroom was great with glass doors. The older rooms bathroom was very tight with a small shower earea and curtain was shorter and all the water was coming out. The toilet and floor all got wet. We never got hot water in the old room. The hotel shuts water off at a certain time and back on in the morning, but this happens a lot throughout the city. At night cockroaches came out in the bathroom. I believe they came out from the floor drain they have right outside the shower (as i mentioned the water comes out everywhere when showering). The location is great. Walking distance from the Zócalo and many restaurants/shops. Its a safe area. Its a decent hotel. Just inform yourself about water shut off/on hours to prep yourself.

Friendly staff, clean room (be prepared for tight spaces if you have a king bed), and the Tarraza Lounge is perfecto!

Habitación limpia

The hotel staff was good and the lobby appeared clean however the room itself was dirty and had roaches. We found at least half a dozen of them periodically in the bathroom.

Habitación muy limpia camas muy comodas y atención extraordinaria. Gracias fue genial.

There were several cockroaches in the room, and I couldn't sleep due to the loud music from the bar next to the hotel.

Excellent location in the middle of Centro Historico!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were small but very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and the snacks throught the day and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. While the wait for the elevator could sometimes be an inconvenience, we were grateful to have the facility available.

Room was really small, no washcloths. Otherwise great stay close to everything friendly staff.

I didn't like the fact it was too noisy.

Están restaurando y eso está bien. Pero no servia el elevador, la extensión telefónica en la habitación y el cambio de toallas, a pesar que lo reporté.El espacio en la ducha quedó reducido tras la restauración, de frente a la regadera no podía levantar los codos hasta el nivel de los hombros, me duché "de lado".

There's a bar next door that blasts their music until 1am. If you need sleep, this isn't a good place to stay

Hotel Canada Central is well located and is in proximity to Tour Buses, Shopping and Restaurants, which was convenient to us to navigate Mexico City and important historical sites comfortably. Efficient housekeeping staff, kept the room clean and tidy. Room size is rather tiny. A small inconvenience was non functioning of the AC. Overall It was a budget friendly, safe place to stay with family.

Lo que menos me gustó fue el cuarto de baño muy restringido de dimensiones en área de la ducha

It was a good choice. Only thing, rooms are small and no desk but it has a nice cafeteria that you could use for your work.

Very clean hotel with friendly and efficient staff. The free food in the cafe is a nice plus. My room with one queen bed was small--I wish it had a workspace to use my computer. My room was on the side of the hotel opposite the elevator. I would not stay on that side again because of the loud music from the nightclub across the alley.

All the staff was excellent. Breakfast and cafe was a bonus. New renovations on the way. Our room was tiny but extremely clean. Walls are quite thin so you can hear the tv next store etc. I would definitely stay here again.

ME COBRARON UNA PLANCHA CUANDO ELLOS MOVIERON MIS COSAS DE LA AHBITACIÓN DEJANDO LA PLANCHA EN LA ANTIGUA HABITACIÓN, ME FUERON A MOLESTAR A TOCAR MI PUERTA A LA 1:00 A.M. POR LO QUE NO RESPETAN LA PRIVACIDAD.

Great hotel, great staff, especially one of the receptionist in the evening, Hilda. I arrived in the evening and had requested a room on a top floor, only because I arrived exhausted and knew I was going to probably fall asleep like a stone. Well, I didn’t get the rolling that evening, but she made it happen for the folks morning, top floor room and I was really grateful to her, muchas gracias, Hilda. Definitely be staying there again. 😊

I don’t usually leave hotel reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. After staying here for two nights, on the third night 11.06.25 one of the employees came knocking on our door around 10:30 p.m. My mother, who is nearly 80 years old, was asleep at the time. I wasn’t in the room, but she called me, upset and confused about someone knocking that late. I went to the front desk to ask what was going on, and they told me they knocked because they believed we had a third guest staying in the room and needed to charge an extra fee. I had no problem paying the extra $15 if that was the case—but knocking on a guest’s door that late at night is completely unacceptable. They could have easily handled it the next morning. This situation was poorly managed and showed a real lack of consideration for their guests’ comfort and privacy. I ask them why sending someone at the time . The dates were Nov 5,6 and 7 2025. I just feel that lack of training but it’s more like common sense. I don’t get it !

Todo el hotel es estupendo. , pero la estrella mayor lo tiene el staff. Súper amables. Mi primera noche no pude dormir por el ruido que había d eun bar y la siguió y emañana me cambiaron d ehabitacion

Sensacional hotel… check in rápido , detalles y en recepción y una gran sorpresa al abrir la habitación y encontrar la decoración con gran esmero que hicieron por nuestro viaje de 48 aniversario de bodas… mil gracias de corazón al personal del hotel.. en todo momento agradable y servicial

This is a gem of a place in the heart of Mexico City. The staff is excellent. Cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the spread was sufficient. This is my go to Hotel in Mexico City. Highly recommended.

En general una magnífica estancia, el hotel tiene esa calides en su decoración pero se acentúa con la recepción de TODO su personal, te hacen sentir cómodo, la luz, limpieza, ubicación. El único punto es el elevador, muy pequeño no se da abasto. Pero con gusto regreso Debo hacer una mención especial para Miguel , Esteban, Odín e Iván que en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente 100% recomendable

Great location, one block from Zocalo. Great customer service. Only con is the small elevator that is used as a service elevator too. Had to take stairs most of the time.

Excellent location in the middle of Centro Historico!

The staff and service was the best I have experienced at any Hotel! The free breakfast was sublime and they also can make specialty vegan dishes like Enchiladas or Quesadillas. I will 100% stay here again when I come back to Mexico City. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of different foods! The staff was super friendly and the rooms clean.

Great location. Easy walk to the Zocalo. We even walked around noon to La Lagunilla, Tepito to eat barbacoa next to the Templo del Carmen. Lots of food around the hotel and near the Zocalo including at night. Breakfast is included and made to order. The only thing I would have liked is some spicy salsas to acompany the breakfast which were traditional dishes like enchiladas and chilaquiles. Food seemed a little bland because it was missing some spice. They also have fruit, eggs and hotcakes. There is some construction going on in the building and the noise woke us up, but it was fine because it made us get up to start our day!

La opción de desayuno muy práctica, hay variedad y tiene buen sabor. Los espacios son limpios y agradables, excelente ubicación y el personal muy atento y amable. Además por la noche disfrutamos de un rico café en la terraza.

Tienen tortas, molletes y ensaladas gratis durante el día, sodas incluidas todo esto después de la hora del desayuno gratis, la verdad no pensé que tuviera todo eso gratis. Muy satisfechos de todas las amenidades que tiene este hotel, espero que no lo cambien.
