The rooms are clean and, promptly, made on a daily basis unless you use a 'do not disturb' sign. Television programs include both Polish and English languages. The staff are very understanding and accommodating. Exquisite and refined food especially at breakfast! Would definitely come back. Thank you, Warsaw Plaza Hotel!

We've stayed at several Hotels in Warsaw over the years, this was the first time at this Hotel and it was a pleasant surprise! As the reason for our stay was a funeral, we didn't need to stay in the city centre! Free parking is a major plus and highly appreciated! The check in was quick, however I think the receptionist would benefit from smiling at the customer! I have 17 years experience in the business and I know how much it means! The man who checked us out was excellent! The rooms are large, clean, nice and well equipped! The only thing left to wish for, would have been a shelf in the shower, everything else is pretty much there! We had a drink in the very comfortable bar before having dinner in the restaurant! Friendly staff, nice and comfortable venue and good service! Some of the dishes were very tasty but some unfortunately lacked flavor! A few more vegetarian options would also have been appreciated! Over all though, we very much enjoyed our short stay and would not hesitate to stay here again!
