The beds and room are great and comfy. The view is nice, but what they do not tell you is how bad the noise is from the beach club. At 5:00 pM I still couldnt sleep. So the next day of my "holiday" I was exhausted and it was hard to enjoy Valencia. They tried to compensate me for the next night for another room etc. But I would have liked to know this before I booked. Also there is no swimming pool, which I knew, but I tought we can go to the beach instead. However the beach is disgusting and it's not safe. Thiefs are walking around there and also in front of the hotel they are bothering you. So the hotel is great but the environment where they are in is not.

Right on the beach, which was gorgeous…Hotel is clean and safe… as written in other reviews, you are likely to have some street noise at night (possibly on weekend only) from either beachside bars, or crowds returning home from those… There were few things that caused some frustration: - breakfast starts late, at 8 am on weekdays, and 8:30 on the weekend. Our train to Seville was at 9:20 am, and we could not have breakfast on the day of departure - no food or drinks from the outside was allowed in the room… why?! - if you dine in their restaurant, which was fantastic, a “default” welcome basket of bread and a bottle of plain tap water will cost you 3 euros each… just beware…

Keine Aussicht auf den Strand. Aussicht auf die Stadt. Parkplatz hat das Hotel keine eigenen. In der Einstellhalle war es sicher kostete aber für drei Tage zusätzlich 78 Euro. Morgenbuffet etwas spärlich. Dafür war die Aussicht vom Restaurant auf das Meer herforragend und schön.

The concierge was extremely helpful and pointed us in the direction of a wonderful restaurant La Pepica. Parking was across from the hotel entrance making it very easy.

Checking in was very easy, they explained everything to us, what time breakfast is at, Which bus to take if you want to go into Old Town. If you’re lucky you can get free parking just outside otherwise pay parking is across the street. The beach is right there , the water is amazing., Plenty of restaurants to choose from.

El hotel es perfecto para ir de vacaciones o en temporada alta. No es cómodo para ir por trabajo, la habitación está muy bien pero no es cómoda para trabajar. También es un inconveniente que en temporada baja no den servicio de restaurante para las cenas.

Amazing hotel right beside the beach with friendly reception staff. We visited for a long weekend and we're well chuffed to enjoy this hotel. Less than a minute from the beach so you get to enjoy your breakfast looking into the beach. The breakfast is consistently good and we never left hungry although they tend to run out of things, like most hotels, towards the end of service. Easy public transport routes into town with buses and trams close by and it's walkable if you are up for an hour's walk. They also have a great selection of wines. Room was pretty large with a great bed and views either onto the beach or Street. If you have some time check out the roof top cocktail bar for a relaxing drink at sunset.

This is a VERY nice place. Everything is modern and very clean. I was most impressed by the quality of the "made-to-order" breakfast. It's difficult to understand why more places don't prepare scrambled eggs the same way. They were truly amazing! Kitchen staff was very friendly and efficient.

Preis Leistung im Hotel sehr gut, Lage direkt am Strand und der Promenade auch gut. Zimmer waren sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Einzig das Frühstück könnte etwas hochwertiger sein.

The room was good and the cleaning excellent. Breakfast was nice with good choice. The staff throughout the hotel were lovely and we were delighted by the service at Reception. All in all a very nice stay.

sehr schönes Hotel , modern und sauber . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Service ist super . Leider hat es im Zimmer nach Abfluss gerochen . Ansonsten alles hervorragend . Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit .

This is a great hotel located by the beach and walk in distance to nice beach front restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean. One thing that this hotel needs to get rid of is the wooden decorative ladder that they use in the bathroom as a towel rack. A lot of people probably hang wet towels after they shower on this wooden ladder and naturally the wood was covered in mold. The mold was visible on the middle racks where it has been used the most. For that reason we used our own towels and I asked for extra towels which I didn’t place them on the wooden ladder. The breakfast was bellow average and “clean” dishes had dried food particles on them. The glass cups also smelled ( if you know, you know). Once I grabbed few plates and felt/saw dried food particles. I couldn't bring myself to eat there. The food wasn't very appealing either. My husband ate breakfast, and he said it was bellow average. The hotel lobby and main staircase and hallways are super clean. The staff at front desk were very nice. Cant say the same for the restaurant staff. Overall the location and cleanliness was good. The rest was just ok!

What was excellent: staff and service, location at the beach and near good restaurants, pretty room, delicious breakfast buffet. What was an issue: a perfume, flowery smell that would not go away. It was very strong in the room and less strong throughout the hotel. The staff tried to help but couldn’t because the smell seems to be coming through the HVAC system.

Zimmer mit „Patio“ Innenhof wirkt wie ein Gefängnis. Kein direkter Lichteinfall weil der Innenhof so klein ist. Wechsel auf ein anderes Zimmer wurde nicht empfohlen, da in unmittelbarer Nähe eine Disco ist und der Lärm weithin die ganze Nacht zu hören ist.

This is a lovely hotel overlooking the beach in Valencia. The bedroom was large and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect as there is a choice of dining and bars right next to the hotel. The area is quite lively, but it is also safe and clean. The Marina Beach Club is close by and has loud music plus the occasional fireworks which can be heard. Travel to other parts of Valencia is easy and the hotel is near bus and tram routes making it a perfect location for sightseeing.

Saubere und toll eingerichtete Zimmer. Hilfsbereites und sehr freundliches Personal an der Reception. Die Freundlichkeit der Dame am Frühstücksbuffet ließ zu wünschen übrig. Am Buffet gab es fast nichts, man musste Eierspeisen, Wurst und Schinken extra bestellen (allerdings im Preis drin). Das müsste man verbessern. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Meerblick. Toll! Aber Achtung! Spätestens ab 22:00Uhr gibts Disco Musik vom benachbarten Beach Club, so dass an Schlaf wirklich nicht zu denken ist (bis 3:30Uhr). Die angeblichen Lärmschutzfenster gibt es nicht. Es gibt leider nur eines, verzichtet auf den schönen Meerblick und schlaft zur Straße raus. Für den Lärm kann das Hotel zwar nicht, aber als Gast muss man es aushalten.

So pleased we chose this hotel. The Staff were brilliant from the moment we arrived till we left. Very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Lovely modern decor fabulous appointed rooms and bathroom. If there was one thing to snag it was the hum of the generator in our room. Would definitely stay here again.

Our curtain also did not shut fully so the beautiful sunlight and evening lighting came through but once this is fixed, I am sure it’ll be a lovely dark room. The other reviews are right - the pillows are so comfortable.

Saubere und toll eingerichtete Zimmer. Hilfsbereites und sehr freundliches Personal an der Reception. Die Freundlichkeit der Dame am Frühstücksbuffet ließ zu wünschen übrig. Spätestens ab 22:00Uhr gibts Disco Musik vom benachbarten Beach Club, so dass an Schlaf wirklich nicht zu denken ist (bis 3:30Uhr). Die angeblichen Lärmschutzfenster gibt es nicht. Es gibt leider nur eines, verzichtet auf den schönen Meerblick und schlaft zur Straße raus. Für den Lärm kann das Hotel zwar nicht, aber als Gast muss man es aushalten.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were so kind and very helpful. Their English and knowledge of languages was exceptional. They assisted me in making reservations for taxis and helping with finding local attractions. My vacation started off horribly but they saved it and for that I am truly grateful.

This is a great hotel located by the beach and walk in distance to nice beach front restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean. One thing that this hotel needs to get rid of is the wooden decorative ladder that they use in the bathroom as a towel rack. A lot of people probably hang wet towels after they shower on this wooden ladder and naturally the wood was covered in mold. The mold was visible on the middle racks where it has been used the most. For that reason we used our own towels and I asked for extra towels which I didn’t place them on the wooden ladder. The breakfast was bellow average and “clean” dishes had dried food particles on them. The glass cups also smelled ( if you know, you know). Once I grabbed few plates and felt/saw dried food particles. I couldn't bring myself to eat there. The food wasn't very appealing either. My husband ate breakfast, and he said it was bellow average. The hotel lobby and main staircase and hallways are super clean. The staff at front desk were very nice. Cant say the same for the restaurant staff. Overall the location and cleanliness was good. The rest was just ok!

This is a lovely hotel overlooking the beach in Valencia. The bedroom was large and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect as there is a choice of dining and bars right next to the hotel. The area is quite lively, but it is also safe and clean. The Marina Beach Club is close by and has loud music plus the occasional fireworks which can be heard. Travel to other parts of Valencia is easy and the hotel is near bus and tram routes making it a perfect location for sightseeing.

Zeer net hotel, vlak aan de zee. Heerlijk om uitgebreid te ontbijten met zicht op zee. Kamer was zeer net en werd elke dag netjes gepoetst. Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Makkelijk naar het centrum met metro, deze stopt vlak voor hotel. Zeker een aanrader.

This is a wonderful hotel and the staff are friendly and helpful. We had a seaside room that was large, airy and comfortable. The only downside is the marina club nearby that blared dance music until the wee hours. We sleep with earplugs in so it was not a big deal for us, but it does impact the chill vibe of this hotel.

Loved our stay here. The location is perfect right on the beach with lots of dining options nearby. The breakfast in the morning is fantastic. The options and service are great. If you book an ocean view room be aware that there is an outdoor disco that goes until about 3 AM if it's not raining. You'll need earplugs if you're not lured asleep by the thump thump of dance music. No place on the beach here is immune to it, even with the doors closed.

Great property right on the beach. Ocean view room was amazing. Front desk was very helpful, and dining options at the hotel and all along the strand were really good! The only bad thing was the nightclub across the way was so loud until 3:30am. Kept me up all 4 nights I stayed there.

This is a VERY nice place. Everything is modern and very clean. I was most impressed by the quality of the "made-to-order" breakfast. It's difficult to understand why more places don't prepare scrambled eggs the same way. They were truly amazing! Kitchen staff was very friendly and efficient.

La ubicación muy buena y el hotel en general muy confortable. Lo que no fue nada positivo fue el horario del desayuno, tuve que dejarlo perder ya que no se sirve hasta las 9 am. Con este horario es imposible reservar para viajes de negocios.

Keine Aussicht auf den Strand. Aussicht auf die Stadt. Parkplatz hat das Hotel keine eigenen. In der Einstellhalle war es sicher kostete aber für drei Tage zusätzlich 78 Euro. Morgenbuffet etwas spärlich. Dafür war die Aussicht vom Restaurant auf das Meer herforragend und schön.

An absolutely fabulous hotel! Very clean and tidy! In my opinion the towels were changed a bit too often (every) even though it wasn’t necessary and the need not indicated. Just a little bit to think about. Breakfast was nice, the bread a bit ‘bland/dull’ everything else great. Had a Mimosa almost every morning:) We had the room with the atrium terrace, didn’t use it much but still nice to have for swimming gear. Can be a bit noisy due to the nightclub nearby but not a big issue. All in all had a fab time in this spotless hotel.

Friendly staff, newly updated boutique hotel on the Boardwalk with direct beach access. Air conditioning works extremely well! Excelltnfor hot summer days in Valencia. No gym in property and I was assigned to the accessibility room which needs some additional TLC in the bathroom otherwise stay was very pleasant.

The hotel is very cute, clean and the staff was very friendly. However, the rooms are a bit ikea-ish with cheap rickety furnishings. The wooden sink counter is rotting from water. Towel rack following apart….The staff wasn’t very knowledgeable about many questions but we believe they were hiring and getting ready for high season. ALL VERY KIND THOUGH! The restaurant food was amazing as well! Definitely the most underrated!! (Better than the local fav la pepica! )
