Property needs some updates: master closet would not close properly, water pressure not good, and had a weird smell. The property elevator did not work the first two days we were there. Other than that it was very nice, spacious and well equipped. Overall a great stay.

Very clean condo in all rooms. Kitchen cookware, utensils, etc. adequate for cooking. Balcony view of ocean is great to enjoy anytime of the day or night. Food trucks were available throughout the week. Hoping to be able stay again next year.

We stayed in this condo with our family and 6 month old. We loved how family friendly the complex was! They had a food truck at the pool everyday and a huge green space where the kids were able to run and play. The beach was great and had no rocks. The condo had a great view of the ocean and a pack and play fit nicely in the second bedroom. There were a couple boogie boards and sand toys on the balcony. Any issues or questions we had were addressed quickly. There are a few things that could be improved on. If you are traveling with a baby I suggest bringing a baby bath tub because the bathtubs wouldn’t hold water. We did have some issues with ants in the kitchen, but there was spray provided. If your baby uses formula, I suggest keeping it in a bag. The ants really liked the Brezza. The master bath has an older jacuzzi tub / shower combo that could be difficult for older guests to use, but they did provide anti slip mats for the tubs. A couple of the chairs outside were rusted. Overall a great condo and awesome location!

Not only beach and great pool, the property had a large common area between the condos that my kids met other kids, and played baseball games , frisbee, etc You could always see your kids from your balcony Very safe Highly recommended

Great place! Amazing beach access! Only issue was the facilities (hot tub etc) were too busy. Security did not do a good job with ensuring rules were being followed.

Great experience. Really enjoyed the condo and all of the amenities. The condo had everything we needed. We loved having the option of the beautuful clean pool or a short walk to the beach.

4th Floor condo with view of the ocean and pool. Directly across from the elevator and stairs. Condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures and descriptions. Great balcony furnishings with a gentle ocean breeze. Close to restaurants, activities and historic St. Augustine.

We loved this condo. Comfortable beds. Ocean view from large deck with dining area outside. The kitchen was fully equipped with nice cookware & nice quality knives. Two coffee makers, a drip coffee maker & a Keurig. It has smart TVs with Roku. Carts to carry your things in the elevator. Great pool & hot tub. Short walk to the beach. Beach chairs are provided. The place is well built so there’s very little noise. This is definitely one of the better condos we’ve stayed at in this area.

The condo was great and the location was great. It can get load in the evenings with all the kids playing in the open grassy area. Great for families with small kids, hard to enjoy a glass of wine on the he balcony. No complaints at all about the condo.

This condo was perfect for a holiday getaway with our 92 year old mother. The elevator location was right across from the entry door, and the reclining furniture worked well for her. The place was also well stocked and very clean.

This condo was truly about the details. The owners thought of everything you would need for a week of family fun. From throw blankets, to games, to books, to hooks for towels and clothes. We did miss a thing. The condo was very clean and comfy for our party of 6 (4 adults and 2 teens). It was perfect for my parents to sit on the balcony and perfect for my teens to get to the beach. It made it easy for my husband and I to enjoy as well because we were not worried about anyone else. The owner was very responsive with my questions. We would defnitley stay her again. Thanks for a week of great memories!

Incredible view from the large balcony….overlooked the beautiful pool as well as the ocean. The condo accommodations were spacious, very clean, and well appointed. I’ve stayed in condos at Crescent Beach for over 50 years and this one ranks in the top five!

Probably the best vacation in years! The condo is spacious and beautiful. The deck is beyond anything we’ve had before. All 7 of of us fit comfortably on it with room to spare. The kids loved the small room with their own beds and tv. From the bedrooms to the kitchen everything you need is right there for you. Every room is well appointed. I could go on and on!! Beautiful beach with a sparkling clean condo and a view you will never forget. Your hosts are as amazing as the condo. Easy to talk with and promptly answered any questions. We are already wanting to go back!!

It was a wonderful 3 day weekend for my husbands birthday. The condo was grea, very clean, comfortable furniture. We spent the majority of our time on the very large balcony. There was a great view of the pool & ocean. The weather was a little rainy at times but there was plenty of room to sit on the balcony still under roof & not get rained on. We will definitely be back.

Immaculate, beautifully updated decor and very comfortable beds and furniture . Equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen . Owners are easy to communicate with and promptly return texts when we have a question. Colony Reef offers a large pool, and an additional bonus of a large grassy area young people and children gather to play ball and meet new friends.

We stayed for 6 days but rented for 7. When we arrived we noticed some issues off the bat. All the outside furniture was rusted. There was grease splashed and stained all over the balcony. Dirty dishes were put away instead of cleaned. Clothes from the prior guests were in the drawers. Shower liner was nasty in both baths...as if they were never replaced. The popcorn ceiling was falling off into the tub. The master bed frame is so loud and squeaky you can hear it from outside. The washing machine is behind a wall if you're less than 5'5 you wont be able to reach your clothes...and we had 2 guests we didn't know were going to join us...roaches.(no not palmetto bugs) So basically spent a week washing everything because it was dirty and we hope we didn't bring any roaches home. We did complain and all they said was ... sorry. Dont seem to care much! For what we paid for the week we felt we were over charged. There are nicer units in nicer buildings for less money. Needless to say...we will never return here.

Condo had great views and all the amentities at complex. The condo had plenty of extras - games, blender, extra pans, and other stuff. The home has a couple of dated items but hopefully the owner will replace. Family enjoyed and will return.

This condo is in a great location and the property is wonderful. The condo is clean and we loved our stay. We used the balcony a lot and enjoyed the beach and pool l. The third bedroom is small but it was perfect for our 10 and 13 year old for sleeping. Would definitely stay again!!

We had the best time and the condo was perfect. 4 out of the 5 of us flew in so Linda was gracious enough to have beach chairs for us to borrow. The condo had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable.

The condo was great and the location was great. It can get load in the evenings with all the kids playing in the open grassy area. Great for families with small kids, hard to enjoy a glass of wine on the he balcony. No complaints at all about the condo.

The host was amazing and was easily accessible. The condo is very well stocked with all of the essential items. It’s nicely decorated and clean. We enjoyed our girls trip and would highly recommend this property!

This condo was truly about the details. The owners thought of everything you would need for a week of family fun. From throw blankets, to games, to books, to hooks for towels and clothes. We did miss a thing. The condo was very clean and comfy for our party of 6 (4 adults and 2 teens). It was perfect for my parents to sit on the balcony and perfect for my teens to get to the beach. It made it easy for my husband and I to enjoy as well because we were not worried about anyone else. The owner was very responsive with my questions. We would defnitley stay her again. Thanks for a week of great memories!

Probably the best vacation in years! The condo is spacious and beautiful. The deck is beyond anything we’ve had before. All 7 of of us fit comfortably on it with room to spare. The kids loved the small room with their own beds and tv. From the bedrooms to the kitchen everything you need is right there for you. Every room is well appointed. I could go on and on!! Beautiful beach with a sparkling clean condo and a view you will never forget. Your hosts are as amazing as the condo. Easy to talk with and promptly answered any questions. We are already wanting to go back!!

Immaculate, beautifully updated decor and very comfortable beds and furniture . Equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen . Owners are easy to communicate with and promptly return texts when we have a question. Colony Reef offers a large pool, and an additional bonus of a large grassy area young people and children gather to play ball and meet new friends.

We stayed for 6 days but rented for 7. When we arrived we noticed some issues off the bat. All the outside furniture was rusted. There was grease splashed and stained all over the balcony. Dirty dishes were put away instead of cleaned. Clothes from the prior guests were in the drawers. Shower liner was nasty in both baths...as if they were never replaced. The popcorn ceiling was falling off into the tub. The master bed frame is so loud and squeaky you can hear it from outside. The washing machine is behind a wall if you're less than 5'5 you wont be able to reach your clothes...and we had 2 guests we didn't know were going to join us...roaches.(no not palmetto bugs) So basically spent a week washing everything because it was dirty and we hope we didn't bring any roaches home. We did complain and all they said was ... sorry. Dont seem to care much! For what we paid for the week we felt we were over charged. There are nicer units in nicer buildings for less money. Needless to say...we will never return here.

The 3 bedroom was great for our family vacation (5 adults, 2 kids ages 8 & 10). They had the best stocked kitchens with every utensil and small appliance that I have at home. I appreciated that it was good pots and pans and everything In the kitchen was top notch: we cooked in all but 2 meals the entire week. I took plenty of garbage bags and spices, etc. but she had those there as well. Convenience to the pool and to the beach. My grand daughters wanted home made ice cream each day, so I did take my ice cream maker. They would sit on the balcony each evening looking out over the ocean eating their ice cream. We were there for 4th July and opted not to go into town for fireworks….there was plenty being shot off around us and on the beach. It was awesome! Will definitely go back again and would chose this condo again in a heartbeat.

Incredible view from the large balcony….overlooked the beautiful pool as well as the ocean. The condo accommodations were spacious, very clean, and well appointed. I’ve stayed in condos at Crescent Beach for over 50 years and this one ranks in the top five!

4th Floor condo with view of the ocean and pool. Directly across from the elevator and stairs. Condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures and descriptions. Great balcony furnishings with a gentle ocean breeze. Close to restaurants, activities and historic St. Augustine.

Two coffee makers, a drip coffee maker & a Keurig. It has smart TVs with Roku. Carts to carry your things in the elevator. Great pool & hot tub. Short walk to the beach. Beach chairs are provided. This condo is in a great location and the property is wonderful. The condo is clean and we loved our stay. We used the balcony a lot and enjoyed the beach and pool l. The third bedroom is small but it was perfect for our 10 and 13 year old for sleeping. Would definitely stay again!!

Very clean condo in all rooms. Kitchen cookware, utensils, etc. adequate for cooking. Balcony view of ocean is great to enjoy anytime of the day or night. Food trucks were available throughout the week. Hoping to be able stay again next year.

We stayed in this condo with our family and 6 month old. We loved how family friendly the complex was! They had a food truck at the pool everyday and a huge green space where the kids were able to run and play. The beach was great and had no rocks. The condo had a great view of the ocean and a pack and play fit nicely in the second bedroom. There were a couple boogie boards and sand toys on the balcony. Any issues or questions we had were addressed quickly. There are a few things that could be improved on. If you are traveling with a baby I suggest bringing a baby bath tub because the bathtubs wouldn’t hold water. We did have some issues with ants in the kitchen, but there was spray provided. If your baby uses formula, I suggest keeping it in a bag. The ants really liked the Brezza. The master bath has an older jacuzzi tub / shower combo that could be difficult for older guests to use, but they did provide anti slip mats for the tubs. A couple of the chairs outside were rusted. Overall a great condo and awesome location!

This was our third time in St. Augustine and our first time in this condo. It was impeccable! The condo was very clean and stylishly decorated. The kitchen was larger than what I expected from the pictures which was nice. The balcony was roomy with a fantastic view of the ocean, pool and courtyard where families would play various games like volleyball, football and Frisbee. There is a volleyball net next to the pool which was nice. The property grounds were also impeccably clean and I am very picky about cleanliness so this was such a welcomed relieving surprise as no other property we have been to has been this clean and well taken care of. The pool is huge and water temp is perfect. The walkway to the beach is handicap accessible which is nice for those who may need it. There are other amenities we didn’t use like tennis/pickleball courts and a spa room (from what I read). Last but not least the hosts were amazing at communication! Will definitely return!
