The swimming pool was.extremely small and there was seating for only 8 people. The location also isn’t great with regards to shops and restaurants but it is close to the airport. So a few issues to over come but well worth it. The staff was an amazing, helpful and really friendly. The breakfast was excellent and they even had a high end coffee machine making Cappuccino’s. For the money this was a 5 star rating all the way.

From check in with Manu who was an absolute angel at 00.30am, this was a fabulous stay. Room was huge with relaxing colours and lighting, pool was great, breakfast very good! Lovely weekend getaway

The hotel is conveniently located to the airport but there isn’t much right around the hotel with regard to restaurants or stores. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of free parking on the street right in front of the hotel so no need to pay for parking.

Hotel looked brand new. Check in was fast and courageous. Rooms very comfy and nice big bed. Beware their shuttle from the airport to the hotel had very limited service. Taxi was 33 Euros! Hotel to airport was easy and only cost 5 Euros each.

Hotel was clean and modern, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just so-so, but certainly adequate. Had a problem getting there from the airport. Shuttle system is by RSVP only, so forget about getting picked up at the airport. We had to take a very expensive cab ride there (it's much less if you get your taxi at terminal 1, not T4). Address is confusing and we were taken to an empty dark office building by the taxi and told us this was the hotel. No! It was across the street with a very small sign. One address is shared by a number of buildings, so everyone gets confused. Hotel clerk laughed about our story, which I thought wasn't too funny.

Foi passagem de apenas uma noite. Hotel muito limpo e confortável. Próximo ao aeroporto. Aliás , o aeroporto de Madrid é imenso e é bom, se não conhece, chegar com antecedência. Porém, bem distante do Centro de Madrid, onde estão as principais atrações turísticas, é questão apenas de se programar. Só utilizamos carro de aplicativo então não sei dos demais transportes. Foi excelente conhecer Madrid.

It’s a fine hotel to stay at for day/night before a flight. That’s all I did. The bathroom shower was a little moldy and I found hair that wasn’t mine. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was clean. Service at night wasn’t great, but the service in the morning was.

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The customer service was terrible from the start. After checking in, we had to wait over an hour before we could use our room. When we finally got inside, the sheets were dirty — and unbelievably, the guest service associate told my wife and me to make the bed and replace the sheets ourselves! There was no manager on site to report this issue. When I spoke to the manager the next day, she admitted she was aware of the situation but never bothered to call or apologize. If I could get a refund, I absolutely would. Stay away from this place. If you do choose to stay here, check the sheets and bathroom carefully before using the room.

Everything would be super except they had no AC and central heating. Shower without boundary or curb as designed for disabled persons flooded the entire bathroom floor and disabled the bathroom! Bad design! Also, open compartment/closet for hanging clothing is too short and it can’t hanging any longer clothes.

The staff were lovely and this has been consistent with my stays in a Holiday Inn Express in the UK. The shuttle bus is only available at particular times. We didn’t understand this upon our arrival and stood for an hour like utter lemons then got charged €30 to get to the hotel. I didn’t like the vending machine. It was awkward to use though the sandwich was very welcome. I would have preferred to use the stairs rather than the lift but they seemed to be alarmed. The dining room staff were overwhelmed and quite a bit inattentive in the evenings especially at weekends but were excellent in the morning. Even when the coffee machine broke down a couple of times. Overall apart from a couple of niggles it was an excellent hotel. Very clean and excellently serviced. Sadly it was not located well for us and we worried frequently about travelling over our bus stop. The bridge over the motorway was also a bit of a nightmare in the heat and for anybody with vertigo. If it could have been placed closer to Madrid centre I think it would have suited us better.

En términos generales, estamos satisfechos con el hotel, como en ocasiones anteriores. Siempre hemos elegido este alojamiento por su ubicación práctica y, hasta ahora, la atención recibida había sido excelente. Sin embargo, en esta última estancia, lamentablemente tuvimos una experiencia muy negativa con la atención al cliente por parte de la recepcionista que nos atendió. Desde nuestra llegada, no , recibimos una bienvenida adecuada y su actitud fue totalmente apática, como si no tuviera ningún interés en atendernos. Nos pareció una falta de cortesía y profesionalismo, lo cual no corresponde con el estándar de servicio al que estábamos acostumbrados en este establecimiento. Esperamos sinceramente que esta situación no se repita en futuras visitas.

This hotel was kind of a shock. Most likely is one of the closest hotels near the airport but do not let that fool you. There is nothing close to the airport. It took a good 20 minutes but it would have taken the same 20 minutes from the center of Madrid. It is not close to anything and you need to grab a taxi or Uber to get food (unless you eat in the hotel’s restaurant) or go shopping (nothing nearby). Fifteen to twenty euros each way is a lot of money to grab something to eat and the area is not walkable. The staff was meh, even rude except for Tavi, he was great! The room was comfortable and clean, and the bar was well stocked. I would choose another hotel near the center of Madrid, even the business district as you get better choices in everything, Then get a taxi to the hotel for twenty five euros.

Situated next the motorway, there is constant noise from the road. The breakfast was poor, food that was meant to be hot was generally cold and limited choose. Beds are very uncomfortable. Hotel very isolated and nothing in walking distance.

Udemærket hotel, især til prisen. Næsten helt nyt og sødt personale. Morgenmaden følger med i prisen, hvilket kun er et plus. Det eneste der trækker ned er beliggenheden hvis man er i Madrid og gerne vil spare nogle penge, da det er lidt vanskeligt af komme ind til centrum, men hvis man bare skal have en overnatning pga fly kan jeg anbefale det 100%

The room was hot and stuffy during the first night. Did not have control of central air. After speaking with the cleaning lady, she advised to speak with the front desk and ask to turn off the air to open the window to air out during the day then at night was better. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. One drawback is the location that is far from centre Madrid and had to rely on public transportation. The reason why we made reservations was because of the shuttle to the airport and it turned out to the we had to pay a fee for each us and the extra luggage. Next time will stay closer to centre Madrid.

Only stayed here for one night before flying back home. Hotel was super clean and the staff was very nice. They offered free breakfast which was great and they also have a restaurant that the food was good as well. If you are flying international like I did then taking the shuttle will take close to 30 minutes from the hotel to get to Terminal 4.

The Express cafe connected to the property was excellent. We reached the hotel at 10:30pm and were starving. The express cafe staff was wonderful and they served delicious food. They also have light breakfast with coffee starting at 4am and a full breakfast at 7am. We stayed there because we had an early morning flight to catch, we paid for the airport shuttle which was on time with great staff!! Highly recommend this place.

Al ducharse se inundaba el baño, la habitacion no tiene frigobar, dejar9n 1 solo rollo de papel higienico que estaba por la mitad de uso. La ofertade canales de tv era muy reducida. Tenia un es ritorio oara trabajar pero no tenia una Silla!! El.servicio de shuttle para ir o venir del aeropuerto es reducido en horarios y no convenientes. Lo unico pasable fue el desayuno pero nada excepcional. No entiendo como tiene esa puntuacion
