The hotel is in a very nice location and a 15 minute walk from Gare de Lyon Part-Dieu. There are grocery stores, restaurants and cafes near the hotel. There is a bit of a noise problem that comes from the buzing of the doors each time a guest enters especially late at night. The breakfast is a simple one with coffee, choice of breads and jams.

I stayed here for two nights on the recommendation of my family who live in Lyon. The hotel is conveniently located just a two- or three-minute walk from Garibaldi station. The building is one of the more historic ones in the neighborhood, so I would especially recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates old European architecture. Each room has its own theme, and I stayed in the “Gastronomy” room. The bed was a little on the small side, but the room had everything I needed, and I really enjoyed spending time in its charming, classic atmosphere. The self check-in process was very convenient, and it was also nice that the owner came by to greet me at breakfast. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay!

Friendly staff, homey rooms, easy walk/transit from train and access to all of Lyon. Very accommodating. Great little supermarkets close by. Not many restaurants. It was the perfect stay for my 24 hour solo train adventure!

Very cute well maintained place, centrally located to the TGV train station, little far to walk to the center. Manager was very welcoming and nice. Walls are a little thin but a little knock at the wall fixed the noise from next door.
