15€ by taxi Fri Airport or 7-10 mins walk to metro. Location. Excellent within the old town. Bed is very comfortable shower, Nice Staff Nice. However, if choosing it because of the pool don’t, it’s about 10 feet by x 4 feet. Never used. It would really be pointless. Even for a cool down as because it’s so small. It kind of looks dirty not inviting. But everything else in the hotel staff breakfast location spot-on

The hotel was in an awesome location! Very close to the central market and walking distance to the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping on the doorstep. They also have parking underneath the hotel and a rooftop bar and pool. A very convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Altstadt Valencias. Der Pool am Dach des Hotels ist perfekt für die Überbrückung der zu heißen Nachmittag, an denen die Geschäfte zu haben. Das Auto steht sicher in der TG. Gerne wieder!

I booked two rooms, one for me and the other for my friend. My room was great and I loved the muted gray simplicity. My friends room smelled like sewer gases were emanating from the shower drain so they kept the bathroom door closed and the windows open. There is a lot of noise at night on the street fyi, bit the location and the staff are worth staying there for.

Great central location, 10 minutes from Metro with direct lines to airport and beach. Every member of staff, from reception to cleaners, had a smile and cheerful words. Kamers zijn niet erg schoon, zwembad is te vies om in te stappen. “Zwembad” is ook erg klein, op de foto’s lijkt dit groter. (Is geen zwembad maar een dompelbad, wij hadden selectie zwembad gekozen daarentegen bij het boeken) Personeel wel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar ook niet bovengemiddeld.

We booked this hotel at the last minute for a 6 night stay. As a consequence, it was more expensive than it would have been if we had been able to plan ahead. But it was not worth the money. We arrived early, our fault, and left our bags until 3pm check in. Hard sell to pay a fortune to upgrade the room. Came back at 3, no room. Was told ‘check in starts at 3, not guaranteed your room will be ready’. Really?? There was nobody else checking in. The bedroom was tiny, as advertised so no complaints about the size. But the bed was too close to the wardrobe so you could not open the doors fully. This meant you could not use the drawers and could not see in the mirror. Stupid design. No English language tv channel. Watching the news can be nice at the end of the day. Breakfast was excellent and served until 11 which was great.

Hôtel à proximité de tout. Emplacement idéal. Néanmoins les chambres sont très mal isolées. Les fenêtres sont tellement fines qu’on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue. Et je ne parle pas des portes de chambre qui ne sont également pas isolées. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Location is great, easy to walk everywhere. Didn’t use the pool at all. Staff at night during the week seemed a bit clueless - wouldn’t take stamped postcards to mail, didn’t know what La Pepica was, and recommended a restaurant (Orio) that was not good. But the day time staff were super helpful. There is a bar down the street that is quite loud, and the cleaning crew seem to drag the chairs across the floor when cleaning. Overall a good place to stay for the money and location.

Alors que nous étions dans une suite, nous avons dû appeler 2 soirs sur 3 pour faire remplacer le thé, le café, le lait et les tisanes utilisées. De plus les paniers n'ont pas été vidés une journée. En ce qui concerne l'entretien des chambres je mets donc un bémol. Pour ce qui est du reste de l'hôtel, c'était parfait. La terrasse du 5e étage est bien aménagée et doit êre agréable quand il fait chaud.

Elegimos este hotel porque em Sevilla estuvimos en Vincci la Rabita y fue fabuloso. En el hotel Vincci Mercat de Valencia, cuando nos dieron la habitación nos dimos cuenta q los tapones de los lavabos no funcionaban o estaban rotos (nos dijeron q en todas las habitaciones pasaba lo mismo y decidimos no cambiar de habitación), posteriormente nos duchamos y el agua quedo estancada porque el desagüe no evacuaba bien el agua. Por la noche me encontré mal y decidimos acortar el viaje, pero no pude comprar billetes de retorno con mi movil y bajé a recepción de hotel solicitandoles q me dejaran entrar en google en uno de sus ordenadores recibiendo la negativa a la compran y a esto me dijeron que esta petición era posible en un hotel de cinco estrellas pero no de cuatro. En resumen, no hemos podido dormir en toda la noche y hemos abandonado el hotel a las cinco de la mañana. Pr último puedo decir que no te encuentres mal pues no recibirás ayuda de quien has depositado tu confianza (la aplicacion no me deja subir la fotos del baño)

Loved the location, walking distance to all the tourist spots and train station. The only complain I have is when we checked in the reception tried to upsell luxury rooms for £50 per night. So we requested the upgrade for our final night instead of the whole stay, the person assured if we keep our bags packed and the housekeeping will move everything to the new room and we can pick up the keys to the new room from the reception. However, on the day we got advised there are no rooms available. A courtesy phone call would have been very helpful especially since we had informed it’s our anniversary and even offered to pay the upgrade fee on the check in day so it’s definitely reserved for us. It put a downer to our special day especially since we were looking forward to it.

We were welcomed and helped from the moment we arrived by the courteous staff. We were upgraded to a room with a ginormous bed. Bit too big for the room, really, but not a problem. One or two minor things weren’t in top condition, like the tissue dispenser in the bathroom and the dodgy plug. BUT, everything else was super. Clean, fresh, modern, quiet, just the right temperature. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel with freshly made yogurt, pastries and smoothies alongside scrambled eggs, bacon etc. The location was perfect and it was great that we could leave our bags on the checkout day while we explored. It’s always hard when looking for hotels, as you never really know what they’re like until you get there, but we were very happy with our experience at the Vincci Mercat and would definitely stay there again.

I had a superior room in the second floor facing another tall building in a narrow alley. You could hear all the noises from the outside which made it difficult to fall sleep.

Fabulous location. Restaurants and shopping nearby and walkable distance. Lovely staff and very helpful. Breakfast is great- enough choices although people wanting cooked breakfast may find there isn’t enough variety. Wasn’t a problem for us.
