Zimmer war nach hinten raus gelegen ohne Meerblick, worauf es keinen Hinweis bei der Buchung gab. Insgesamt war es dadurch lauter, da zu einer mehr befahrenen Straße belegen und recht dunkel. Wir hatten hier aufgrund der Bilder eine andere Erwartung. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, in der Küche wäre noch eine größere Pfanne hilfreich gewesen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden ohne besonderen Wunsch alle 2-3 Tage gewechselt, was angenehm aber nicht zwingend erforderlich war. Anstelle dessen hätte an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas mehr Augenmerk auf die Sauberkeit allgemein gelegt werden können. Der Pool war super, die Öffnungszeiten sind zu beachten. Das Personal war stets freundlich.

Having been going to El Marques for a number of years now. We have always enjoyed our stay there.The only downside this year was the state of pool area when coming down first thing in morning. Sunbeds all over the place,where they had been left day before.The pool attendant never bothered to tidy pool area at all.Also there are no smoking signs for pool but we found people smoking ,using glass ashtrays which should be a no no.I understand that Spanish laws are different from ours regarding smoking but I think it is wrong especially as was mainly round children’s pool area. Also people were bringing bottles of beer to pool area which should not be allowed, the pool attendant never got out of his seat to check on these things.In previous years the pool attendants gave more attention to the upkeep of pool area.

Beautiful area, amazing swimming pool with sun loungers available. Breakfasts were delicious, my son said the best eggs he’s ever had! Lidl supermarket 2 mins walk. Well equipped kitchen, lovely little touches like bottled water and toiletries. Super helpful at reception and security staff helpful out of hours.

The apartment was very well equipped. There was only 1 air con unit in the apartment which was in the bedroom-that was the only down side I can think of. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was huge. The area was very quiet at night. We always got a good spot by the pool late morning/early afternoon. The staff were all great and very helpful. Pool was a good temperature and inflatables were allowed at certain times. I would stay here again.

Excellent base for exploring the area, can’t fault it really, the pool is lovely and very clean. The only thing we didn’t enjoy particularly were the breakfasts, just not executed well enough and not enough choice, so I wouldn’t bother with the food if I came again, I would just have a room .

Built circa 1997 and not updated since, but none the worse for that. Exceptionally clean, apartments were spacious and fantastic views from floors 3 & 4. Pool clean and heated so early morning dips are no problem, bar well stocked. Didn’t use the restaurant as we like to explore but can’t imagine it would be bad.

Hola,nos sorprendió gratamente el alojamiento por la limpieza, comodidad, tranquilidad y equipamiento completísimo del dúplex vajilla y utensilios de la cocina muy completo que por echar algo en falta fue una lengua de silicona y alguna monodosis para la lavadora por lo demás genial cambio de sábanas toallas y limpieza cada dos días sin duda repetiremos, la zona muy bonita con muchos servicios y supermercados a pocos metros un clima agradable por su situación protegida de los vientos calidos como en la otra parte de la isla y con espectaculares vistas a los acantilados y las Islas de la Gomera y la Palma, la piscina también muy limpia y la recepción rápida y muy serviciales y amables.

During check in I found the reception staff very friendly, informed me of the facilities and a useful map layout of the appartments and facilities. And handed me my swimming pool towel My apartment was north facing, with a stunning view of the cliffs of the gigantes and ocean view and sunset views. And was away from the noise of the road and pavement near the carpark. A secluded but very private area with just a few apartments located along the side. The apartment to my surprise had a second floor, with a large single twin bed and bathroom shower area. The second floor had a second small bathroom without a shower and a small kitchen, large dining room and terrace with a beautiful ocean view, two sun loungers and table and chairs.. The kitchen had ever appliance needed, with complimentary water and tea and coffee. A water boiler,.own wifi router and TV with international channels. The whole apartment smelled and looked very clean, plenty of toilet rolls, towels, new washing liquid, sponge and wipe. Lidl is a 5 minute walk for all food essentials. I throughly enjoyed my stay here, and for the price was probably the cleanest and well equiped and spacious apartments I have stayed in. And will love to return back here.

Excellent apartments in Los Gigantes. A bit dated but very clean. Lovely balcony overseeing the cliffs. Very convenient location for grocery shopping as two supermarkets are within 2 mins distance. The demographics when we stayed was mostly old couples and we were family with young children so that did not fit. It is not a breakfast buffet and if you are vegetarian it is horrible. So basically 0 stars for breakfast.

Hotel facilities were really nice, though maybe a little outdated with quite old styling inside. Could be updated. Apartment was great with spacious upstairs and a nice bedroom with good air conditioning. Location was good within the resort walkable to local shops, bars and restaurants. Our main issue was the room housekeeping, our room was only serviced once by the hotel in a week stay meaning we had to request extra towels. The reception was also not open 24 hours so had we been slightly later back to the room we wouldn’t have been able to shower!

Spatious 2-storey apartment. There's a balcony on both floors. The upper one offers a nice view of the cliffs and the sea. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need during your stay (incl. washing machine and kitchenette). There's a restaurant and a pool area accessible via a tunnel under a (not busy) road. There are two supermarkets within walking distance. Playa de los Guios, black sandy beach is about 10 mins walk. But we liked snorkeling in Charco del amor (about 5mins walk) for its calm water and plenty of sea life. Parking in the area is a problem during the season.

Ona El Marques is a lovely resort.We have been going there for many years now. Only downside this year was the apartment we were given had a raised balcony which we thought was quite dangerous as there was no barricade at edge of balcony and about a foot drop to the apartment level.

This is a place we have been coming to for several yeas, and we would always try to come here every trip to Tenerife. From the cleaners to the receptionists and those working in the bar they are all extremely friendly and helpful. We are far enough away from the hustle and bustle of holiday makers to have a very relaxing break evey ime we come. Keep it up :)

I loved the peace and quiet of the resort. All the staff were lovely and friendly and were available to respond to anything we wanted, e.g. car hire, taxi return to the airport, best places to eat. This time of year is wonderfully peaceful and we just lazed around the pool and sat drinking mojitos in the bar.

Very nice appartements, all you need for your holidays! The breakfast was very bad, nothing I could recommend. After one day we changed for breakfast self-made in our appartement. A little bit difficult to find a parking space (only public). Very friendly and supporting recpetion.

Check-in/Check out very good, male receptionist very helpful with info on area. Apartment spacious and clean if a little dated, kitchen fully equipped, 2 bathrooms, large terrace. Swimming pool warm and plenty of sunbeds. Restaurant good. Very easy to get around on bus as stop 2 minutes away. Lidl 2 mins away. Would stay again.

Grouting in bathroom for floor tiles looks dirty and tiles need polishing? Not the cleaners fault they were all friendly and efficient.itv channels not usually available on TV for some reason we could get itv1! When we arrived not a very warm greeting. These apartments are lovely. They are situated at the top of a VERY steep hill! Cab is only around 4 euros to reach the town. Save your legs....! Pool lovely, reception very helpful, breakfast basic and does the job.

Lucía es encantadora. Nos indicó las excursiones que podíamos hacer con todo detalle. Por otra parte, los desayunos están muy ricos, pero muy repetitivos. No es bufet libre. Puedes elegir entre desayuno continental o inglés... Pero así todos los días cansa un poco. No hay yogures, dulces para elegir, etc. Y solo una bebida fría y otra caliente.

De accommodatie ligt rustig gelegen met voldoende parkeergelegenheid, maar indien je niet beschikt over een auto heb je weinig mogelijkheden. Restaurants liggen ver, het strand is op “wandelafstand” maar je dient wel een goede conditie te hebben voor alle hellingen. Verder hadden wij ontbijt inbegrepen, maar hebben wij na dag 1 besloten om zelf ons ontbijt te voorzien, aangezien het ontbijt niet in buffetvorm is en je dus zelf niet kan kiezen wat je neemt (Engels of continentaal ontbijt). De accommodatie zelf is netjes en verzorgd en aan het zwembad zijn er voldoende ligbedden en parasols voorzien voor alle gasten. De drankjes aan het zwembad zijn goedkoop geprijsd. Verder zijn er ook voldoende supermarkten/buurtwinkels op wandelafstand.

Bonne établissement. Pas évident pour trouver une place proche de l hotel. Mais ca va en s éloignant un peu c est faisable. Le petit déjeuner est repetitif mais correcte.

Excellent base for exploring the area, can’t fault it really, the pool is lovely and very clean. The only thing we didn’t enjoy particularly were the breakfasts, just not executed well enough and not enough choice, so I wouldn’t bother with the food if I came again, I would just have a room .
