We had a layover for 11 hours and stayed for 6 hours for a sleep! Pleasantly surprised at facilities and room was quiet and we had a good rest before our next flight in the morning ! It’s nothing fancy, basic but I’d all you need for a sleep and shower with added little things like towels , toothbrush , shower cap safe and fridge !

場所が非常にわかりづらい。サテライトのＣ5にあります。チェックインなどは問題ありませんでしたが、やはり室内は古い印象。掃除はされています。室内がカレーのような匂いが立ち込めていて、気持ち悪かったです。窓のない部屋でしたから、換気もできず。チェックアウト、すごく並んでいて、キーを渡すだけなのに時間がかかりました。

POSITIVES: Fabulous customer service at the front desk. Five star rating. Location was great. NEGATIVES: There was used toilet paper in the bathroom bin; paper under the desk; and a child's small pink ruler on the side of the bed. Obviously, they made the bed but that was it. Very disappointing. AVERAGE: Management must consider offering a variety of meals options for people who are intollerent or allergic to different types of foods that may cause a medical emergency like death. I was unable to eat most of the food offered. However, if you have no food intolerances or allergies then dining her is a good option.

Check-in was easy and quick after our long flight. Room was what we expected: nothing flashy or special as it is a ‘timed’ transit hotel in T1. Room smelt of ‘cat wee’: not overpowering but noticeable. We booked for 12 hours. Would we stay again considering the cost to value? No. We would take our hand luggage and book a local quality hotel nearby. We paid around A$200 for this experience. Overpriced for what you get. When viewing the description of what & where it is, in our opinion, it is not as close to where you exit your international flight as you might think. We are seasoned over 65, fit travellers who got frustrated as to where the hotel was: much better signage is required especially after a long exhausting flight. We hope this honest review helps our fellow international travellers as we know the importance of such feedback when considering spending such an amount. Thx ALGreynomad

I stayed here overnight between flights.My check-in was not a problem. The receptionist asked me if I would like a wake-up call in the morning. I replied that I would and gave her a time. This wake-up call failed to happen.It might pay guests to not to rely on these wake-up calls. My sleep was disturbed by the noises through the paper-thin walls. I heard what appeared to be a cleaner in another room at about four o'clock in the morning.As well, I was able to hear others guests coming and going. Sadly, some guests are not considerate towards others. This hotel is perfect though, for stays between flights.

Booked hotel for my parents. They loved it. Staff was nice. apart from Breakfast thingy, I emailed hote 10x times minimum but automated emails, asking for flight details. No communication been made at all. Parents aren’t very good in speaking Malay/English. Absolute joke of communication.

Staff are slow and check in was a long process- especially irritating after a long flight. They did not even explain how to get to the rooms and how it’s the same reception for the paid lounge. Rooms were big and spacious and good amenities. Hot water and shower was strong pressure. Sufficient stay for one night- easy to follow signs to the hotel. Would recommend.

환승시간이 긴경우에 머물기 아주좋아요! 이 호텔은 airside이므로 본인의 항공권이 에어사이드에 묵어야하는지, 랜드사이드에 묵어야하는지 미리 꼭 확인하세요. 객실룸이 마치 미로처럼되어있어서 나가는길을 찾기 쉽지않을수 있어요. 이것외에는 모든것이 다 마음에 들었어요. 다음에도 또 이용할 계획입니다.

There are two Sama-Sama Hotels at the airport. The Sama-Sama Express is inside of the terminal and not usable if you have to pick up you baggage and go outside. This was not clearly understandable to me when booking. So I ended in the Sama-Sama and had to pay more because only a higher category room was available. But room, service etc was perfect.

It was a non-existant stay. Why should 2 transit hotels at KLIA have practically the same name? We landed KLIA2 on a domestic flt from Penang on 27th, then were told to shift to KLIA1 which we did, then were brought to Sama Sama Hotel...which couldn’t find any booking under my name. So I had to pay extra to them to get a nite's stay for us. I am so put out with Hotels.com for not clarifying which hotel i should have made a booking. Wasted time, money, & energy. Totally flumoxed!

Sama Sama Express was an ideal place for my layover of almost 14hrs. The transit hotel is located in a convenient spot of the Satellite terminal. The room was clean, quiet and close to the aero train and bus for an easy transfer to the Main terminal gate G from where my connecting flight departed. The staff were welcoming and I got the much needed rest before my next flight. Would highly recommend this property for a long layover at KLIA.

Didnt realize the airport had two Sama-Sama Hotels. Too tired after 7-hour taxi ride to go find the one Id reserved. Was given credit for my payment, but charged excessively for the new Sama-Sama-- nearly the original amount. / Otherwise, yes, the hotel was convenient and comfortable.

We stayed at the one inside customs/immigration for a 6-hour layover. Perfectly adequate for a stay, there is food in the lounge and with a priority card, it is free. The hotel is relatively quiet considering that there are people likely going in and out at all hours of the day. Friendly service and decent rooms. It isn't anything to write home about, but works well when you have a layover at KL.

This was my second time staying at Sama Sama Express KLIA. Service was prompt, my booking was accurate. When time is of the essence which it usually is in transit between flights, a no-nonsense check-in, a room, and a hot shower waiting for you is really what you need. The inclusive breakfast and snack upon arrival didn;t hurt either. Much appreciated.
