It is a relatively new property, clean and in a good location, it would benefit if it in room safety deposit boxes and a laundry service. I did have noisy neighours next to my room, but the hotel staff dealt with it.

This hotel is worth every penny! Such a convenient and comfortable place to stay before or after a flight. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and a really lovely bathroom. I am always amazed at how clean, spacious and relaxing the rooms feel even though it is an airport hotel without windows to the outside world. Plenty of food and shopping options in KLIA2. If you are someone who would appreciate some rest time or a nice warm shower in a quality hotel room before/after a flight then this is the place to go. If you are planning on staying here, just remember to be considerate of other guests who may be asleep in their rooms at the time when you arrive - keeping noise levels down as you walk through the corridors would be very much appreciated by all.

Aerotel was very convenient for a single night stay as I had a 9am flight the next day. It was fairly affordable for a private room in an airport hotel at $80AUD. The room was very clean and comfortable despite being so small. The shared bathrooms were clean but some of the other residents had poor hygiene. I did not use any other facilities. I would book again if I needed one night but would not stay longer.

Throughout the night, I could clearly hear conversations, footsteps, and even the water sound from the other rooms. The noise from the hallway was equally disturbing, as the voices and foot traffic echoed through the thin walls. I was checked in by a junior member of staff who was a little uncertain checking me in. However, his colleague Annabelle stepped in and seamlessly smoothed the transaction. I have stayed here a few times if I land late and catching an early flight the next morning. It’s a short smooth couple of minutes train connection between one terminal to the next. Upon exit of train terminal, the hotel is directly in front of you with plenty of dining options and shopping if you so desire.

You really have to be tired if you expect to sleep more than 30 minutes in this noisy place. Drilling, hammering, construction work at 1:30am and reception just said sorry it’s an airport and shops and renovations happens 24x7. People trying to access my room many times. Knocking on the door for 40 minutes at 3am. Did not dare to open the door. I don’t know what was going on and if this hotel has any security. Tried to call reception but no response.

THE HOTEL IS A SCAM The management in this hotel is a mess and disappointing. I have never encounter such unpleasant experience throughout my trips. I DO NOT recommend this hotel nor any hotels operated by Premium Plaza Group. I made a booking for 24 hours and asked the hotel if I can check in during midnight since I arrived at 3am. The hotel replied “We operate 24 hours. Don’t worry about your late arrival.” At the end, I could not check in the room but to wait until 2pm. There is no point of booking the hotel if I have to stay in the airport to check in. Then the staff mentioned, if I check out on the same day, I can check in immediately. Which it was a scam, I booked for 24 hours but I got kicked out in 7 hours. I reported the case to the hotel, they did not admit their mistake, then I elevated the case to the Plaza Premium Group. They same did not apologize to their messy arrangement. Instead they pass the blame to the agency, Expedia and also their customer, me. What a ridiculous company ! WORSE hotel ever!!

Sehr gut, um am Flughafen Zeit schlafend verbringen zu können. Alles sehr sauber und funktionsbezogen. Die Zimmer haben keine Fenster, also ungeeignet für Menschen mit Klaustrophobie. Die Klimaanlage ist angenehm. Darauf achten, dass das Hotel im Terminal 2 ist. Internationale Flüge kommen im T1 an und somit müssen Reisende das Terminal wechseln. Der Gratisbus fährt alle 15 Minuten und braucht mindestens 30 Min für einen Weg. Achtung: Taxis verlangen viel zu hohe Preise für diese kurze Fahrt.

I always like Aerotel coz it's right near Departures, so the convenience is priceless. But the room is a tad small & not all facilities are in good functioning order. Wish the price can be cheaper. But overall I stay there for the convenience.

This hotel is actually located in the terminal we used it between 2 Air Asia flights. Don’t use Google maps from arrivals as it wanted us do a 2.1km walk when we didn’t even have to leave the building! It was great for 1night, but if we had better flight times it wouldn’t have been needed.

Great property! We used this as a day room as we had a long layover in KL. The hotel is literally outside the airport and in the KLIA shopping mall. Easy to access and quick checkin. The room was large and super comfortable. They give you lots of little extras in the room so you don't need to carry much. Remember it is part of the Plaza Premium Lounge so if you have access to these lounges, you can grab free food and drink from the lounge. The train to KL city is literally there and it takes you to straight to the Sentral. Worked perfectly for us.
