Room is very clean and very convenient with direct access to shopping mall. It will be very good if you could shorten the duration for repairing the lift. Only 3 lifts but one of them had closed for a week. Waiting time at the lift was considered too long for daily use.

Definitely 3 stars hotel not 5. The hot shower isn't stable, sometimes cold & ver hot, you'll never be able to get it in the middle. The room AC will always be on regardless there's a room key inserted or not. Poorly maintained hotel, book elsewhere you'll get much better services with cheaper rate.

Lobby on the 8th floor, impractical. Very standard Hotel in my opinion. The Hotel hallway smells very musty/damp.
