Das Hotel erweckt den Eindruck eines Wellnesshotel. Im Schwimmbad ist ein beissender Chlorgeruch vorhanden welcher einen Aufenthalt in der Schwimmhalle fast unmöglich macht. Einen Besuch in der Sauna muss man mindestens 1 Tag im voraus reservieren. Das hat mit einem 5 Sterne Hotel nichts zu tun.

The hotel itself is beautiful but the pool area is busy and crowded - it isn't just for hotel guests, people from outside can use it too so it's noisy. Special mention to Simon and the team on reception, they really went out of their way to help guests. Bahia restaurant was fabulous. Shuttle to Valletta is really convenient.

Classical hotel which has managed to preserve its individual style and charm while modernizing its faciiities. Lovely pool, good gym and spa and very good breakfast. It is away from main tourist spots but most of the island is a 15-20 min ride away so access is easy.

Der Service war durchgehend fabelhaft und sehr persönlich. Man fühlt sich definitiv sehr willkommen und geschätzt. Die Lobby bietet ausreichend Platz und ein sehr gutes Café. Beide Restaurants im Hotel, eines davon mit einem Michelin Stern, sind hervorragend!! Wir wünschten mehr Zeit gehabt zu haben um die Karte rauf und runter zu essen;) Das House Keeping war exzellent. Leider fehlt auf dem Zimmer eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Bar bietet eine gemütlich Atmosphäre und gute Drinks, perfekt für einen Aperitif. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, vor allem das Full English Breakfast und die frischen Backwaren. ABER: Mit dem Außen-Pool, sowie dem Spa waren wir extrem unzufrieden. Die Bilder suggerieren einen idyllischen Pool mit ein paar Liegen. In der Realität wurde das Doppelte an Liegen an den Pool gestellt und Gym- und Pool-Pässe an Einheimische verkauft. Es herrscht der Charme eines viel zu vollen Freibads, wir haben als Hotelgäste an 3 Tagen keinen Platz mehr bekommen, die Liegen sind teilweise völlig verdreckt und das Personal hat keinerlei Überblick mehr, wer überhaupt Gast ist und wer nicht. Das Spa im Innenbereich ist ruhiger, allerdings gibt es dort gar keinen Service mehr. Handtücher muss man selber organisieren, Liegen total ungepflegt. Der Pool ist voll mit älteren Damen aus Malta, die eine Mitgliedschaft im Spa erworben haben. Alles ist voll mit Schwimmnudeln und Schwimmbrettern, wieder einmal jede Liege ab morgens besetzt. Super enttäuschend.

Lovely building with excellent facilities. All of the staff were attentive and very polite. Food was very good with a varied choice. Everything was spotlessly clean. We were in a Deluxe room which was very spacious and had its own balcony. Although out of town, a free shuttle bus was available to take you to Valletta and return later in the day.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel! The staff were really helpful and friendly whenever we had questions. Our room was spacious, clean and a really nice balcony too. The pool space was fantastic with lots of sun loungers and a great pool too. Would highly recommend and would happily stay there again!

Overall, really enjoyed our stay at the Corinthian Palace. Our room, despite being slightly dated and seriously needing a face lift, was impeccably clean and comfortable. The service in the hotel was faultless, with all staff members being well-mannered, friendly and helpful. We loved the selection of cooked food and buffet options at breakfast, which was varied. The hotel’s restaurants are good, well priced but nothing sensational. It was easy to get around Malta from the hotel with a taxi, yet located outside of usual busy areas so you can get a quite nights sleep.

We loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly and the hotel itself was wonderful. It even smelled great.My only criticism was that our room looked tired and we had a few minor flaws, such as the door to the balcony was almost impossible to open and the bathroom had a few minor issues. I understand the rooms are being refurbished, our room hadnt been yet, but hopefully next time we return, our visit will be completely perfect. it was close this time.

This is a stunning property! The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the beds were so comfortable! The pool was amazing! There was a little wear and tear. The carpet in our bedroom needed, at the very least, a good deep clean or, even better, replacing. Some of the towels had holes and were frayed. The blackout lining on the drapes was torn and let in a lot of sunlight. The robes were frayed and tired looking.

We arrived at around 1 p.m., but unfortunately, there was a mix-up with Expedia/Hotels.com — the hotel hadn’t been informed of my Platinum status. As a result, early check-in wasn’t offered initially, and we were asked to return at 2 p.m. At the front desk, Antonella was very helpful and even made a few calls to our previous hotel to help retrieve a lost item. Alessandro, the Front Desk Manager, handled the situation professionally and turned the experience around, even though the issue wasn’t the hotel’s fault. When we returned at 2 p.m., the room was still not ready, and we waited until around 2:30 p.m. before being shown to our suite. Rooms Our first suite (Room 123) was spacious, nicely decorated with elegant panelling, a marble bathroom, and a large bed. However, the view was of the building’s roof structure, which was disappointing. We requested a change and were moved to Room 320, also a suite, with a much better view of the surrounding area. The second suite was slightly smaller — essentially two standard rooms combined — but still comfortable and tastefully designed. Alessandro kindly sent a bottle of champagne to our room as a gesture of goodwill, which we greatly appreciated. Breakfast Breakfast is served in the lovely Villa Corinthia restaurant, which offers both indoor and outdoor seating. This is a beautiful hotel over all. The property is fantastic. The service is terrific. The breakfast was amazing. The beds however are horrific. It’s like laying on a blanket covered slab of concrete. Hotels are in the business of sleep and should make comfort a number one priority. It’s like dipping a white table cloth in mud. The beds need to be replaced with something of real quality, like Hästens Beds, to match the beauty of the Hotel.

Very nice hotel, beautiful building and surroundings. Hotel is in great condition. Nice, peaceful pool area. Friendly, helpful and professional staff throughout the entire hotel (front desk, cleaners, restaurant employees). Rooms are big and beds very comfortable. Good internet connection. Stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. Central location to visit the whole island, and close to Mdina. Hotel is classy with superb staff, and communal areas. Room is classic might not be to everyone choice and bathroom although spotless and a nice size could do with an update. Bed was superb along with pullout which we had for our 14 year old. Big room and lots of storage. Lovely stay.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond with their services. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it. The staff is very professional and they remembered not just simply our names but also our preferences pertaining each and every aspect of our stay to the point they constantly anticipated our requests (from how we liked our breakfast and food to spa treatments or use of facilities, and even asking about some of our daily routines). All this while the hotel was fully booked and full of people. The other aspect is that despite it being fully booked, it didn't feel busy at all due to the vast spaces available for guests to stay and relax to the wise and wide timing schedules they adopt.

It was an amazing stay at Corinthia Palace Hotel. Very memorable as the staff was excellent and service was top notch - 10stars. Simon from the front desk was amazing. Jean Paul from Bahia was super. Maricar from villa conrinthia was great. Staff from summer garden was very good. In room dining was excellent also with Niko providing a wonderful service. One of my best hotel stays.

Really beautiful hotel with a great clientele, staff were out of this world. Didn’t like our room much and the check in / check out messed up the transactions both time and I’m currently waiting on 700 euro worth of refund back from them which is stressful. X

All of the Restaurant Staff From Villa Corinthia and Secret Garden were all so attentive and accomodating. It shows hiw much they love what they are doing. The Front Desk Staff not so much, we have a 2 PM check in but our luggages were left in the morning because the room was ready and once the room became available they were Not Able to Anticipate of bringing our luggages in the room. We came from a 14 hours flight and of course we want to freshen up, but we waited and waited for more than 30 minutes until we are almost dozing off and one of us has to go back down to retrieve the luggages. Rooms are clean and amenities are top notch including the Athenaeum Spa.

We arrived at around 1 p.m., but unfortunately, there was a mix-up with Expedia/Hotels.com — the hotel hadn’t been informed of my Platinum status. As a result, early check-in wasn’t offered initially, and we were asked to return at 2 p.m. At the front desk, Antonella was very helpful and even made a few calls to our previous hotel to help retrieve a lost item. Alessandro, the Front Desk Manager, handled the situation professionally and turned the experience around, even though the issue wasn’t the hotel’s fault. When we returned at 2 p.m., the room was still not ready, and we waited until around 2:30 p.m. before being shown to our suite. Rooms Our first suite (Room 123) was spacious, nicely decorated with elegant panelling, a marble bathroom, and a large bed. However, the view was of the building’s roof structure, which was disappointing. We requested a change and were moved to Room 320, also a suite, with a much better view of the surrounding area. The second suite was slightly smaller — essentially two standard rooms combined — but still comfortable and tastefully designed. Alessandro kindly sent a bottle of champagne to our room as a gesture of goodwill, which we greatly appreciated. We had a fantastic stay from the moment we arrived. Being met by Simon at the front desk was a pleasure and he was always around, checking in on us and taking time to chat to us. All of the staff, in every department, that we came across couldn’t have been any more helpful and polite. This was quite possible the best hotel we have stayed in for an overall experience. It is certainly somewhere we would more than happily recommend to anyone considering visiting Malta. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

When it comes to service, it is unparalleled! Each and every staff member goes out of their way to make your stay special. I would especially like to say a big big thank you to three people who made our stay super special with their beautiful personalities and kindness, Simon at the front desk, Aprivta (not sure how to spell her name) - the lady who cleaned our room and Rajju in the bar! The reason I have given the overall stay 4 stars is primarily because the breakfast in the hotel is disappointing. I don’t think it’s worth the price especially as you can order room service for half the price where as if you order room service as a B&B guest you are charged €10 per cover which is just bizarre. Similarly, with the Spa. I had a massage and it was ok (not the worst, but defy not worth the €80), and more importantly I don’t understand why we can’t access the Spa (Vitality Suite) without a reservation and are not offered locker facilities if you don’t have a massage appointment. Also the system of not being able to access the indoor pool without someone physically letting you in or out is simply ridiculous. I couldn’t get out despite calling the number and had to leave from the emergency exit. The room could also do with more modern upgrades, but nevertheless it was clean and comfortable.

Picked this hotel in Attard to be away from mainstream - Wasn't disappointed - not remote - but in residential area next to San Anton gardens and Presidents palace Hotel provides luxuries as expressed on websites - spacious rooms - cleaned and restocked everyday , top quality restaurants , cocktail lounge , and cafe - all within hotel grounds and gardens - bus stops just outside hotel make it easy to travel to other areas - staff very helpful in every way -many thanks to Pedro and Rameish ( concierges ) and Lazio and Sanjay ( Cocktail lounge staff ) would definitely recommend hotel for more tranquil stay with option of easy travel to other areas - good quality British style pub only two minute walk from hotel - good area all round

Classical hotel which has managed to preserve its individual style and charm while modernizing its faciiities. Lovely pool, good gym and spa and very good breakfast. It is away from main tourist spots but most of the island is a 15-20 min ride away so access is easy.

The lobby was elegant and inviting. The staff and turn down service was exceptional. We did a spa treatment with the vitality suite offering which was mediocre. I would say that the price per night was very high given that breakfast was not included and the location is rather inconvenient without any restaurants nearby.

Hotel itself was lovely and luxury. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help and the hotel was quiet and very clean. The hotel is in an ideal location just a 10 minute drive from Valletta which is a lovely city. I will 100% be returning to this hotel, thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so special.

The hotel itself is beautiful but the pool area is busy and crowded - it isn't just for hotel guests, people from outside can use it too so it's noisy. Special mention to Simon and the team on reception, they really went out of their way to help guests. Bahia restaurant was fabulous. Shuttle to Valletta is really convenient.

Der Service war durchgehend fabelhaft und sehr persönlich. Man fühlt sich definitiv sehr willkommen und geschätzt. Die Lobby bietet ausreichend Platz und ein sehr gutes Café. Beide Restaurants im Hotel, eines davon mit einem Michelin Stern, sind hervorragend!! Wir wünschten mehr Zeit gehabt zu haben um die Karte rauf und runter zu essen;) Das House Keeping war exzellent. Leider fehlt auf dem Zimmer eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Bar bietet eine gemütlich Atmosphäre und gute Drinks, perfekt für einen Aperitif. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet, vor allem das Full English Breakfast und die frischen Backwaren. ABER: Mit dem Außen-Pool, sowie dem Spa waren wir extrem unzufrieden. Die Bilder suggerieren einen idyllischen Pool mit ein paar Liegen. In der Realität wurde das Doppelte an Liegen an den Pool gestellt und Gym- und Pool-Pässe an Einheimische verkauft. Es herrscht der Charme eines viel zu vollen Freibads, wir haben als Hotelgäste an 3 Tagen keinen Platz mehr bekommen, die Liegen sind teilweise völlig verdreckt und das Personal hat keinerlei Überblick mehr, wer überhaupt Gast ist und wer nicht. Das Spa im Innenbereich ist ruhiger, allerdings gibt es dort gar keinen Service mehr. Handtücher muss man selber organisieren, Liegen total ungepflegt. Der Pool ist voll mit älteren Damen aus Malta, die eine Mitgliedschaft im Spa erworben haben. Alles ist voll mit Schwimmnudeln und Schwimmbrettern, wieder einmal jede Liege ab morgens besetzt. I would especially like to say a big big thank you to three people who made our stay super special with their beautiful personalities and kindness, Simon at the front desk, Aprivta (not sure how to spell her name) - the lady who cleaned our room and Rajju in the bar! The reason I have given the overall stay 4 stars is primarily because the breakfast in the hotel is disappointing. I don’t think it’s worth the price especially as you can order room service for half the price where as if you order room service as a B&B guest you are charged €10 per cover which is just bizarre. Similarly, with the Spa. I had a massage and it was ok (not the worst, but defy not worth the €80), and more importantly I don’t understand why we can’t access the Spa (Vitality Suite) without a reservation and are not offered locker facilities if you don’t have a massage appointment. Also the system of not being able to access the indoor pool without someone physically letting you in or out is simply ridiculous. I couldn’t get out despite calling the number and had to leave from the emergency exit. The room could also do with more modern upgrades, but nevertheless it was clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel, beautiful building and surroundings. Hotel is in great condition. Nice, peaceful pool area. Friendly, helpful and professional staff throughout the entire hotel (front desk, cleaners, restaurant employees). Rooms are big and beds very comfortable. Good internet connection. The pool area restaurant is fantastic: big selection, nice location, and great food and drinks. Very happy with our stay!

The breakfast was excellent as were the staff. One of the restaurants was closed . The secret garden was pleasant but the service left a lot to be desired . The outside entrance to the hotel is very tired and lets the hotel down.

This hotel is in the middle of a largely residential area but the rest of the island is easily accessible via Uber/Bolt taxis at very reasonable prices. We only had breakfast at the hotel which was very good with a full choice available. It is worthwhile walking around the districts adjoining the property where there are several villages wth small bars and restaurants . We found the local people to be very friendly. Many of the buildings are very historic and beautiful.
