Shangri-La Nanchang丨Adjacent to Pavilion Prince Teng Prime river view

Nanchang Shangri-La, a well-established luxury hotel brand, offers exceptional service from the moment you arrive. The staff are warm and attentive—they promptly assist with luggage, and food deliveries via their cute little robots are impressively fast. Best of all, my room was perfectly positioned for stunning river views, with unobstructed sightlines of both the iconic Tengwang Pavilion and the shimmering bridge over the Gan River. It’s a delight to wake up to such a breathtaking panorama right from the comfort of your room.

This hotel is classified as a non smoking hotel. But people smoke EVERYWHERE inside - this is sub standard and a health and safety issue.

Excellent hotel, as good or better than 4+ stars in major American cities. Staff speaks some English and assists with inquiries and deliveries. Very nice gym and pool. Would stay if you’re a westerner in Nanchang for business or pleasure. Also, the neighborhood is new and nice but not close to the old city so if you want a more authentic experience you may consider something less western.

Good location with beautiful views

This hotel was nice. I really appreciated that I could turn the AC down as the previous hotel I was at in another town was not allowing that. It was clean and the service was great.
