The room is clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast has the right amount of food. My shower door was leaking as I was not able to close the door properly.

Everything else is fine, but the elevator takes a long time to arrive, and we need to be careful about the children's swimming pool as too much water spills onto the ground, which could cause children and the elderly to slip and fall.

Great choices of items for breakfast. Recommend to pay RM10/stay for the premium parking on level 3A. Bathroom in are not very clean. Alot of soap residue/stains all around. Pretty convenient to walk to Jonker Street. There is nothing much at Shore Mall, which is attached to the hotel.
