コテージはとても素敵でした。お部屋は広々としていて、畳の部屋も心地よく、ゆっくりと過ごすことができました。小鳥のさえずりが聞こえる静かな環境も最高です。虫を心配していましたが、特に問題ありませんでした。ただ一点、非常に残念だったことがあります。チェックイン時に、1泊あたり3,300円の暖房費を別途請求されました。正直なところ、この金額は少し高すぎると感じます。もしExpediaの予約画面に事前に記載されていれば納得できましたが、現地で突然支払う形だったため、あまり良い気分ではありませんでした。予約時の料金に含めるか、事前に明記してほしかったです。

熊さんの心配などしながらの家族旅行でしたが、スタッフさんの笑顔と過ごしやすい客室で、楽しい家族旅行になりました。特にお水が素晴らしい👍飲んでもおいしく、お風呂では肌がツルツル✨山の中で虫さんもいましたが、許容範囲だと思います☺️また行きたいです！

施設の古さや清潔さにしては、料金が高いと感じた。ゴミ箱の外側が汚れていたり、いくつもの部屋の角に蜘蛛の巣やホコリがあり、壁もシミが多くて汚く感じた。この値段では、次回も利用したいとは思わない。

スタッフの方々が大変丁寧でした。バーでの一杯目がサービスでしたので、そこに集う人やワンコと戯れられるのもよかったです。コテージだと周りの方との関わりがないので、嬉しいシステムかと思います。
