Great location from Milano Centrale and not too far from major attractions like the Duomo. Staff was very friendly and the room/property was very clean. Room was spacious, breakfast options were great, and we really enjoyed the view/drinks at the rooftop bar. We loved our stay here. Thank you!

2nd time staying in this hotel with a 3am fire alarm! Zero instruction or fire marshals. Been woken at 3am without any interaction from the hotel is annoying, no apology no reason as to why it repeatedly happens. I love the staff in this hotel but it’s tough to have two trips wandering the fire escape at 3 am in a city with crime and issues like any other without any support from the hotel.

Everything was excellent up until today when the fire alarm kept going off starting before 6am . The fire alarm Went off multiple times approximately 4 times . And we had to go down stairs to figure out what was going on in which the staff claimed it was a false alarm . They did not do a very good job at communicating. The guest had to wait in line to ask and inquire about what was going on .

I love every aspect of this hotel , very well located with metro and tram stops nearby, wonderful welcoming, outstanding hospitality , modern and warm room with great welcome treats. You count with a very convenient shuttle (complementary) to the center of Milan, has an amazing rooftop lounge.

I had a perfect stay! The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a great location. The staff went above and beyond to make everything comfortable—friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly. camera 908, sono arrivato e subito ho sentito un rumore tipo cascata d0'acqua che proveniva dalle pareti adiancenti al bagno e corridoio, ho svuotato il mio beauty case e nel mettere lo spazzolino nell'apposito bicchiere ho notato cera dell'acqua e sporco di impronte. ho chiamato alla receptionist informando di entrambe le cose . mi ha mandato una perosna in camera il quale era gia a conoscenza del vuoto d'aria che le tubazioni avvano e mi aveva detto che avrebbe risolto, sono uscito lasciandolo operare. la sera al mio rientro ho parlato alla receptionist la quale mi aveva detto che non era il caso di cambiare camera e di stare tranquillo perche era stato risolto e che avrei dormito senza problemi. BUGIEEEEE!! il rumore era presente e non sono riuscito a dormire e il bagno ancora sporco e secondo me neanche igienizzato. in piu alla mensola di legno difronte al lavandino era marcia e gonfia con segni evidenti di abbandono e trascuratezza . i problemi possono capitare ma la cosa grave è che non hanno risolto nulla e preso in giro. mi chiedo le 5 stelle chi le giudica? ma i controlli chi li fa ? categoria 3 stelle !!non 5

Upon my arrival after 21 hours of travel, I was not even offered a basic courtesy such as a glass of water. Despite the hotel being advertised as luxurious and accommodating, I was met with a room that was dark and unwelcoming, an issue dismissed by staff with the explanation that “this is the design of the hotel.” It was only after contacting Expedia that I discovered other rooms were available, though I was initially denied any option to change rooms until hours later when new staff at the front desk offered an upgrade—something that could have been addressed much sooner. In addition, the following issues were present in room #511, further undermining the quality of my stay: • Sheets were only changed once during my six-night stay, and only after I specifically requested it. • Cups in the room were dirty, with visible eyelashes and hairs, yet no replacements were provided despite requests. • The coffee machine remained unclean throughout my stay, despite me not using it, and I had to repeatedly ask for basic amenities like tea bags. • Several maintenance issues, including a malfunctioning bidet, faulty shower tap, and dirty sinks that I had to clean myself. • The lack of basic amenities such as an ironing board and insufficient options to hang clothes, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standing. We stayed 3 seperate times at this hotel as we made Milan our base and made various day/short trips to other places. It is a decent, clean, and well maintained property. Enjoyed my overall stay at this hotel. The staff paid attention to details and had our stored luggage ready in our new rooms when we returned for our subsequent stays. They also provided a complimentary chocolate on our second stay and a free room upgarde on our third stay which made us very comfortable during our last night in Milan. Hotel is very near to the republica train station which made it convenient to get around and at the same time being situation at the central business area, the area is quiet during the weekends which we enjoyed. The only drawback was that the rooms are all dimly lit which is due to the design of the hotel. Would have been better if the rooms are slightly brighter.

Not a 5* hotel at all…The cleaning lady came at 5pm only to clean the room although we had left the room the whole day, hence the front desk asked me if I ask specifically the room to be cleaned… Even when she came back to « clean » she left some tissues on the floor… Plus, an alarm rang at 5 am the morning. All in all, bad experience, I won’t come back.

Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel, es gibt kein helles Licht. Wir waren Ende November hier und das Zimmer was sehr kalt, obwohl wir die Heizung auf 30 Grad einstellten! Dafür sieht das Zimmer sehr schön aus und der Service war hervorragend! Auch die Lage direkt neben der Metro ist optimal.

Did not get the feeling of a five star resort. Walked right by the bellman with 2 heavy suitcases with no offer of help. Rooftop bar nice but felt overpriced. STK steakhouse was superb as usual. Seemed to be located off the beaten path and would hesitate to walk there after dark. Room dated and needed some maintenance.

Excellent warm and friendly service. Design of the rooms was not great though. The hooks for the towels are in the WC of the room. The towel rack was in the shower too. Lighting was quite dim in the rooms too. However bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Modern five star hotel with friendly staff. We arrived early and the young woman at the front desk checked us in quickly and allowed us to head to our rooms prior to our check in time as our rooms were ready. This was a huge help as it allowed us to settle in and spend more time in Milan.

The second you approach ME Milan Il Duca the 5 star service begins. The doorman took out bags while greeting us and rolled them to the property for us. While checking in the front desk staff were incredible and offered us beverages while we checked in. On top of that they let us know we had received a room upgrade. The room was incredible and very modern. Our luggage was brought to our room shortly after. The rooftop bar was a great place for drinks and a scenic view of the city. They also bring you complimentary apps whenever you sit. The hotel staff called our room to make sure our stay was going well. The breakfast bar was also great. We checked out of the hotel and the doorman covered us with umbrellas while we walked to our taxi. We went to the train station and realized we booked the wrong date for our tickets and had to wait 4 hours before the next train out. Lost in a foreign city we decided to go back to the hotel. The staff greeted us with open arms and stored our luggage while we made more use of the rooftop bar. Overall it was an amazing stay at ME Milan Il Duca and we will definitely be returning.

Me Milan er et forholdsvist nyt hotel med alle digitale facetter. Servicen er i top og især deres consierge har det bedste kendskab til byen. Vi fik de bedste borde på alle resaunranter slev om de var booket samme dag og helt fyldt op. Derudover er der en rooftop bar på 10 etage som har udsigt, fede drinks, og god snack mad. Her er drinkskortet i høj klasse og servicen i top. 10 Euro i taxa til Milan high end street som er udover det saedvanlige. Det er ikke billigt men en god mulighed for at gøre noget ud over det saedvanlige. Det gjorde vi og vi nød det! Milano er en by med ekstrem stil. Både hende og ham. Vores bedste oplevelse var en aften med fuld underholding på PYT. Restaurant og interaktiv underholdning med sang og dans. Dog ikke på hotellet, men de kan hjælpe med bestilling.

Yeh Hotel is nice enough. But staff in restaurants look like they hate there job unhappy. Service with a smile goes along way. Service in stk restaurant was very poor had to ask several times for drinks top up. And side dishes for meal took a while to arrive. Also charged for drinks we actually never got delivered to our table.

Was unaware of air conditioning laws prohibiting the use of A/C until May. At night, even with windows open I would wake up drenched in sweat. The hotel staff brought in a fan and got approval to turn off the heater but it did nit help the situation.
