3rd time I have stayed here and it's always very pleasing. The entrance is an eye grabber and the staff speak excellent English. Perfectly placed for walking from the Hauptbahnhof and enter the shopping and dining are of the city by just crossing the road. Upper floor rooms seem larger that the basement floor which didn't have a lift running to it and it was a walk up the steps and through corridors before going down further steps to the room. Bathroom was very spacious and shower was very good.

There was no parking available. I book this place as a stop on my journey from Englad to Poland. Unfortunately there was no oarking at the hotel. I had to continue my journey without a break becauce i hadn't no other hotels check-in available ( after 10pm). The nearest secured parking were closed or full. Additionally i must notice that the picture of the hotel attached to the advertisement on your site suggests that this building is located in open area ( probably neighbouring object had been erased from the view for better effect. What more, there was problem to park a car in front of entrance, very little space there and i needed do drive across crowdy pavement. I paid for reservation online but when i arrived i was required 100 euro deposit in cash with no ealier notice. Taking u derconsideration the fact that it is 4 star hotel my opinion is negative, no recommendation will be done.

Nice hotel centrally located but that’s it !! NO PARKING AT THE HOTEL , this hotel has no parking as described on their website , you need to find parking yourself somewhere else then walk to the hotel , not convenient when arriving in the evening as we found very difficult to find one . Poor customer service , the staff at reception were USELESS and unhelpful who spoke almost no English , to find the bedroom was a labyrinth of stairs , pathetic and what a joke ! Wouldn’t stay here again !

Leider gab es direkt probleme beim Check-in da meine Buchung nicht hinterlegt war. Wir haben aber trotz dessen ohne Probleme ein Zimmer bekommen. Dieses wirkte leider sehr trostlos. Das Zimmer war Sauber, aber die Matratzen waren eine Katastrophe da man die kompletten federn spüren konnte. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, was uns leider niemand gesagt hat war das dort eine riesen Baustelle ist weil an diesem Hotel angebaut wird. Baustellen lärm gab es also inklusive. Die Parkplatz suche war leider auch eine Katastrophe da durch die Baustelle die Tiefgarage geschlossen ist.

The room, bar and staff were all wonderful! The only issue i had was that the room was never cleaned so no fresh towels or toilet roll or bin emptied. Had to ask reception 3 times. Other than that it was good.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers hat ganz und gar nicht zur gehobenen Einrichtung der Lobby gepasst. Ich habe da etwas moderneres erwartet aber zumindest habe ich ein sauberes Zimmer erwartet. Das Zimmer war dreckig. In der Ritze des Stuhls war so viel Dreck, dass es vermutlich noch nie geputzt wurde. In der Dusche war schwarzer Schimmel und generell waren im Bad auch Haare verteilt. Das Hoteleigene Parkhaus, war kein richtiges Parkhaus, sondern ein Keller der zum "Parkhaus" umfunktioniert wurde. Da ist kaum Platz zum Parken und wenn man es schafft, kommt man am nächsten Tag kaum mehr raus.

Aardig personeel, goed ontbijt! Een hotelkamer waar we met onze 3 kinderen konden verblijven is redelijk uniek en fijn! Minpuntje was Schoonmaak: remsporen nog in de toilet en zeep nog op de muur in de douche van vorige gasten. Locatie in het centrum, Letterlijk straat oversteken. Al met al ruim voldoende, badkamer jammer maar kan een keer gebeuren

Booked this property due to its proximity to Dortmund HBF. Great hotel for our needs, could benfit with air conditioning in the bedrooms, however i belive a refit is being undertaken. Massive bedroom, clean bathroom and excellent breakfast. Dortmund city centre is quite litrally across the road, so a great location for exploring the centre. This hotel is located on a very busy intersection (inner ring road) so please be aware when booking. Also 30 minute walk away from the Dortmund stadium!

An der Hauptstraße gelegen, an der nachts die besonders lauten Autos vorgeführt werden. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen war unmöglich. Ansonsten alles sowelt zufriedenstellend!

Das Hotel hat die Reservierung von Expedia nicht akzeptiert. Ich legte die Bestätigung vor, aber die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption sagte, dass im System nur ein Doppelzimmer gebucht sei. Sie war jedoch gnädig und bot uns ein größeres Zimmer mit einer Schlafcouch an. So hatte ich es auch gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Als wir dann im Zimmer waren, stellten wir fest, dass die Schlafcouch kaputt war, sodass mein Sohn bei unseren Bekannten im Zimmer schlafen musste. Diese hatten nur ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber ein Zimmer mit fünf Betten bekommen. Insgesamt ein absolut schlechter Service. In unserem Zimmer fiel das Fenster fast heraus, die Tapete löste sich, und das Wasser in der Dusche floss nicht ab. Daher ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.

Der Check-IN und Check-Out war die Katastrophe. Das Personal weiß nicht, wo die Zimmer sich befinden und schicken einen wild durch die Gegend. Keine Entschuldigung. Management fühlt sich nicht angesprochen und man isst lieber als auszuchecken. Sehr laut gelegen und nicht ganz sauber.

Het is prima voor een nachtje als je niet te hoge eisen stelt. Volop bezig met verbouwing, dus in de ochtend wordt je al op tijd gewekt door naar elkaar roepende bouwvakkers. De nodige daklozen in de directe omgeving. Wel heel handig pal tegenover de grootste shopping straat in Dortmund en dichtbij diverse Ubahn stations en Hauptbahnhof van Dortmund.

Imposante Eingangshalle, ansonsten, die Zimmer etwas spartanisch eingerichtet. Für eine Nacht ok. Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ohne gebucht. Alles in allem zu empfehlen, wer nahe des Bahnhofs eine Unterkunft sucht.

Im ersten Moment wirkte das Hotel sehr pompös und wirklich schön, bei genauerem hinsehen waren doch einige Mängel zu erkenne (lose Türgriffe am Bad, Fenster die nicht richtig zu gingen und Lampen an der Decke die nicht richtig fest waren). Nachts liefen sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene schreiend und laut polternd durch die Gänge und selbst als man den Hinweis gegeben hat, dass es Leute gibt die schlafen müssen änderte sich nichts an dieser Situation und man ist kaum zur Ruhe gekommen. Das Frühstück war für uns sehr gut, genug Auswahl und für jeden was dabei.

Het hotel staat op een prima plek je loopt zo het centrum in, maar daar is alles mee gezegd want bij het ontbijt waren er geen borden en zo’n beetje alles was op en op alle tafels lag troep en als je wat vroeg aan het personeel reageerde ze chagrijnig. De kamer was verder erg gehorig je hoorde de mensen lopen en praten op de gang en de bedden voelde je alle veren zitten en de in de douche zat de glijstang vast dus je kon de douchekop niet hoger of lager zetten en de douche zelf verschilde constant van temperatuur.

I arrived late at night (11pm) with my family. We were notified that car park is payable extra even though there was no such information in the description. I was ok with paying extra for the breakfast but again, I was overcharged, all in all original payment was €113 but in the end I paid €159. Breakfast was supposed to be €24 for one adult and two children, parking was supposed to be €14. It was late and I was with two children so I couldn’t get to the bottom of it and left it but I wouldn’t stay there again. Rooms spacious and enough beds. Carpet worn out throughout - loads of signs of wear and tear. Breakfast incl coffee not great, would be better to go to local cafe.
