Das parken für Rollstuhlfahrer mit eigen PKW ist sehr unpraktisch, da es vor dem Hotel nur ein Parkplatz gibt für Menschen muss Rollstuhl. Bitte dringend um Optimierung. Ansonsten sehr sehr schön.

Great stop over, near Barcelona Saints ( central station) but in a quiet street 10 minutes walk. Small hotel, new, small but comfortable room, no complaints at all. Added extra, lockers to leave luggage after check out.

The staff was very friendly, the location was in a nice quiet neighborhood that was very close to Plaça d'Espanya by metro. A nice room with good lighting and A/C that worked great! Also, the free apples were delicious!

1. Hair on beds and toilet. 2. Just one half full gel shower. No shampoo! 3. The air conditioner doesn’t allow to go less than 22C. This is match with the lowest speed fan! (witch also is not possible to change). The results: it takes hours to reach a comfortable temperature in the room.

The hotels is very very barebones. Floors were sticky which told me they had not been mopped in a while. One of the towels had a stain on it. The room is extremely small and cramped. You'd only stay here if you had to go to Barcelona Sants or the airport super early. My recommendation? Avoid

The concept was good but the delivery didnt get there. The shower was tiny and could have been better constructed. The lack of a place to have breakfast required a good range of food but there wasnt. The whole vibe felt cheap, rather than smart.

The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with, which I appreciated. The location is acceptable and convenient for getting around the city. That said, the rooms are very small. The bed is small, and the bathroom is extremely tight. The shower barely fits one person, and I am not a large person. There is no space or shelving in the bathroom to place personal items. Soundproofing is poor, so if you have neighbors, you will hear everything. During my stay, I was moved to different rooms three times, which was inconvenient. Overall, it may work for a very short stay if location matters more than comfort, but it is not ideal if you value space, privacy, or quiet.

8 day stay . god location if using the MTB is ok. I would jave prefeered being closer to the East end of the Rumbla but prive was 30% more. Front dest very helpful. This was a small room, a comfortable bed with a good size modern bathroom. The place has a good vibe. I recommend if being "cozy " is not a problem

El hotel es limpio y bonito, pero las paredes son de papel. Podía escuchar todo desde la habitación de al lado y los huéspedes me molestaban todas las noches. Después de quejarse en recepción, la persona vino a solucionar el problema, por lo que en cuestiones de servicio estuvo bien. Pero se puede prevenir fácilmente con una mejor insonorización.

Rustige locatie, wel wat stadsgeluiden. Hotelkamers minder geluidisolerend dan volgens advertentie. Je hoort de buren niet alleen maar voelt ze soms ook. Verder alles netjes, weinig last gehad van de buren en aangenaam verblijf. Kamers is netjes. Echte minpunt is de douch, lastig af te stellen en water veranderd constant van temperatuur.

The check in experience for a first timer was terrible. I guess when you are used to it and know what to expect, it may be acceptable. We had to stand outside to hotel checking in online entering in passport numbers and all kinds of information. There was no where where we could leave our luggage so we could go for a walk while waiting for our room. The lobby carpet was filthy and the lobby itself was grungy. However, the room itself was great. Clean and well appointed with mini kitchen facilities, sofa bed, and comfortable bed.

The reception staff were SO helpful and friendly. The room was perfectly clean and had all one would need - long mirror!, USB charging, hair dryer, kettle. I felt very well looked after. Neaby metro stations (10 mins walk), taxis passing by. Walkable to beautiful parks etc.

Guy at the front desk was intentionally difficult when trying to book a stay in person at the hotel. He prioritized being intentionally and obviously difficult over doing his job, to the point I had to walk away from an extremely simple request. You could tell it was the best part of his day. The request was handled in about 2 minutes by a different employee compared to about 15 full of tension like a school child who is upset. I was trying to give the business 150 euro to stay another day. Id not recommend this place if this guy works here still.

The property is located close to a metro. There are plenty of nearby cafés to grab a bite, and the property is also close to a grocery store and laundromat. Staff (David) was a pleasure to deal with during check-in! Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Barcelona.

Perfect spot! Rooms are nice, comfortable, spotless and have everything one might need for a stay in town. Conveniently connected to public transportation as well as to the main train station. Unfriendly Staff and dubious management practices. Checked in with a friend on a twin room, and required our passports to check in. Gov\'t issued ID does not work for them. My friend booked the room via Expedia and was asked for a security deposit at check in. He used his credit card. Next day I booked my own room via Expedia as I needed more time and space to sleep. I was asked a security deposit at check in and I presented a 100 Euro bill. I was presented a paper receipt/instructions which I thought included a record of my deposit. I did not bother to review it at that time as I was in a hurry to move my stuff. At check out, I was in hurry to catch my train, I forgot to retrieve my security deposit. I emailed the Hotel to inquire and have them check their records. I got a reply back saying "SmartHotel does not demand a deposit if booking is made via Expedia". This to me is untrue. In this trip, I was all over Europe for 90 days, and all my hotel bookings were made thru Expedia, and every single hotel I stayed in demanded a security deposit. Really Smart huh!

Nice comfortable room to stay while exploring my one of our favorite cities. Barcelona, close to several bars/restaurants with quick access to the metro. Yes it was easy to take the metro around Barcelona, like any metro just be aware of your surroundings and you'll be ok. But the room was really nice and we will want to stay here again once we get back to Barcelona.

Great location, very convenient location as it is a six minute walk to the subway, there is a grocery store, self service laundry and plenty of places to eat on the same block. Staff were very friendly and most helpful. Rooms were very big and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is located in the Sants neighborhood away from the crowds of tourist. It's in a residentials area with plenty of shops and affordable places to eat. The Metro (L1) is within an easy walking distance. It's a quick six stops to plaza Catalunya. The staff at the hotel was helpful and the room was clean and updated to a modern aesthetic. I enjoyed my five nights stay here and I recommend it.

over all I would definitely come back to this hosting, it’s clean very friendly staff easy checking process walking distance from blue and red metro line a block away, there’s plenty of dinning options on the outside street a couple of supermarkets and laundry just in front of the property definitely a perfect spot to stay at :) enjoy the beach at blue barceloneta metro station it’s great every day
