I honestly loved our stay! They staff was amazing and so pleasant. The food was great, the price was super great and affordable for such a good stay! The pool was super lovely, hot tub too!

Room was nice. Clean. Not thing that put a damper on my sta was that I got stuck in the elevator. The phone and alarm bells were not working. I had to bag the elevator door and yell to get attention. Was scary

This is the most unsatisfying stat I have in a hotel. The room did not feel clean, the sofa has a weird smell that it would stick onto your clothes. The room temperature is set to max of 78F. It gets cold when it’s not running. The heat is just going out the window. Went to front desk for help but was told it is set. No elevator for almost the whole day. It was not worth what I paid for.

My flight back to Toronto from the Dominican Republic arrived late, so I decided to stay overnight and drive back to Michigan the next day. I chose an inexpensive hotel on the 401 through the Expedia app that was close to the airport and had a hot tub, free parking and complimentary continental breakfast. But after making my arrangements my sister and traveling companion found out her flight back to Ottawa was overbooked and she'd have to wait until morning to get back home. so I brought her to the hotel and was pleasantly surprised that after hearing of our situation, they upgraded us from a single to a two-bedroom suite! An unexpected surprise (it was very late and they obviously had an unsold room, but kudos to them to provide this to us). The beds gave each of us a wonderful night's sleep before our 5am wake up so I could drive her back to the airport for her 7am flight. I returned to the hotel, took a wonderfully hot shower (by this time I couldn't enjoy the hot but, but did find the hours of 5am to 11pm to be awesome had I not needed an early departure). The continental breakfast was am amazing! Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, hash browns, vegetarian baked beans, plus the usual cereal, oatmeal, waffle maker, fresh fruit and coffee and juices made for a wonderful meal before I had to hit the road. I'm going to make this my halfway stop the next time I drive to Ottawa in the spring so I can experience the hot tub this time.

Pool & Spa was nice. The whole property was great and mostly quiet! Would stay here again.

Breakfast was good , the hot tub would only stay on for 5 minutes and shower area in hotel room wasn’t clean. Over all it was okay but wouldn’t stay again .

Fantastic breakfast! Roomy accommodations, friendly staff & beautiful outdoor sitting areas. Would have loved to use the pool & gym but didn’t have time, would definitely return.

Pool shower was not working. Hot tub time wasn't working right. the jets were weak.

Stay was good and clean room. However, having pool and hottub out of order was disappointing although receptionist told me that sister building's pool is available. You had to go out in cold winter day to get to next building pool of Courtyard Marriott, come on, nobody doest that. I hope they fix it soon or it is not an excuse for not running the pool throughout the winter.... Bye.

Great place, nice and clean, suites are elegant and tidy; one little thing I noticed was that some floor and carpet cleaning was required for the entrance, reception, and the corridor floor carpet.

The worst hotel in the area! The room I stayed in was filthy, with stained carpets, dirty curtains, mold in the bathroom, suspicious stains on the walls, closet doors falling apart, linens white yet hair, small piece of glass in the bed. I understand this is a 3 star hotel not expecting rooms for 5 star yet for the money paid anticipated better. When this was brought up to front was offered a different room worse than the other! Be aware before u book your stay here! Pictures posted on advertisement absolutely do not portray the hotel!

Sheets were dirty but cleaned when asked!

The room is not clean - stains on the couch. Kitchen is dirty. Tea kettle spout is disgusting. The TV in the bedroom has blown speakers. The hotel is noisy - you can hear other guests using the bathroom. Not impressed and wouldn't recommend nor stay here again.

I thought everything was perfect; the rooms were clean, amenities were awesome, staff were super pleasant and even helped us out with our bags! That is, until we saw a bug crawling around on the bed. Thankfully, it was just in one of the rooms that we were in but still a bit unfortunate :(

This was a great place to stop and rest after our visit to Niagara, before heading into the traffic of downtown Toronto. The suite, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen, was spacious enough for a family. However, the furniture was a bit old, and the mattress was little soft for me.

Suite was nice & big for a big family, 2 washrooms which was amazing! The breakfast options were limited, they need to upgrade that but other than that it was nice.

Everything about this hotel was top-notch. Very large suite spaces with all the amenities, clean and comfortable bedding and pillows and a great breakfast each day included in your stay. 100% will stay there again!

Staff was friendly but the rooms are dated and the bedroom in the suite is very small. Overall the hotel was average.

Breakfast is good, but the sofa bed is awful

The property was beautiful and the staff were fantastic. We didn’t have the best sleep as the AC was extremely load when it would kick on. Sounded that the compresser was going. We mentioned it to the front desk and maintenance said nothing could be done.

This is a great deal for 2 adults that want to stay together but not share a bedroom. The 2 bedroom suite was the same price as a single hotel room at nearby hotels. Very comfortable beds, functional kitchen, and a nice fireplace in the room. Overall very satisfied!

Checked in and the hotel seemed severely understaffed. Arrived at 5:30 pm on a Friday evening and there was only one desk clerk who was checking in guests and answering phones - many guests waiting in the lobby area. Not sure of her role, as she was in jeans and a tank top/sweater - not a uniform. There also only seemed to be one other staff member that I saw throughout the evening. Again, not sure of his role, as he seemed to be cleaning the floors, stocking towels in the pool area, assisting guests, etc...but at least he was in uniform. My family of five (5) stayed in a 2BR/2BA suite. There were many deferred maintenance issues - baseboards coming off the wall, lightbulbs that needed to be replaced, hair in the shower and on the toilet. Quality of the bath and bed linens was very poor. Couch cushions seemed like they were taken from another piece of furniture, as they didn't match the sofa and didn't fit properly. The guests checking in before us seemed to also be unhappy with their room, as they were asking for another when we arrived.I'm not sure if Cambridge Suites recently took this property over, as the elevator inspection listed "Residence Inn", but if that's the case, there's some work to do. I'm glad I travel with my own Lysol wipes and brought slippers - didn't want to walk on the carpet as God only knows that last time it was cleaned. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty

I arrived a little after 1 pm, after driving for 8 hours, and the kind front desk lady (didn't note her name) checked me in early. Much thanks to the kind staff for making my stay convenient and comfortable.

Beware of Fraudulent Operations at Cambridge Suites! I am compelled to share my disheartening experience with Cambridge Suites to warn future guests about their deceitful practices. Despite booking and paying four months in advance, I discovered upon arrival that I had no booking. Allegedly, an email was sent to me two weeks prior to confirm a transfer to a different hotel due to an "operational overbooking," but I never received such a message. When I reached out to guest services, they suggested that I check my spam folder. It is interesting to note that Cambridge Suites is aware of the issue with their emails ending up in spam and yet continues to communicate critical changes through personal email rather than using the Expedia portal, which still showed my original booking as active! This misleading practice left me scrambling for accommodation upon arrival. The alternative hotel had mold, was undergoing renovations, and lacked the amenities I had considered crucial. Instead of the 2-bedroom suite I had originally booked, I was given a single studio and four adults had to share one bathroom. There was no offer of a partial refund or an additional room to compensate for the downgrade. Instead, I was made to feel fortunate to even have a room. My short trip was consumed by futile attempts to reach management and I can\'t find a high-level contact on the internet to submit a formal complaint. I will be complaining to BBB and the Ontario Consumer Protection Agency.

Beware this hotel! I made a reservation back in February and the hotel sends me an email less than 24 hours before my stay telling me that they are sending me to a different hotel. They sent me to a room that is a downgrade and have the audacity to tell me that they’re not going to charge me anything extra. I called the hotel and they couldn’t understand why I was upset about this change and then they told me that I need to be patient with the process. Check their ratings on other websites. They have done this many times before to many other customers. Do not book this hotel.

Everything was perfect. Staff went above and beyond to allow for re-booking for a second night in through Expedia and keeping booked room.

Second time staying the night here. Kids volleyball tournament had the staff overwhelmed. Yet they kept calm and friendly throughout. Was very impressed with the humanity of the desk manager with her new staff who was being trained and needed to breathe. Room right beside the 401 yet I couldn’t hear a thing. Love the rooms. So much space. Will stay again and again.

I gave the “staff and service” a low rating, but the staff we interacted with were great. However they had the same person working for over 12 hours, on a very slow system, and only one person was able to check people in to their rooms. We waited over an hour to check in to our room, and there were only 2 people ahead of us. We were so upset we wished we just drove home instead. We even ordered a pizza while in line and it arrived while we were waiting. After a long and exhausting day, the last thing you want to do is wait in a line. The staff was very kind and apologetic, but something is very wrong with their system. Also, a car had their windows smashed in overnight, so that was unsettling.

Convenient location for access to 401. Spacious 2 bedroom suite for family to stay in. Friendly service.

Honestly this hotel beat my expectations. It’s really cute and cozy, and there’s a lot of places driving distance from this hotel.

We had the two room suite. Excellent layout. Great amenities -used both the pool and the gym. Very good breakfast. Hotel is right off the highway, very convenient.

The hotel is in an excellent location, access to the highway and close to the airport. Very pleasant staff. Rooms have everything that you could need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were were friendly and the breakfast was great! The pool and hot tub were open great hours. Our only issue was we didn’t have a car and there weren’t many stores/restaurants within walking distance.

Good value for the money. Spacious suites. You do need a car for this location as shopping is not really within walking distance.

Spacious room, loved the layout. It included a full refrigerator and dishwasher. Nice couch in sitting area with large desk area. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Hot breakfast was good, with many choices.

The hotel needs a refresh as it is older. The pool is super murky which leads me to believe that proper cleaning has not been done. The breakfast is awful! My husband got sick after eating it and we ate offsite after the first morning.

Room is clean and large, staff is nice. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options. The staff cleaned the tables promptly.

Breakfast was great. Prices were great through expedia. Love the rooms and the fact theres a full fridge and kitchen and i love being able to sign into my netflix account and watch tv. Also has cable and youtube!
