Charming Masonboro Suite- Downtown Wilmington

Super cute little place. We were in town for a concert at the nearby amphitheater. Perfect location to walk around town and shop/dine/drink. The suite was adorable and clean and fairly quiet considering it's in the middle of town. The property owner was helpful and quickly responsive to questions. We would definitely stay again.

It is a very comfortable little place and very clean. It was just what we were looking for. Appreciated the cereal bars and little extras they had available. The location was perfect. If we’re in the area again we wouldn’t hesitate to book this gem!

Location -Excellent, condition - outstanding, able to walk to everything. Atrium an unexpected treat. Only issue is parking, away from building across unimproved lot. Parking permit provided was apparently expired, resulting in a ticket and having to pay for parking for remainder of visit.

Property advertised a parking spot, however, it is a public parking lot that was completely full. Spent 30 mins -1 hr circling the block waiting for a spot to open up. Or you had to pay to park on the street. When we got there the property had not been cleaned, there was dirty towels, bedding, trash everywhere. We were only reimbursed our cleaning fee, even though it took over an hour to fix. Mind you we didn't get there till 7pm, which was 4 hrs after we were scheduled to check in. The place should have been cleaned by then. Overall not impressed and will never stay there again.
