The lobby was cold,( had recommended to have staff not walk in front of the door to help ) they walked in front several times after the suggestion! Not comfortable to eat breakfast, or play card games while waiting for better temps outside. The pool would have been a warm place to play, it was closed for our 7 day stay. The room struggled to heat.

This property is fine. I wouldn't rate it superior. Carpeting in hallways is not vacuumed daily. I requested daily housekeeping since we were staying a week. It wasn't done unless I went to the front desk although it was noted to be cleaned upon arrival.

The hotel itself and common areas were clean. Our room was not so clean. Long hair on the bathroom floor and tubs, dirty hand prints on the bathroom walls, sticky drink rings on the tables and unvacuumed carpets.

We stayed for 4 days, and we did not get any maid service while we were there. I also slipped while in the shower as they had no slip resistant grips on the shower floor and had recently removed the shower mats that they normally keep in the room for a corporate inspection.

My stay was short and restful. I did have a little trouble pulling the curtain to block light from the retail plaza, but the light was not so bad that I could not sleep. Just be aware if you are someone who needs full blackout to sleep.

I paid more than double what I had paid 3 week prior and I guess it was because there was 2 weddings. The noise was HORRIBLE until after 2AM. Went out in the morning to kegs and coolers all over. I will NOT stay there again.

While sleeping, someone opened the door but because I had the security thing over the lock, it prevented them from entering. When I told the front desk about it, they just gave me a new key. Very scary.

Room across the hall had 3 dogs, animals left in room barking for extended periods, once at 6:30 a.m. Staff was great and helped us move rooms. I felt the facility and patrons were adversely impacted by inconsiderate guests. As I stated before desk staff was great in handling the problem for us.

Super stars! Everyone we met was awesome, especially the staff working at the front desk. We were travelling with a dog, and it was her first hotel stay. Everyone made the experience so easy for our dog and for us. There was a dog yard at the back of the hotel that was quiet and convenient, and although it was not fenced, there was plenty of room for dogs to roam and potty. The room was very comfortable, and the location of the hotel was excellent for where we were going. Thank you for having us, and we would 100% stay here again!!!

We were there for my daughters wedding. We had 10 people staying in 5 rooms and everyone agreed this is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The handicap room was very spacious allowing for ease in wheelchair manuevering. I appreciated how close the room was to the elevayor as I cannot not walk very far. Walk in shower had a sturdy built in pull out chair and both a hand held shower nozzle and an overhead shower nozzle. Helpful and friendly staff and Kelly was outstanding. The welcome Picnic we planned was ruined due to cold and rain, and the conference room was made available for our use. Clean and quiet. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Nice hot breakfast serving omelets, breakfast meat,potatoes, waffle irons, 3 kinds of cereal, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, pastry, toast, juice, coffee tea and hot chocolate. Hot water and coffee available 24 hours. Walmart, Target and multiple restaurants located next to hotel. Recommend this hotel if you are in the area. 10 +stars

The room for 6 is very spacious and clean! The indoor pool is also well kept and maintained. We’ve used sofa bed in other hotels and this by far is the cleanest and freshest! Will definitely come back whenever we do our yearly trip to Butler, PA!
