The property was nice overall. I saw but did not visit the pool and tennis court and basketball court. Staff was polite and respectful. The two towers were pretty much identical but one was an apartment and one was the actual hotel. The shower door couldn’t close properly so water would run outside the shower and make puddles on the bathroom floor. Some mold was noticed in the shower ceiling.

Don’t come thinking there is a traditional bar. The staff was polite but not knowledgeable - bare minimum information. Our room had a carpet “wet” smell and the shower leaked water all over the floor. We called for it to be repaired and after 3 calls they sent someone but it wasn’t fixed. The hotel was fully booked - I asked for a new room because no solution was offered and still was shut down. Housekeeping staff cleaned well but look a long time to get to our room (5pm). Buffet breakfast was the best offering for food. The area around the hotel is under development and it not walkable. Nothing to see. Plus is it’s close to the highway.

The hotel is a classic beauty. The front desk staff were very welcoming and professional. I love the free shuttle services to the beach and malls. The pool and spa are very relaxing, especially after a long day of sightseeing. Will definitely return and recommend this hotel to family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The main advantage of this hotel is the location. If you are planning to visit Abu Dhabi or other areas it’s kinda closer. Overall, very average, limited dining options, noisy construction is happening in the building. Spa experience was terrible! Unprofessional staff and non relaxing environment. The dining area is not clean. I don’t know how it’s a 5 star hotel as it is quite average and low quality in different means. I read great reviews of this place and that’s why I booked here, not gonna go there again.

We booked and paid for executive lounge access and the lounge was closed for renovations. Our room card, however, still worked to go into the lounge and lights etc were off but there were no renovations going on. I only booked this hotel because of the executive lounge. Had I known, I would have booked elsewhere. The same room without lounge access would have been much cheaper, but they still took my money and didn’t say anything. Not even when we checked in. We only found out the next morning. Very unethical and although the staff at the hotel were very friendly, it has made me think again about the ethics of Marriott.

Pleasant stay. Location is around 25 minutes from most of the attractions. Gym was nicely equipped and maintained. Breakfast was good too but very crowded. Check in time was too long due to 3 staff members trying to check in many guests. Condition of the room was ok nothing fancy but clean. Toilet’s ventilation didn’t work. The hotel has pharmacy and grocery store onsite. There was a cafe also in the lobby but sometimes nobody there when I visited to attend orders. Parking was good a bit tight for large SUV.

Très bon hôtel dans son ensemble. Accueil super, personnel au top. La chambre était bien équipée et très confortable. Le plus est clairement la pharmacie, le restaurant et surtout la superette dans l'hotel qui sont très pratique. La piscine est très bien, le seul soucis est qu'elle est entourée de bâtiments, et donc pas de soleil. Je recommande clairement cet hotel.

Expérience horrible rien ne ressemblais au descriptif. La piscine en vrai et sur la photo totalement différente. Le restaurant les plat sont vraiment pas bon. Les chambres ne sont faites que le soir. J’ai attendu 2 jours en me plaignant pour avoir de l’eau chaude !!! Après le passage du ménage en chambre j’ai retrouver encore des endroits sale. Pas de serviettes tout les jours. Bref horrible pour un sois disant 5 étoiles. J’ai connu des 3 étoiles à deira qui faisais plus 5 étoiles que celui ci.

Personal an der Rezeption: Bei unserer Ankunft war das Personal an der Rezeption wenig hilfsbereit. Es gab keine Auskunft über Restaurants, den Pool oder ähnliche Einrichtungen. Zimmer: Das Zimmer war groß und lag im 5. Stock. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig: Die Bettwäsche war schmutzig, auf der Toilettenbrille waren Urinspuren, und die Duschtür schloss nicht richtig, sodass beim Duschen das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand. Lage: Das Hotel liegt etwa 20 Minuten von der Innenstadt Dubais entfernt, ist aber mit Uber gut zu erreichen. Frühstück und Service: Das Frühstück war eine absolute Katastrophe – viel Geld für wenig Qualität. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass der im Voraus gebuchte Flughafentransfer bei der Rückreise nicht angeboten wurde. Fazit: Dieses Hotel würden wir definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.

When we went to check in the front staff said the system had gone down and they were unable to check us in and it would take about 20 mins. An hour later we insisted that they check us in manually. The room was decent but I found cockroaches in the bath and the kitchen sink faucet was extremely loose. The do not disturb sign was malfunctioning on the door and therefore cleaning never came to clean the room until I insisted on fresh towels on the 3rd day. For our week stay they only cleaned the room twice and only after I insisted they send someone up. It is quite far from downtown so you need a car. The free parking was excellent.

Hotel's location is not that great as its away from all the tourist places and not near any major public transport. Suiable for travellers with their own cars or taxi users. Room was excellent as I got an executive suite for the price of a standard double room, however the overall experience missed the X factor ! There wasn't a great view from the room but the space was plenty for a single user. Receptionists and hotel staff were very polite and handled any guest's requests in an efficient manner.

This property was a major disappointment for a 5 star hotel. The internet was down for 3 nights of my 7 nights stay. The hotel rooms were clean but had a musty Oder in my room. The customer service would not pick up the phone overnight which is a big safety hazard in case someone had an emergency. This place was absolutely terrible! I will never stay here again in my life! You stay here at your own risk being there are many better options in Dubai.

Overall nice stay for a few days wouldn’t book for more than 4 days. We were offered an upgrade but coming into the upgraded room ( from 2 normal rooms to 2 studio apartments) we were disappointed. The room was very smelly, outdated and stained overall. We quickly requested to be rebooked to the room that we payed for and the staff was very accommodating and understanding and shifted us back to the originally booked rooms. The rooms were far better than the upgraded ones. It was a bit to dark in our opinion and the rooms need brighter lights you can hardy see anything in the morning while getting ready. The water in the shower also changes up from sudden cold to hot water which is a bit annoying. One of the rooms had a empty packet of chips laying adorns after we came back ( I think house cleaning might have consumed it and forgot to throw it away) as we never had any chips with us. The hotel also is very far from the tourist attractions so having a car is a must. Beside the above we had a nice stay and purely were in de hotel for showering and sleeping for which it was ok. It’s not a real 5 star hotel but rather a 3,4 star.

the Hotel in general was lovely and befitting of 5 stars however it is not in the best location, and there were a few things that didn’t sit right. We had to ask for a bed to be put in our room for our daughter, despite the fact the room was booked for 3 people! I had to ask twice to get the bed as well which didn’t aid my mood. The other thing that grated was that they wouldn’t provide an airport shuttle more than 24hrs in advance, saying they didn’t have the manpower therefore we had to get a taxi.

After a 14-hour flight, I arrived at the hotel to find no one there to welcome me or help unload my luggage. I had to carry everything myself, which was really difficult, especially as a woman handling heavy bags. The next day, I called for a couple of bottles of water, and it took them 29 minutes to deliver. Overall, the lack of assistance and slow service has been really disappointing.

Es ist ein solides Produkt für einen fairen Preis. Für mich sind das 4*, recht weit außerhalb, dafür aber eben auch preislich vernünftig. Das Hotel liegt in "the middle of nowhere", also hier ist nichts mit Flanieren o.ä. Jeder Tag in Dubai City beginnt und endet dementsprechend mit einer Uber- oder Taxifahrt von 20 bis 30 Euro. Das muss einem klar sein.

Goed hotel goede service nette kamers met geluidisolatie. Alleen het hotel was 100% geboekt, hierdoor wacht je iets langer bij ontbijtbuffet of bij de liften. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en lekker.

I had a great experience from the guess at the door, very professional and I felt welcoming. My room was cleaned, no complain, the breakfast daily had multiple options and was delicious. There are local stores and a mall at walking distance. Which I visited 2x by walking. The staffs at the reception are nice and helpful.

The hotel was nice, a little bit out dated, but mostly nice accommodations. Staff was friendly and responsive. No USB chargers for phones, no kids playground, some problems with breakfast buffet, overall okay stay. Buffet wasn't very kid friendly. I asked for a cot for our 2 year old and got a crib.

The location is not good … long drive The overall hygiene is not of even 4 stars hotel The food and the breakfast is not a quality No shed to stay when it’s hot it’s even hot if you sit at the lobby
