Very nice clean hotel with bilingual staff. Free ramen from 21:30h. Also nice onsen. The room was quite large enough for two people for sure. Overall can't complain. Great location, easy to take skyliner to Narita.

Dormy Inn Ueno Okachimachi is a solid option for its price range and location, but with a few areas that could be improved. The location is convenient, and the hotel offers good value for what you pay. The room was small, which is expected in Tokyo, but functional. The hotel provides some nice touches such as a welcome snack in the fridge and complimentary noodles in the evening (which many guests may appreciate). The check-in and check-out process is automated, but the staff were present and helpful when needed, which made the experience smooth. Breakfast was acceptable but relatively basic and the dining area was quite small. Compared to other hotels I stayed at during this trip, it was not a highlight. One area that could be improved is cleanliness. While the room generally appeared clean, the bedsheets did not feel as fresh as expected, which slightly affected my overall impression. Overall, for its category and price, the hotel delivers a reasonable stay with good service, but there is room for improvement in attention to detail.
