出雲駅から徒歩5分程度だが、スナックや飲食店街が近くにある。宿泊特化型のホテルだが大きなお風呂/温泉が部屋とは別途付いており、東横インよりもドーミーインに近い。部屋はほぼ東横インだが、東横インほど機能特化ではなく若干のゆとりがある。朝食は1300円で和食と洋食のセットを選び、飲料やデザートバイキングから選べる形式。和食を選んだが、ちゃんとしており美味しい。
