It was a very convenient location to walk to public transportations. A couple of things I recommend for improvement are to offer more than one filtered water spot and better door closing. Me and my roommate made sure the door was closed every night but one morning we noticed the door was opened. Not sure what exactly happened.

Hotel staff were friendly and polite. Shopping malls are within walking distance. Environmental-friendly hotel. Water and ice dispenser can be found on all levels. Provided complimentary carpark too if you are driving. Overall a good experience staying there for a week.

Rooms in Genting Hotel Jurong are decent, but disappointing for this room which we have booked, which was the most expensive room being offered by the hotel. This room is able to sleep 4pax, but lacks the luxury feel. It does not have a work station, a space for a sofa area to relax, nor it has a bathtub. Also, during our enquiries made before our booking, we were also told that we would be given complimentary car park access. After checking in, to our disappointment, the complimentary car park were limited to 1 ticket (1x car park exit) per night's stay only. Additional trips in, and out during the course of the day, would be on your own expenses. And to make things even worse, the hotel management has replied me on my Google review posted, that they actually allow 1 carpark ticket to be redeemed per exit. They are a confused team, who are not customers centric.

The rooms are very small. Just enough to walk around the bed. If two suitcases it is hard to place the 2nd one. The hotel informed me on check in that they have self service laundry. When I went to use it, it was closed down. Some information to the guest would be nice. Better hotels in SG for less money. Nice smart tv in the room and friendly staff

Beautiful and clean hotel. Nice gym. Friendly & well trained staff. Great customer service. I was greeted warmly by a very professional front desk employee by the name of Didi. It is my first time in Singapore and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Also, my birthday was the same day of check out and she made sure that I didn’t leave the hotel without a proper birthday gift. Greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay here again.

Room was close the elevator. The door have a big gap at floor level. The noise from elevator area was very loud in the room and made it hard to sleep. TV did not work at times. Room is also very small. If you bring two suitcases there is no room for the 2nd one.

Beautiful hotel and cozy room. Deluxe rooms were missing coffee machines which is a bummer. Staff will ting infinite door bells for room service if you do not put DND or even start calling on the room line. Got my sleep spoiled a couple nights over a 2 week stay. Overall experience was good!

She refused to give me the baggage my friend had left, only doing so after I presented the necessary documentation. Up until that point, she insisted the luggage was not there. Overall, though, the stay was satisfactory. The food was excellent, and the restaurant team was exceptionally friendly.

I arrived during the midnight for the check-in. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean and welcoming. Very Impressed and would recommend folks to choose Genting Hotel. Esp for those that are on business trips working in Jurong area. It was very convenient for me to get to Clementi where the goal of my trip is to accomplish some errands there. Super easy to get out and go back to as well.

Keurig hotel. Prijs - kwaliteit echter pittig. Kamer net groot genoeg. Ontbijtbuffet voldoende. Dicht bij metro en winkels echter 45 minuten van Singapore stad. Omgeving weinig interessant. Goed voor zaken dichtbij Jurong echter minder geschikt voor vakantie.

Good solo stay, bed bedding electrical electronics bathroom all ok. Middle midrange hotel - neither too cheap nor pricey. Quiet. About 10 minutes walk from the public transport terminal. Efficient check in. Very very limited food options but it’s about 10 minutes walk from two shopping malls that have plenty of food options. I advise you bring your own snacks if you want breakfast in your room.

酒店環境寧靜，步行幾分鐘便到新加坡科學中心，酒店有免費接駁車往聖淘沙，去動物園和雀鳥公園也十分方便，沒有賭場，感覺有商務和家庭住客，大多斯文有禮，適合家庭旅行。大堂服務員和房間服務員很親切，見面會打招呼和報以微笑，提供窩心體貼的服務。房間很清潔，提供杯麵和咖啡，選擇多。酒店一樓的酒吧座位舒適，不擠迫，也提供早餐，給自助早餐多一種選擇。如果餐廳營業時間長一點和能夠提供叻沙海南雞飯和咖央多士等地到星加坡美食，便不用行去附近商場用膳。

It was amazing however it could be better. They have no restaurant to obtain food or coffee during anytime of the day. They do provide a paid breakfast till a certain time. That was it. They do have sky lounge which open at 6pm to 10pm. Please kindly think about people who come in at 5am in the morning and require a quick bite or coffee instead of using a vending machine

The hotel is fantastic. It met our needs. We had a fantastic stay. Limited dining options are not an issue as there are numerous eating places around the hotel. The only slight downside is that the pool area was a bit too deep for a young pre-schooler still learning to swim. It was also a bit on the cold side and the lack of showering facilities at the pool area meant that people had to return to their rooms to clean up.
