To start off with I rented a room with a jetted tub and when I got to the hotel the room had no tub... the whole reason of renting this room was for that tub or I could have paid a lot less and a better neighborhood... its a scam make sure you realize you will not get the room you are paying for.. Hence the no refund policy...

It was OLD and would not recommend this place. The room was clean but run down. Flip latch security lock was broke off. You had to yank the door open as the key lock was broken.

I waited an hour in line to check in when i finally get to the register guy is on his personally phone i prepaid for a king room theres none available tell him to give me a queen idc ive already paid 4 different guest canceled while in line. The guest before me come back, while im waiting for them to find out if my room is even cleaned, there is someone already in the room they were just given. Also theres an extra $100 deposit no one mentioned. I get my room go to put in the code it doesnt work walk back tell the staff they walk us back give us some waters and they cant unlock it with the code either so they let us in with a card say theyll make us one. We change our clothes real quick at this point its been 2hours. I go to the desk to ask about the card before we head to our show she hasnt made it. Also theres no soap in the dispenser and all the vending machines are out of stock.

This was one of the dirtiest properties I have been to. I understand that you get what you pay for, but under the sink in my room was dirty, my bathroom had nails coming out of the sink and the trim was coming off of the wall in the sleeping area. The people working at the desk weren’t very friendly, either. We only stayed knowing it was only a few hours until we left. Our “key” was a sliver of paper with our room number and the keypad code handed to us. There were no deadbolts or chains on the door, so we used our ironing board for additional safety. The bathroom door was splitting. We left around 8 or 9am and never heard or saw cleaning staff. The front desk gave us no direction to find our room or offer information as to where the best area would be to move our vehicles to ensure we parked closer to our room. The doors to enter and exit were not protected with a key, so it lacked the safety.

Dirty. Very dirty. Sheets looked slightly wrinkly and had some dirt on them, plus cigarette burns. There was a bandaid stuck on the coat rack, hair and rubber bands in the shower, no tissues, a plastic bag covering the smoke detector, the remote was missing batteries, and the doors to the hotel don’t lock so anyone can walk in. I would have complained but I doubt they would have been able to give me a better place. It seemed like the kind of hotel that specializes in not caring about making an especially good impression, or caring that they have made a bad one. It was a roof over your head, running water, and a bed. But that’s about it. Stay here if your only other option is sleeping on the streets. Otherwise, I would recommend against.

I didn’t even stay there! I checked in, realized it’s used as a homeless shelter, the entrance door was hanging off the hinge and the lock on my door was snapped off. My visit lasted 5 minutes and i left and never ever went back and won’t.

The room isn’t the same as advertised. There’s no coffee maker, hot water for tea, …. Ice machine doesn’t work properly. Front desk staff is ok. But the condition of the place just scares us off from ever staying there again.

WORST stay EVER!!!!! The hotel lost my reservation, claimed they had one room left. Only room left had no microwave, which didnt matter anyway since the fridge stopped working and i lost over $100 in food. The bedding, curtains, and carpet had burn holes and looked dirty and dingy. The towels were thin and barely dried you. The toilet was wobbly and felt like you would tip over. The AC was loud and the room was right across from the stairs so you heard the stairwell door slam at all hours. The bathroom sink didnt have any hot water, but the shower barely had any cold so it was a sauna to shower. The tub had a ring of soap scum and mildew on the shower curtain. The room had multiple roaches crawling around, and possible bed bugs since both my husband and i woke up with rashes. The hallways were hard to navigate with housekeeping carts right in the middle. No elevator and being disabled and climbing stairs made for a difficult weekend. Doors didnt feel secure inside or outside. Garbage spilling over onto the walkways and the sidewalk was blocked. Parking was hard to find near any entrance. And the price i paid was not worth the stay. Was not offered a discount for the lost reservation or the inconvenience of having to take a second floor room. Was treated very rudely at checkin and not very accommodating to someone with a disability. The whole place smells bad and would not recommend to anyone!!!! Run to a different hotel before ever booking here.

This place should be reported to the Health Department! We left immediately, it was beyond disgusting. Extremely filthy, bugs, stained walls, furniture, carpet....everything! The urine stained stairway was so strong my eyes were burning and I nearly vomited. This place should be raided and condemned!

Terrible terrible. Blood in my sheets dirty room and used towels . Refused to change my room and only changed my sheets . They have DOOR CODES that they don’t change after each guest and they goofed up when I added an extra night at check in . I was given a parking pass for an extra night but not an extra night so I was woken up at 3 am to them banging on and trying to open the door telling me check out was at 11am . To which i responded HOW was I even able to get inside of this room if I didn’t have another night . There was ants CRAWLINGGG everywhere . tables, bathrooms… AND the bath tub was clogged. My room service sign got was ignored 2/4 days I was there not only were the towels here dingy and stained, clearly not washed properly but when I put my towels on the floor by the door for room service to replace , they just hung them back up (I noticed they were damp and had the same stains ) AWFULL AWFULL visit and the only reason I was here in the first place was because I got last minute tickets to a concert and every other place was sold out . I didn’t get any pictures of the hotel , BUT I got pictures of the RASH that I got from theyre dirty room.

Check in-smooth. Hallways (past doors with non-smoking room signs)-smelled of smoke, and showed much wear and tear. Our NON-SMOKING room—OVERPOWERING SMOKE SMELL, sheets and towels looked clean and were odor-free, bathroom fixtures appeared clean, cleanliness of chairs, flat surfaces, mini fridge, heating/cooling unit looked iffy. We purchased several types of air fresheners and used them abundantly-room was habitable then. Wished I’d bought sanitizing spray, but didn’t—left all clothing in suitcase and suitcase on desk top. We sat only on the bed with the covers drawn back. Never walked barefoot on carpet. Room was quiet-no outside noise, no loud mechanical or plumbing noises inside. Tub was slooooooow draining-showered standing ankle deep in water. Ceiling heater in bathroom worked well (I was impressed). Had hairdryer, but it was barely hanging on to the wall. All lights worked. Walls showed water damage and patched holes. Heater quit during the night, but my husband got it going again. At one time this was VERY nice place. Directly along highway-not a sketchy neighborhood at all, bit of a maneuver to get back to it, though. Kept wondering how they could continue to keep open. We DID NOT see or hear anything sketchy. Husband and I not afraid to stay there again, but would pack plenty cleaning/sanitation supplies, but we wouldn’t take children there.

All lights worked. Walls showed water damage and patched holes. Heater quit during the night, but my husband got it going again. At one time this was VERY nice place. Directly along highway-not a sketchy neighborhood at all, bit of a maneuver to get back to it, though. Kept wondering how they could continue to keep open. We DID NOT see or hear anything sketchy. Husband and I not afraid to stay there again, but would pack plenty cleaning/sanitation supplies, but we wouldn’t take children there.

This is actually two properties. For me it was very convenient. The room, while a bit out of date, was very clean with sufficient towels. I was there to sleep and for that it was great. I would recommend that the owners/managers update a few rooms and call them upgrades or what have you and thake any revenue from them to do a room at a time - paint and other updates.

The room was spacious, housekeeping was done everyday. It was quiet enough for a professional and getaway stay. The sink was clogged and before maintenance could address the issue, the front desk offered to relocate me into a more convenient room. Maintenance and management came to make sure that the issue was taken care of. Though the issue was more deeper, both management and the maintenance personnel demonstrated good customer service. I also liked that the wifi works very well. I will recommend this property to anyone looking for an affordable place for a stay.

It was not good. Too much traffic in the halls. Arguing and there is a program for homeless people and the hotel staff cursing loud and going back and forth to get them out. This happened more than once in my 2 day stay and I only slept there. Internet service is not good. I had to turn the TV in order to watch it because of it freezing. There was no iron in my room.

I waited an hour in line to check in when i finally get to the register guy is on his personally phone i prepaid for a king room theres none available tell him to give me a queen idc ive already paid 4 different guest canceled while in line. The guest before me come back, while im waiting for them to find out if my room is even cleaned, there is someone already in the room they were just given. Also theres an extra $100 deposit no one mentioned. I get my room go to put in the code it doesnt work walk back tell the staff they walk us back give us some waters and they cant unlock it with the code either so they let us in with a card say theyll make us one. We change our clothes real quick at this point its been 2hours. I go to the desk to ask about the card before we head to our show she hasnt made it. Also theres no soap in the dispenser and all the vending machines are out of stock.

Check in took over and hour and half. Only one person working. Was late for a concert because of check in. Then a deposit was required that wasn’t on the website. Other people complained about it and the person would lower the deposit for some but not others.

I made reservations back in February and when I got in to town on Wednesday, May 18th, the front desk insisted that my reservations were canceled on Tuesday, May 17th. I didnt cancel my reservations, and according to expedia my reservations were still booked. I even showed the front desk my confirmation number and they still refused to honor my reservations. So i had to find another hotel at the last minute, to stay at.

We sat only on the bed with the covers drawn back. Never walked barefoot on carpet. Room was quiet-no outside noise, no loud mechanical or plumbing noises inside. Tub was slooooooow draining-showered standing ankle deep in water. Ceiling heater in bathroom worked well (I was impressed). Had hairdryer, but it was barely hanging on to the wall. Based on other reviews, I took a chance. It turned out to be clean, comfy, safe, and I slept wonderfully. That's what mattered. It was not a high-end hotel, nor was I expecting one as I did not reserve one. The only trouble I had was trying to find it. It was in a separate wing of the Grand, which, based on reviews, I did not choose to stay at. All worked out just fine and, should I be in that area again, I would most likely stay there again.

Bottom line it was disgusting. We checked in (only after having to go around multiple groups of homeless people sitting in the parking lot) to a front desk where we were borderline yelling because the rec hall they rent out was playing music extremely loud. Came into our room to find so much damage. Holes in walls, ceiling, broken countertop. Not to mention the literal trash we had found on the floor, toilet that looked like it had been used and not cleaned, the pillow that looked moldy (we used shirts as pillowcases) and we can't forget about the bugs. We were in town for a sold out concert and quickly learned that 1: the pictures DO NOT MATCH real life. And 2: we had no other choice but to stay here as we called other places and everything was already booked for the concert. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I was sure my vehicle would not make it through the night without being broken into. Apparently, there are full fledged families living there as regular guests, because I saw no less than 6 unrelated kids playing and running around the halls on my way to my room. JUST DON’T. This is the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I checked in at 9:00 it took over 20 minutes to get checked in. Got to the room and the key card wouldn’t work. They ended up having to bring me a real key to use. Got in the room and there was a cobweb by the bed. I had to kill two tiny spiders crawling on the sheets. Sheets were so stained that we stripped both beds and use our own sheets and blankets. Light over the bathroom sink is really dim. Had to turn on the heat lamp to be able to see. Towels are stained. There is a weed / plant growing through a crack in the wall by the air conditioner. Multiple lamps not working. I think the outlet was shorted out.
