The staff were very accommodating to my requests to ship luggage and were very helpful in determining the best method. I was treated to excellent service and will come back again. Older building so it goes with the territory that it could use some upkeep in the spa area.

The staff was REMARKABLE! They helped me with my heavy bags, offered an early breakfast, and were VERY friendly. Even though I don't speak Japanese, and they speak very little English, check in was easy.

Service was top notch, very friendly and helpful. Room was tiny, which was surprising given that it is a small town (Tokyo, yes, very tiny accommodations because of tremendous population density). All in all, a very good place that I would recommend.
