The hotel is unique it has the smallest lift i have ever seen. The staff were so helpful we forgot an French adaptor and the staff helped us. The breakfast was so good with lots of choice. The rooms are small but so full of character something quirky but lovely

There is no beach you, you look onto the street but yes it is unobstructed.

Comfortable stay , lovely walled city. Not as busy in October which is what we were looking for, easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Friendly people. Comfy bed .. we wanted a sea view so the room was on the top floor - there is a small lift so not too bad .. would definitely return
