Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Bolton

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast area has a lovely sitting area I used while waiting for family members to arrive. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of items. The pool, however wasn’t clean. There was a bandage floating in the pool and it looked like a diaper exploded on the deck and into the pool. After informing the front desk, we were told that housekeeping would take care if it in the morning. We promptly left the pool area. Do better in this area.

Hi there, the staff were all lovely. Maybe it was just a bad day. One of the elevators was broken, the gym only 1 of the 3 treadmills worked. The water container in the gym was empty. The sanitary wipes to wipe down the equipment were all dry. My rooms faucet leaked. The shower didnt turn off and constantly dripped. None of the electrical outlets worked in the furniture so charging your phone had to be in the wall. The drapes would not close all the way so you could not make the room dark.

Great area- easily walkable. Property was clean and well kept. Pool was large and shallow enough for young kids. Breakfast had a great variety and was well stocked.

Clean Room. Smells great when you walk in. Staff are very kind and friendly. Parking is easy and convenient. Air conditioning best part of this stay. Feels so nice. You get to play with the temperature so its very comforting. I go to sick kids every week; ill be booking here to stay the night before appointment 😀 i highly recommend 👌

Elevators weren't workingvwhen i arrived.

Our stay was very quiet, which is surprising as most hotels can be quite loud. Biggest bonus is the electric car charger, which is very handy

It was fine. The included breakfast was as you expect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but not many lighting options so quite dark in the evening. Also many of the plugs didn't work properly (this was true in other rooms where my other family were staying as well). The pool was unclean when we went as well, but that may have just been that day as there were many teams staying for a tournament. Overall it was fine. Good, not great.

We checked in the hotel and noticed abad smell and we thought it was from smokingor due to pets, around 11pm we noticed the hole on the cieling and seemed like mold . It was too late to call reception and we said we would tell them in the morning. When we checked out and asked reception if they can give us some credit back the y said they will email the manager and avoided us. This needs to be fixed asap

Washroom is nit clean

When we arrived and unpacked we seen that there was blood on our sheets. Hair in the bed. Dirty mirrors. We then got our room changed and it also was dirty.

The room was not as clean as we would have liked it. There was some dust on the bed side tables and the couch in the room was dirty and needs cleaning.

The room was large and accommodating but it smelled like an old gym filled with clothing saturated in body odour.

The room was spacious and the bed conformable. We could use an extra blankets in the closet, which may be helpful. Breakfast was good and a lot of variety.

We were thrilled with the extra large two queen suite with the pullout couch. Four people and enough room to dance if we wanted to!! It’s a great room for four to six people and I will look for this floor plan when we travel again. Well done Hampton Hilton. We’ll be back!

The room was large and well appointed, and very clean.

The staff were great and the property was clean. The one issue I could not understand was why the "blackout" curtain rods only closed over 2/3 of the window. I assume this was the same in every room. This meant all the bright lights from outside business lit up the room all night.

This is the third time I have stayed here when having business in the city. The staff is awesome, rooms are great, clean and lots of amenities and love the toiletries selection. Just a great place to stay.

I was blown away by how clean and organized the accessible room was on the fourth floor. The room was huge. The bathroom was huge. It was very convenient.

The shower dripped all night, the pillows were horrible, very lumpy and flat. The room was missing a nightstand.

We are a non profit organization who was attempting to put on a competition for kids aged 3-19, including some attempting to qualify for world championships. Due to the storm on Friday evening, our guest from another province had her flight cancelled at the last minute. In addition our venue also cancelled at the last minute. As soon as we were made aware, we contacted the hotel; however it was difficult to get someone on the phone while working my full time job but when I finally did I was quite taken aback by the rudeness. Not only did the call feel like “inconvenience” but I was abruptly told I could not get a refund and did I want to cancel the room or not. In the background I could hear someone, perhaps a manager reciting the policy verbatim. When I said, yes I would have to cancel I was abruptly hung up on! I would understand the policy but the weather was an unexpected situation and I wasn’t planning on asking for a refund, merely a deferral of the money to another date/location. As we would still need to host the competition. However, no matter where we hold it now and no matter how many cities we visit, our entire team and their families will be avoiding this line of hotels due to the way you treated a non profit club during a very rare situation. Clearly, you do not need our business. We have also mentioned it to our governing association’s Board as they plan for the upcoming provincial and national events. Sincerely, Trish Bell

property was clean and convenient location for an event in area unfortunately staff at desk were rigid and not very flexible for customers needs. We have tried to contact manager but has not returned are email/calls. Consequently we have lodged formal complaint with corporate office.

We had booked a room several months in advanced and we were not provided the room we had paid for!! Staff mentioned it was "Expedia's" fault! That their system wasn't updated and to contact them?! Yet, we had friends we also checked in and they got the room we initially wanted! Also, we waited at least 40 minutes so they can check us in due to the hotel's system on the computer. They didn't provide us a refund or a voucher of something?? Just a different room. Never have I ever experienced something like this before! Would not recommend.

I want to take the time to bring to the attention the amazing front staff that had to deal with the most ignorant entitled and abusive people during the power outage. They were being spoken down to and treated like garbage and maintained composure. I’d like to say I did the same. I stay here a lot for business and this hotel is probably the best hotel staff I have ever experienced. These ladies deserve a round of applause for entitled hockey moms who didn’t care to watch their children and turned the hotel into a gym where they cared very little about anyone else. These ladies deserve a raise, a day off and an award for how cool they were when surrounded by individuals w no social graces. You are all stars.

Property and staff were fantastic. Hotel was clean. In the middle of an industrial park so not a lot of things to do.

Good central location in the town of Bolton. Would have liked some glasses in the room, as there was a refrigerator in the room. An ice bucket would have helped to move the ice from the machine in thw hallway to the room. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely amazing, more like a buffet breakfast. The coffee available in the hallway 24/7 was tasty and delicious. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself again.

Well situated in the heart of Bolton. You have everything you need around the hotel.

Very poor breakfast selection. Eggs, bacon and potatoes where served cold each morning of our stay. We were at the opening of the buffet at 6am when they first opened One toaster was not working. When pointed out to staff they replied "yes we know, its been like that for awhile." Ashtrays outside overflowing with butts all over the ground. Had to ask front desk twice to empty them. Not all staff were rude but attention needs to be paid to certain individuals working your front desk.

A staff member came to my room to assist me in finding light switches. She was very helpful. Room was clean. I have to say that the breakfast was terrible! Eggs were rubbery and potatoes like cardboard. Juice was room temp. Only good thing was the yogurt which was prepackaged.

Its allright for the price. Weird pooish smell in hallway on the 5th floor. Breakfast was kinda lame. Cold scrambled eggs. Weird potato thing.

Always the same breakfast and rotten hard-boiled eggs. Dirty areas and the room looks like old and dirty. They need to improve the hotel.

I'm not expecting gourmet food from a breakfast buffet, but the potatoes were inedible. my fork couldn't pierce them they were so ruined by freezer burn (?).
