We enjoyed every aspect of this hotel, from the easy check to the spacious size and cleanliness of both the bathroom and living area. The kitchenette was well stocked with anything one might need to prepare meals. The fitness room was clean and well equipped. Lastly, all staff was friendly and accommodating. Room had not been properly cleaned when I arrived to my room. There was chunks of hair on the shower walls and floor, and crumbs all throughout the mini fridge. When I informed the front desk and showed them pictures, they said they would have it cleaned while I was out for the day. The fridge crumbs were removed, however, there was still hair throughout the bedroom. Very disappointed. Paid over $150-$180/night :(

Overall my room was great and very quiet. My only complaint was the terrible smell in the hallway. It was bearable as it was a short distance to the stairwell and only the hallway on the floor my room was located had the horrible smell of moth balls/vomit. If it wasn’t for the smell I would have given a higher rating.

This was truly the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed. I travel a lot with my husband, who is quite a hotel snob and considers a Sheraton subpar. This was cleaner than any Westin or 4 seasons we've stayed in. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint is that the room smells like it could have been smoked in at some point and a little musty.

Bathtubs need updating lots of Gunk and adhesives, making it look rather dirty and allowing dirt to adhere to it. The bottoms of the tubs need to be magic erased. There's lots of skin that I was able to get up out of the bathtub while I was there.

We stayed for 2 nights, the room was spotless, the bed was clean. The bed itself was just ok, not incredibly comfortable but I've stayed in places that were worse. The pillows were fine. The kitchenette was great the bathroom was clean. The staff were very friendly. We come to Ft Collins for comic con every year and I think we've finally found "our" hotel for all the next conventions!

Unfortunately our stay started poorly. The room we were assigned stunk so bad even staff couldn’t stay in it. The second room next door had a window open to air it out. We ended up going to another floor to find a suitable room. There was old food left in the fridge, something spilled all over it, spilled dried on food on the office chair. Staff were very kind and tried to make it right.

The hotel itself is very nice and was super clean. The room was large and had everything you needed. My only complaint was that the A/C didn’t work in my room so the temperature was 75 at night which made it hard to sleep.

I love staying here because it is really quiet every time. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was as clean as they come. My one issue was the bed was soooo hard, I ended up taking out the cushions of the couch to put on top of the bed so I could get to sleep. I’m sure they could have let me change rooms but I was already upgraded and didn’t want to risk losing that. I love that the full size refrigerator makes ice. They don’t charge for parking either. Which is a rare find these days.

They are not friendly and careless about any needs or comfort.The manager is not friendly and I found her to be unpleasant and unprofessional. This property was such a nice surprise, very clean and quiet. The front desk staff specifically, Donna and Alex went above and beyond. Friendly, helpful, courteous, professional! Cannot recommend enough. First stay ever at an IHG but if others are anything like the Fort Collins IHG will definitely stay there again and again

On our last night there I was woken up but someone trying to get into our room. When I looked through the peek hole, there was a man standing against our door with his back to the door trying to butt the door open. I tried calling the front desk and when I dialed 0, all I got was a dial tone. I was about to call the police when another man showed up and led him away. I didn't sleep the rest of the night. I reported it to the night clerk on duty and to the morning clerk that relived him. They both said they would have a manager contact me. I haven't heard anything from anybody. We would not stay here again.

I walked into the lobby, and three staff members were in some sort of discussion at the front desk. I have no issue with this except no one even looked up to acknowledge me and say a quick hi. I checked in, but received an email from my CC an hour later and the total charge was over $100 more than my original booking price. Inquired next morning and was told there was a $100 incidental fee that would be removed when i left, and additional state fees. This should have been communicated to me at check in. Not a good experience at all.

Donna was awesome!! The whole staff at the front desk and maintenance man out did themselves! We had the banquet room and again Donna was super helpful. She took care of everything so we could enjoy our graduation. Couldn’t have pulled it off without her and her team. The best of the best😊❤️

I chose this hotel because it had great ratings and it lived up to the hype. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I spent 2 hours in the reception area, because my roommate was sleeping in and every person that it was interacted with was treated with kindness and respect When a customer called in trying to book on a night that they were completely full, the front desk staff worked to find them another hotel in the area to stay. On my way out I mentioned I was staying in another city soon, and the front desk clerk started looking at what they had in the area that could help to accommodate me as well. When none of their hotels were within 10 miles of my planned location, she gave me other alternatives of places that she thought would be quality to stay. It was truly an exceptional experience with exceptional customer service.

I booked online and about 15 minutes later I show up to check in, everything was fine until I had to sign a form and I looked at the details and it stated a double queen but I booked a king online. I then asked and they told me that they haven’t had any kings since the morning, but when I booked online, it said they had five left, very disappointed and weird that they didn’t tell me that before I was about to sign that form. This place is a little outdated and overpriced. They placed $100 hold on your card and I stayed at the Hyatt downtown Denver, which was way nicer and they only held $50. They don’t even offer breakfast. Then getting ready to leave, It was around 1015 and housekeeping came by and was very rude to my husband And had a snarky attitude asking “well when do you want me to come back?” Well sweetheart we don’t have to check out until 11 so you can come back after 11. I was so irritated and that started my day off wrong. When checking out. I let Donna know (who was very nice and friendly) and she apologized. I hope that little girl has an attitude adjustment because that was uncalled for. I won’t be staying here again.

Excellent home away from home! Safe, secure, with friendly staff, nothing more to be desired for the traveler that wants to cook their own meals and live like if it was your own flat. No breakfast, bar or restaurant, but instead a well equipped room and kitchenette to sort your self out.

Not for me. No water besides in the gym, beds were weird and kind of rubbery, layout was a little odd. I liked stay ridge more in this hotel chain but choice is a little limited in Fort Collins this time of year. No breakfast. Pantry is nice to have but unhealthy choices. Ok for longer stays as room has ability to cook and a large fridge. It just wasn’t what we needed

Been gone from home for a week and this hotel had the best and most comfortable bed and pillows and we sure needed them. Didn't want to get up the next morning. Front desk lady was also kind enough to come up to our room for a tv problem. And--they have the best free coffee i had in a week. Hotel in a great location and easy to find. If we ever come bavk to Ft Collins, we will stay here.
