The appeal of this hotel is the location (Ski-in/out) and the price. Half board with wine and a premium ski-pass included for the same price as self-catering in Arc 1950. We visit Les Arcs for the skiing, so the single beds and tired rooms are perfectly acceptable. The food is varied and of good standard for the money. At breakfast, there are queues for the coffee machines, and they often run out of mugs or bowls, but this depends on the time and demand - It's really not a big issue. Don't go here if you expect a luxury experience - There's a five star hotel nearby if you want that, but it will be double the price and more, and the slopes are the same for everyone.

The room was outdated The bath was so small that you couldn’t get in and sit Towels and bedding haven’t been changed all week The breakfast, there were always queue for coffee machines and some weren’t working It’s a terrible hotel

Simple accommodation directly on the piste. Bedrooms small but funktional, staff doing the best possible. Food alright but do not expect too much. Ideal for me as single for a few days of skiing in one of the best ski areas.

Property is old and needs renovating. Rooms very basic. Had to queue upon arrival for room keys for over half an hour, only to be told to return the next morning for our lift passes. Rooms not cleaned all week apart from top up of toilet rolls and shake of bed sheets. Queued for nearly an hour for lift passes next day and then another hour for my skis. Hotel is over run by children with parents nowhere to be seen. Very noisy. Food was OK, something for everyone even if basic. Staff at times were rude, unhelpful. Would not recommend or return.
