Hôtel calme, chambre propre et agréable, située au 3eme étage mais avec ascenseur. L'hôtel dispose d'un grand parking et le lendemain j'ai pu rejoindre l'aéroport en quelques minutes à peine.

Hébergement propre mes parking petit par rapport au nombre de chambres proposé on galère un peu à trouver une place obligé de se garer à proximité de l'hôtel dans une rue. Cela est dommage car l'hôtel est top

Convenient for tram and travel links. There is no tea or coffee facilities in the room and the restaurant wasn’t open at all during our 2 night stay, so no drinks or food available. The reception was closed early.

I felt unsafe with all the signs saying to be careful with your personal stuff left in the car because of thefts and the people living in caravans next to the parking lot.

Hôtel simple mais propre, bien situé avec un arrêt tramway tout prêt, direction aéroport ou centre ville. Personnel accueillant. Parking gratuit. Points négatifs: chiens admis dans les chambres mais chiens pas admis ni dans le restaurant ni dans le bar si l'on souhaite dinner. Machine automatique pour café, boissons froides et snacks n'acceptaient plus les cartes bancaires, seulement des pièces de monnaie.

Very good value, friendly staff. Sink plug didn't work which does not help when wet shaving. Microwave to use I'm communal area, so can go to aldi, ten min walk, grab something there and ping!

Bien ,seul bémol pas de parking privé, hôtel classe, personnels accueillant et surtout calme.... très contente ❤️

Hôtel à l’apparence neuve de l’extérieure mais qui est déjà en bien mauvais état. Rideau de douche dans la salle d’eau trop court pour ne pas inonder la salle d’eau, fuite du flexible et du pommeau de douche, fuite du siphon au lavabo. L’aménagement de la chambre est basique et le ménage est partiellement fait. Toiles d’araignées sur la tête de lit, moustiques écrasés sur les murs, robinetterie douteuse, cache sommier tâché, traces dans le fond des wc des anciens occupants…

Chambre et salle de bain très sale ( terre feuille dans la chambre ) impossible de se laver

Il y avait des poils et des miettes sur le lit. Il était évident qu’il y avait un manque d’hygiène ( preuve en photo). Une odeur très dégoûtante dans la salle de bain, impossible d’y respirer. J’ai même eu des envies de vomir. Trop de bruit dans le couloir et les autres chambres ( ouverture fermeture des portes et ascenseur) Il n y avait personne à la réception pour le Check out ( 5h du matin )

Accueil chaleureux, chambre convenable, très propre. Petit déjeuner bien achalandé. Je recommande.

I’m not one to write reviews (unless my experience was exceptionally good), but our stay at this hotel was nothing short of horrific. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Fortunately, we only stayed for one night. Walk with me, while I share my experience. 1) Exterior is run down. You can tell it has not had a paint job in a very long time. 2) An extremely small space, that barely fit two medium sized suitcases, without stumbling over them. The room is a reflection of the exterior- run down. 3) Dirty walls and floor, stains on the bedsheets and a dead spider hanging over the window. 4) Infested with mosquitoes- we woke up to multiple bites. 5) The bathroom was extremely small (looked like those “mobile” bathrooms made out of plastic, which you’d find inside a caravan). Probably the equivalent size of a photo booth. And with that, very bad odor that spread into the room itself. We were under the impression that anything that was flushed down the toilet did not make its way all the way down, so it smelled like we were sleeping next to a sewer. On top of that, the water would linger in the shower and not go down the drain right away. 6) The AC blows hot air. The lack of maintenance at this hotel should be studied.

The room was extremely overheated when I arrived, so I turned on the air-conditioning and set it to a lower temperature and it started to blow out cold … but when I got back to my room late that night found that the air-conditioner had reset itself to a high temperature, it did this repeatedly during our two day stay. There was never anybody on reception while we were there. To tell them about the issues. The metal grill was always pulled down. (From 11am). I learned after our day that they expect guests to go next door to a completely different hotel with a different name as they are somehow connected and the same members of staff cover both receptions …l I’ve never heard of such a set up before, it is certainly not for the convenience of the guests but rather to save them money! During the night, I went to use the lavatory and the toilet seat shattered in half cutting me! I reported these issues when I checked out and they barely cared just kept saying “don’t hesitate to ask for help”, which is pretty difficult when they have such limited time that the reception is open Very, very disappointing and our stay was completely ruined as the room was so hot we slept very badly indeed

Despite asking the ability to manage the the temperature in my room, due to the heat, they rejected and blocked the airconditioning thermostat in all rooms to manage it centrally. Very poor service, I left the hotels after 3hrs, as I could not bare staying longer in the room.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Une valeur sûre. Toujours le petit bémol de l eau qui coule du bac à douche. Un grand parking.

Beaucoup de bruit une partie de la nuit, dès qu'une personne ouvre sa porte de chambre, on a l'impression que c'est notre porte qu'elle ouvre tellement qu'il y a de résonance

Nous avons pour habitude de séjourner dans cet hôtel, accueil rapide et très professionnelle, le seul bémol reste sur nous avons dormi dans une chambre où le chauffage était allumé, la réception ma indiqué que nous ne pouvions pas mettre la climatisation car c'était pas la période, du coup très mauvaise nuit

7 min from the airport. Rooms are small but clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a middle eastern birthday some place next door so it was very noisy one night way past midnight. Mosquitos!!!

Il manquait le petit frigo, salle de bain très petite de l'eau partt par terre après avoir pris une douche, car le rideau de douche ne suffisait pas ,risque de glisser .on a eu une chambre différente que celle qu'on a vu dans la photo pendant la réservation . Ça n'empêche pas qu' on a passé un agréable séjour.

Staff at reception were rude/unfriendly. French style. There is next to the hotel a pop-up caravan site. Travellers, they decided to play very loud music from their pop-up tent, they could have invited us to join the party. Wouldn't recommend staying here again. Had a horrible nights sleep. As I couldn't get to sleep due to the noise coming from the all night rave

All the staff were so friendly and always warm welcomed us! Thank you so much especially Gregory who gave us quick city guide using a map at the reception!! It was very helpful in terms of making a decision of what to see in a limited or stay!

A great stay on my drive from the UK to Portugal. Nice, comfy bed, quiet, clean and enjoyed the continental breakfast. Staff were fabulous.

J'étais à deux doigts de rater mon avion. En effet, la veille je suis allé à la réception pour que l'on me réveille à 5h45. On devait m’appeler; RIEN!!!!!!!!!!!!! C'est inadmissible, et pas du tout professionnel. Heureusement que je me suis réveillé à 6h15 pour aller aux toilettes!!!! Honteux.

Excellent location

Está muy bien ubicado cerca al aeropuerto y a unos pasos de la estación del tram, el personal es muy amable, es un lugar tranquilo y tienes opcion de almorzar al estilo bufett por un mínimo monto. En general en Burdeos la gente es muy amableeee 100% recomendado!

Perfect hotel to spend the night to catch an early flight…not too early though as the first tram stopping at the nearby station, Cadera Issatier, starts at 4h45 am and there is no hotel shuttle available, to my knowledge (it takes 25 minutes to walk to the airport on a good sidewalk partially illuminated), based on my own experience (traveling on a Thursday). Restaurant in their sister property was very good value for money and the staff was nice and attentive. Room was clean, comfortable and air conditioning worked perfectly.

Zu Fuss etwa 30 min zum Bordeaux Flughafen, saubere Zimmer, bequeme, saubere Betten, recht viel Platz, eher spartanisch eingerichtet, jedoch neu. Bad und Dusche geräumig, sauber und funktionsfähig. Frühstück jedoch dürftig.
