Our stay was very clean and comfortable, the main qualities that I desire when traveling. Pet friendly also. Nikki registered us at the desk- calm, professional and efficient. She set us up in a second floor room near the elevator which was really appreciated as we are traveling with a dog. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable.

The room was spacious and VERY Clean. Dog friendly. The staff was very accommodating and assigned us a room on the 1st floor right next to an exit. Very easy to take our older Labs outside.

I really liked the hotel itself and the swimming pool. Everything was kept clean. The breakfast had lots of options and was fully stocked. Our room was large enough and beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The area where the hotel was located did not feel safe. While sitting in my car getting ready to leave, a drunk man approached me asking for money. He then proceeded to the pool and asked the people inside the gate for money. Unfortunately, the hotel is located close to the intersate and a busy road and will be easily approached by pedestrians or people looking to commit crimes.

The bathroom floor was clearly not cleaned. It has multiple shoe prints every where and felt sticky. Yuck. Also, the shower had no slip anything and I walked in and almost slipped. VERY dangerous. I’m glad it was me that took a shower first and not my children. The bed was fine and Comfy enough. The air took a very long time to cool but finally did. With some many options I would pick somewhere else.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times over the years. I have NEVER had problems. Always very please with room!!! This room was on the first floor and awful. The rug was filthy. I was actually tremendously uncomfortable.

The room 212 was clean, but the curtains couldn’t be closed, leaving the room lit all night. This made sleeping difficult and affected my stay. I informed the front desk, but no solution was offered. Staff were polite but seemed unable to address the issue. I hope the hotel fixes this for future guests. 2/5 stars.

No major problems encountered. The only thing was when we entered the room it was real stuff as if they had not left the air on at all. It was near 100 degrees out that day. The room eventually cooled down and all was well. Other than that the room was perfect for our needs.

room was clean. one of the beds matress was horrible, it made loud noises every time you moved....fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (false alarm, someone smoking) we were ready to leave the room when the alarm stopped, we were not notified it was a false alarm, we had to call the front desk.

This hotel is convenient to I-26 but just far enough away to be relatively quiet. It is by far the best of a cluster of hotels in the same area. The staff was friendly and helpful and the king bed room seemed new and nicer than most Hampton Inns. There were a few minor nitpicks I have that prevented me from giving it 5 stars. Even cheap hotels give you cups in the bathroom wrapped in plastic for sanitary reasons. No cups here and we were on too tight a schedule getting dressed for an event to bother with asking for cups. Second issue is the design of the sliding mirrored door that does double duty as the bathroom door and the adjacent closet door. Only problem occurs if you slide the bathroom door all the way open when your spouse/partner is getting something out of the closet. The one halfway in the closet has to yell “Woah!” To keep from getting hit by the door. I’ve never seen this problem in any other hotel. There was room for a pocket door for the bathroom, but I guess they wanted to save a few bucks. Overall, a very clean, comfortable room with all the other usual amenities.

We enjoyed our stay. A nice greeting at the front door when we arrived to check in. Quick check-in. Beautiful room. Love the layout. Enjoyed the comfy sofa and the two ottomans were definitely a plus!!! Nice shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast in the morning was great! Nice greeting by the hotel clerk in the morning as well as the staff member taking care of the breakfast area. Always enjoy the fresh made waffles, omelets, and sausage, and hot coffee. Will be back again as we journey thru this area frequently. Thankyou!!

Cannot advise on the area around the hotel as we checked in at dark and left first thing in the morning. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast area was clean, fresh and well stocked. I spoke with Jasmine (employee) while having breakfast and was impressed with her. She takes pride in her work and speaks highly of her employer. She's a keeper Hampton Inn! You don't see many like her anymore!

The elevators went down for half of the day. My husband is handicapped and we couldn't get up to our room on the third floor. Breakfast is taken up before the time they say it ends.

I had a great one night stay. The Hampton Inn was conveniently located off the interstate. The property was beautiful and the facility well maintained. Check-in was fast and courteous. The beds were very comfortable. Room nicely decorated and clean. Shower SO wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and had many choices. All staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.
