Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. The negatives: The bathroom light shone thru the frosted door so bright it woke other people up whenever anyone used the bathroom overnight. The towels had an off putting…scent. There were only 3 bath towels for 4 people. The outside patio in the front of the hotel was in deplorable condition. It should have been removed after it was damaged.

It was an amazing stay. Room and facility was very clean. Smelled so good when I walked in my room. Definitely recommend! Only thing I could say is that the pool needs a little tlc cause it was cloudy. Hot tub was amazing.

very clean and updated hotel which is extremely convenient to I-95. Plenty of parking. Front desk staff was very friendly and checked me in super quick. Room was large and very clean inside. The room was quiet but yet I could get back on 95 quickly in the morning when I left. A++++++

For the most part the stay was amazing, had a great selection for breakfast and well maintained and cleaned, one of the elevators was very squeaky , the pool and Whirlpool both need some TLC and there was only one towel in the pool room so three of us and to walk back to or room soaking wet . And the jets on the whirlpool never came on the timer seems to be broken .

Upon arrival the first room I was given had an order. The young lady working the desk then moved me to another room. The second room the toilet wouldn’t stop running, just a continuous loud sound as the water was running to fill the tank that clearly never filled. I was moved again this time there was hair in the tub but I could not take another move so I dealt with it personally. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Property was clean room was nice but little balls of poop was on floor found the morning before we checked out could it be froma mouse or rabbit we dont know. Staff very nice! Oh an no wifi service was available unitil the next morning when it was time to leave.

The hotel location is great and the staff seems to be very friendly. There was no issues. However, I encountered several issues that made me provide a negative feedback. The first one is that there was no towels near the swimming pool, I spoke with the front desk twice and they promised to bring the towels, but after an hour and a half, I gave up and walked wet back to my room. The second one is that I realized that my bed sheets were not washed, or at least not well. In the morning I saw that someone used bed sheet and a nose tissue. It was a big spot of green dried boogers in the corner of the bed. I had to leave fast and did not have time to address it with the front desk, but I wanted to leave this information in the comment

Last stayed here in July 2024 and appears the room we were provided is starting to look deteriorated. Sofa cushions were severely stained, king bed was severely indented on the edges and the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling. Very disappointing when they charge top dollar for this space in Lumberton. Room #122

Second stay in a week and again, it was a good stop for the value. The room is a bit dated, peeling wallpaper and scratched cabinets, mostly in the bathroom but the rest of the room was fine. The only think I don’t like is the frosted barnyard door for the bathroom. It was tricky to lock.

Floors squeak really badly. People checked in above my room at 3AM. Walked constantly until 5 AM. Front desk asked them to settle down. They did after another 45 mins. They were back at it at 9 AM. Literally don’t sit still for more than a minute. Wouldn’t have mattered if the floors weren’t squeaky and this person walked very heavily CONSTANTLY. Highway traffic was quieter. Overall clean room and helpful staff. Convenient to restaurants and a Walmart up the street.

Great location. Big room that Slept 5 well. Our air conditioner was leaking onto the rug- damp. Barn doors are a poor choice for a bathroom. Fair breakfast- not enough food out, powered scrambled eggs.

Spacious room. TV needs to be mounted, can't see half of it over the person laying next to you on bed. The bathroom door needs to be solid, too much light in the middle of the night when going to the restroom, bed was very firm. Recommend having lotion in the bathroom.Remote didn't work well. Rm 233. B-fast buffet was not restocked very quickly, took more than 10 min to restock scrambled eggs. Expected better for the price.

The hotel over all is nice. Definitely 2.5 star hotel. The check-in staff were not customer service friendly. They never greeted us, simply “how can I help you.” Once we got in our room, the lights wouldn’t work. They said they’d check to see if the breaker tripped, then said they’d get a maintenance man up there. All while we are sitting in the dark waiting. We were never offered another room or an apology. The sheets and bathroom floor had hair on them. The shower was absolutely a dream and the amenities are nice.

Nice hotel for coming in to the area for an unexpected family visit. Staff was friendly, only negative was the room wasn’t cleaned when we left the do not disturb off the door, but front desk staff were nice to replace our towels.

Room was excellent, little to no wear and tear. Packaged AC unit was a bit noisy but didn't interfere with our sleep after a long day on the road. Morning breakfast was as expected from a Marriott property, with enough options to satisfy anyone. Overall, well worth the money.

I was passing through and stayed due to the hotel being conveniently close to the 95. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The only problem was the breakfast. No syrup for the waffle station and pretty slim pickings for other items I was surprised considering this is the only time that this has happened. Would recommend this place though despite the breakfast snafu

Very clean & excellent service. ADA accommodations terrific. Dont count on breakfast though...no scrambled eggs, no bananas or fruit of any kind. Coffee was very good, unless you would like a cup after 10am, then you're SOL.

Our only issue was the breakfasts ran out at 9am instead of 930am like they told us. We ended up having to spend money buying food for the kids and family. Breakfast being included was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here

Excellent hotel experience: I loved arriving and getting a pizza from the restaurant located in the parking lot. The hotel room was clean and all staff members were friendly. Shout out to the woman who was working the breakfast area. She was attentive to the needs of the families in the breakfast area. She offered high chairs and delivered them along with coloring sheets and crayons for children. Thanks for a great night at Springhill Suites in Lumberton, NC
