I arrived early at around 11am. The parking lot was empty except for the construction workers. Upon check-in I was told my room wasn't ready but would be ready in about an hour. So I decided to use the pool while I waited. But...I couldn't because it was green. The pool guy had just been there and dumped a bunch of chemicals in it. So I waited in the lobby which had a heavy industrial chemical smell. I was given room 119. The refrigerator rattled all night. I had to wear ear plugs. The room smelled of pine and purple fabuloso. I had to go buy citrus ordor neutralizer. Our beds were soft and we slept well. The room was well stovked with items for preparing your own food. We were 12 minutes from the texas a&m campus memorial student center.

The staff was ocerwhelmed. Apparently the parking lot was jam packed with work trucks from evey possibile company construction and otherwise you can imagine. So not much parking. The elivator smelled like a 1976 casino and the hallways smelled like a nursing home kitchen. The room was surprisingly clean.. but there were long black hairs in the sink and shower. Somebody need to turn down the water softener cause it takes 15 minutes to wash the soap out of your hair and off your body. They advertised hot top.. was ice cole and when i complained i was told i could call the manager which is pretty much what I expected. How was the desk employe goimg to heat the hot tub up. Are you tellimg me in this day an age you cant update your ammennities on line to take hot tub off .. when its not availble. It was a big reason i booked this hot hotel. I could have stayed at a less expensive hotel with a better rating thay had breakfast that didnt have a hot tub .... for less money.. so this was a problem for me.

I booked a suite w a kitchen which we didn’t need. I thought breakfast was included but was not. We specifically went there for the pool and spa and spay was hot but didn’t work properly (jets) which is the main reason to get into a spa.

Could have booked cheaper hotel but went with this one because it had hot tub and breakfast. Upon arrival was told it was a long term hotel so they didn’t have breakfast. After being out returned to relax at pool and hot tub but it wasn’t working. Now know to call hotel to confirm amenities.

The room was clean when we arrived, they are pet friendly and charge a fee for that, the kitchenette has a full fridge, dishwasher, sink and stovetop. The shower works great although the hard water in College Station makes it feel like you never really get the soap off of your skin or shampoo out of your hair. Our living room had a pull out couch and electric recliner that were comfortable. The TV has a bunch of stations, but no smart TV luxuries like Netflix, YouTube or HULU. If you want access to that you will need to use the free WiFi on your phone or other devices. Same for the TV in the bedroom. There is only one elevator so if you bring your pup I would recommend asking for a lower floor. We were on the 4th floor and it made it somewhat inconvenient to take our dog out to potty. First floor would have been ideal. The property is surrounded by grass for our dog to do her business. There is a convenient store next door if you forgot something at home, need gas or need more beer for your tailgating needs. They had great breakfast tacos too. Hotel offers free coffee in the lobby and bananas. All other food requires payment. Even though the property is in Bryan on the East side of Texas 6 on University Dr, it’s a quick trip to Kyle Field. We would stay here again.

We had bed bug issues and my family woke up with 34 bites and found two crawling in the bed the next morning. The chaos that this caused was overwhelming but the staff was professional about how they handled it and refunded our money with an apology email.

All was ok except for the bathroom. It was VERY dusty and in disrepair. There was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers, water poured out, and I mean POURED out of the fan vent when it was turned on, the bathtub was very dusty, and the towel rack fell off of the wall. I would never stay here again.

Can honestly say worst stay I’ve ever had. Have had better stays at 30-40 year old motels based on cleanliness. Bathroom mold all over, water leak in ceiling stains on bed sheets, towels looked brown.

Overall the room itself was good and beds were comfortable. But the hallways smelled really bad and so did the entire rest of the hotel smelled really bad. The only complaint I have about the room itself is that the bathroom towels all had holes in them. Made me feel like I was staying in a dirty hotel with the smell and towels. But inside the room did not smell. The entire hotel itself smelled like dirty water.

The rooms were not ready. We moved twice. The first room was hot and humid AC not working properly. The next room had bugs. The building obviously needed some care. The staff was awesome. Taylor and Alexandria helped us get a room suitable for us to stay in. They exemplified customer service.

I gave this hotel a 5 star rating, because of Christopher!! He made our stay an exceptional experience, even though the hotel was not ideal for basketball travel (no continental breakfast like we usually prefer). Christopher however was an absolute gem of a manager! His kindness and friendly demeanor really made our stay special.

I arrived early at around 11am. The parking lot was empty except for the construction workers. Upon check-in I was told my room wasn't ready but would be ready in about an hour. So I decided to use the pool while I waited. But...I couldn't because it was green. The pool guy had just been there and dumped a bunch of chemicals in it. So I waited in the lobby which had a heavy industrial chemical smell. I was given room 119. The refrigerator rattled all night. I had to wear ear plugs. The room smelled of pine and purple fabuloso. I had to go buy citrus ordor neutralizer. Our beds were soft and we slept well. The room was well stovked with items for preparing your own food. We were 12 minutes from the texas a&m campus memorial student center.

Stayed for a softball tournament at Veterans Park just across the street. It was very convenient, quiet & safe. Wish they provided a continental breakfast but at there’s a convenience store within a short walk.

The room was clean when we arrived, they are pet friendly and charge a fee for that, the kitchenette has a full fridge, dishwasher, sink and stovetop. The shower works great although the hard water in College Station makes it feel like you never really get the soap off of your skin or shampoo out of your hair. Our living room had a pull out couch and electric recliner that were comfortable. The TV has a bunch of stations, but no smart TV luxuries like Netflix, YouTube or HULU. If you want access to that you will need to use the free WiFi on your phone or other devices. Same for the TV in the bedroom. There is only one elevator so if you bring your pup I would recommend asking for a lower floor. We were on the 4th floor and it made it somewhat inconvenient to take our dog out to potty. First floor would have been ideal. The property is surrounded by grass for our dog to do her business. There is a convenient store next door if you forgot something at home, need gas or need more beer for your tailgating needs. They had great breakfast tacos too. Hotel offers free coffee in the lobby and bananas. All other food requires payment. Even though the property is in Bryan on the East side of Texas 6 on University Dr, it’s a quick trip to Kyle Field. We would stay here again.

Our experience was wonderful as soon as we walked in they greeted us asked if we need anything. They told us where everything was and they even told us they offer free coffee. That was amazing. Got to meet the manager Christopher very pleasant always making sure everything was good. I will definitely book again

The facility itself was nice. I’ve actually used candlewoods in a different city and loved the size of the space. Now what I did not like was that the tv in the bedroom area did not work. The room had two phones. Neither of which worked. The front desk would not let us have extra towels unless we brought down towels in a hamper that we were supposed to have but did not. One bed was super noisy, lumpy and squeaky. Not comfortable in the slightest. The site said that breakfast was provided, but was told that was not true at all. Overall I’d rate my stay a 3 out of 10. 3 for the nice facility and ease of checking in.

The staff was ocerwhelmed. Apparently the parking lot was jam packed with work trucks from evey possibile company construction and otherwise you can imagine. So not much parking. The elivator smelled like a 1976 casino and the hallways smelled like a nursing home kitchen. The room was surprisingly clean.. but there were long black hairs in the sink and shower. Somebody need to turn down the water softener cause it takes 15 minutes to wash the soap out of your hair and off your body. They advertised hot top.. was ice cole and when i complained i was told i could call the manager which is pretty much what I expected. How was the desk employe goimg to heat the hot tub up. Are you tellimg me in this day an age you cant update your ammennities on line to take hot tub off .. when its not availble. It was a big reason i booked this hot hotel. I could have stayed at a less expensive hotel with a better rating thay had breakfast that didnt have a hot tub .... for less money.. so this was a problem for me.

The bathroom tile grout was very dirty and the bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned in some time. There was dust on the shelves and the cabinet doors were dirty and also, the counters. The shower had hair on the walls and the tub and the surroundings from a previous resident. The coffee in the room was terrible and the cooktop took a considerably long time to heat up.

Could have booked cheaper hotel but went with this one because it had hot tub and breakfast. Upon arrival was told it was a long term hotel so they didn’t have breakfast. After being out returned to relax at pool and hot tub but it wasn’t working. Now know to call hotel to confirm amenities.

Bathrooms are gross. Grease stains on the doors, dirty grout on the flood, yellowish shower curtain, water damaged walls. They just need to be completed updated. Towels are gross, have a greyish color and need to be replaced. The hallways smell like a trash can. Not sure why. It's a cheap hotel so we didn't expect much but cleanliness is expected. The bed linens were clean and beds comfortable otherwise we would have left.

Great location if you are in town for a soccer tournament at Veteran’s Park. The fields are right across the street. TXB gas station and Starbucks in the parking lot. Room was clean and AC worked well. Will definitely stay again the next time we are in College Station for a tournament.
