Séjour court, étape de voyage, en famille. Nous cherchions spécifiquement un hôtel avec piscine : comme indiqué sur le site de l'hôtel, cet équipement existe ... mais en réalité non ! Attention donc, hôtel super sympa propre et confortable mais pas de piscine ! Dommage pour notre court séjour ! :-(

Excellent facilities, super clean room, big smart TV, bath and shower, coffee machine and kettle, very comfortable bed and bedding. Late check in and bar open till late, free parking outside the hotel, quiet area and easy access to motorway. Staff friendly and helpful

Good hotel, value for money. Only note is with an electric car, the hotel charger is a very old charger and the Tesla charger there isn't available to other brands yet so.. be aware if you are with an electric car your car will need 15-20 hours for a full charge.. but hey its for free so enjoy it

This hotel is convenient and friendly, it’s always very clean from reception to the breakfast area. Breakfast is very nice and plentiful, we like the hotel for the comfy beds and is usually very quiet. Our last visit had a small issue with the night staff who allowed an external door continuously to bang when open or closed. Reported to staff although they denied it was them (only person on duty) the noise stopped immediately.

The first room 110 was very smelly, previous incumbents had been smoking in that room. Moved to another room 316 which was noisy from i believe a generator or machinery of some sort. This made a noise all night long. We have been to this hotel many times without issue, on this occasion it disappointed on a large scale. Corridors smelt smokey and everywhere could do with a deep clean. Last visit was 16 months previously and it has gone downhill rapidly.

I think my stay would have been better if the farmers strike was not happening shutting down some road access. The strike limited my ability to get around effectively making the location not as ideal for my business. WiFi did not work first 2 days, but they gave me a conference room with hard line for free and were attentive to all my requests. Good location for business access, but not ideal for vacationing as it is a bit far from the city center.

L'hôtel est très bien situé et quasiment neuf. L'accueil laisse à désirer, impersonnel,à peine bonjour, pas de sourire et aucune information, cela à l'arrivée comme au départ. La chambre est grande, bien équipée, le lit confortable, par contre très mal insonorisée, et l'occultation des fenêtres n'est pas suffisante.

Dans cet hôtel pour passage d'un concours le lendemain à Pau, nous avons été accueillis après de longues minutes comme si notre entrée n'était pas signalée. Le poussoir de la chasse d'eau était en mauvais état,la porte menant a la salle d'eau, gonflée et très bruyante. Ce qui me rend particulièrement déçue de mon voyage... Et oui je connais déjà la réponse : l'hôtel n'est pas responsable de la perte d'objet personnel s'il n'est pas dans le coffre". Dans le stress avant examen, jai oublié de vérifier une dernière fois que rien n'était derrière moi : j'y ai laissé un jeans (de peu de valeur pour être précise) qui devait se trouver sous un sac. Je m'en suis aperçu en début d'après midi et ai contacté la réception qui n'a même pas pris le peine de prendre mes coordonnées pour me rappeler s'il était retrouvé. Conclusion : faites très attention à ne rien oublier dans cet établissement, je ne suis pas sûre que tout le personnel soit de confiance...

Chambres accueillant des animaux, Obligé de changer car odeurs de chien mouillé dans notre chambre Impossible de rester Hôtel LA BOUCHERIE qui refuse 4 clients à 21h05 alors que le restaurant est peu rempli un samedi soir ?? Nous avons été manger en ville ou de nombreux restaurants aimables était disponibles .. Déception totale

Fantastic value for money and helpful service. Out of town location but handy for the bus into the centre. Good parking. Just beware onsite restaurant closed Sunday night.
