Steve , in the bar, was a wonderful reception, although we arrived just before last call. Steve offered us cold beverages and something to snack on after our day on the road. He also gave us recommendations based upon the questions we had regarding Jack Daniel’s tour, the uncle nearest tour as well as the best local pho! We enjoyed visiting with Steve and look forward to seeing him on our next visit to the Nashville area.

Check in was smooth and fast. Just be aware the onsite bar and restaurant is closed on Sundays, which was a bit disappointing. However, there are plenty of restaurants and bars near by. Its a safe location and worth the extra few dollars to be in a hotel where there is little to no rifraf and proximity to the interstate and shopping and restaurants.

Everyone who works here was SUPER nice and accommodating. This is one of the more affordable options in this block of hotels in Murfreesboro... Totally worth it. I didn't have a chance to visit the fitness center but it looked fantastic.

We rrally enjoyed our stay thus weekend. The food was great in the restaurant and the staff were amazing. Conveniently located, restaurant, shopping you name it; its there. Twenty minute's from The largest bar in the US; Humble Baron, were webkicked off our celebrations. Forty minutes from downtown Nashville where we ended our celebrations with sunday brunch with family. Oh, did I mention shopping.....😉👌💕❤️

Outside the hotel was clean, the lobby was nice and neat and the snack selection was nice. I liked seeing that the hotel was business friendly with two monitors and a printer and copy. Most importantly, the room and bathroom were clean and the beds were comfy for an important restful sleep.

Checking in was quick and easy. Pleasant staff. Sports Bar & Grill was good. Bartender was great. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was not free - had to purchase, coffee was out and so were eggs. Overall, very convenient, clean and comfortable.

The 3-11 front desk associate and the bartender were wonderful! The room was comfortable and the property was nice. The AM front desk associate was not concerned at all about the hairy bath towel that was folded up as clean in our room. She pulled the hair off the towel and told me to have a nice day. There was no apology nor was i offered a clean towel. That was dissapointing.

We found a bed bug in one of our beds in the middle of the night. We left at 2:00 in the morning and had to drive to a different hotel in a different town an hour away and pay for another hotel reservation for the same night. I told the front desk person on duty in the middle of the night. She noted the issue and gave me her managers number. I called the manger the next day as well as contacting customer service at Hotels.com. I have gotten absolutely no resolution to the situation from the hotel or Hotels.com.

Nothing was right about this reservation. Over-charged more than agreed amount. Walk-In Shower drain had hair & debris in it. Dust everywhere, especially doors and vents. Curtains off the rods. Poor quality furniture, tv, bad digital cable, & no guide or channel listings available or provided. Owner couldn’t fix or wouldn’t. Coffee station sat on chair end table below waist level though plenty of floor space for waist-height table. Construction/obstacles all around hotel. My room next to interstate and extremely noisy. No dining available and no breakfast provided though busy holiday travelers. Failed in every area. Owner wouldn’t fix issues and refused to discount for inconveniences. High cost. Recommend: Go to other hotels nearby instead of here. Does Expedia really offer/recommend this low quality at high dollar costs?? I made pictures because I can’t believe Expedia would set me up in a dump like this!!!

Expressway noise was loud in the room. Not enough handicap spaces. We had to park on the back side of the building and the Key card would not work on a side door and we had to walk all the way around the building in the cold. Since we stayed 3 days, it would have been nice if housekeeping had checked our room for trash and replaced coffee, etc.

The bed was TERRIBLE. I wouldn’t be surprised if we found out we were actually sleeping on a box spring and not a mattress. We just made a quick stop as we were passing through on a long drive and I just wanted to sleep and go so I did not make a big deal of it but the bed was literally one of the worst I have ever slept on. Also, when I booked it said breakfast was included but the hotel told me it wasn’t. We wanted to get our long drive over with so we just left and didn’t push it but part of the reason we booked was because it said breakfast was included so we could grab something on our way out and then they told us we would have to pay more for it. Super disappointing. The hotel was clean and the room was fine other than the mattress but we won’t stay here or recommend this to anyone. Overall very disappointed.

The bed was extremely stiff and uncomfortable. HVAC very close to bed and blew directly in my face all night. I’ve stayed and Holiday Inn properties in multilple locations without any issues. I would not recommend or stay here again.

The bed was rock hard and noisy. My shoulder, hip and ankle ached within minutes due to lack of cushioning. I honestly think the floor would have been equally comfortable. The mattress itself was loud. Every time my spouse or I moved at all we heard a pleather on pleather type of squeak. Neither of us got more than 3 hours of sleep as we woke every time one of us moved. I woke sore and more tired than when I laid down despite allowing time for a full 8 hours of sleep. Will not stay here again.

First off- I want to point out that the night manager Willetta was lovely. However- when I arrived to check in- i had to wait over 30 minutes for Mina to return to the front desk. I had Holliday Inn on my phone requesting a refund before he showed up. He said he was in the bathroom for over 30 minutes? Two other patrons were waiting for assistance as well. When i got to my room- the doors to the cabintes were broken. I couldnt manipulate the air to go below 72 so the room remained warm and sticky (TN is humid) Room was clean and for that i was grateful. I wont stay here again as it was overpriced for what i experienced.

Our stay was for one night. We enjoyed the convenience of dining options around the area. It was clean and fairly quiet. My only suggestion was the mid shift staff at the front desk could have been more friendly. She seemed more concerned with her homework or whatever she was working on. She messed up our reservation and we were charged twice and it took too long for the situation to be fixed.

The continental breakfast was not good at all. And the lady rudely asked us for our ticket and took them so the next 2 days we just went across the street and got bagels. The bar area smells bad but the lady there on one night was friendly. Had o request them to come clean your room which was off to us since we travel all the time I’ve never had to ask them to come clean so after day 1 I went and asked for towels and took trash with me and the lady then said just leave it in your room or in the hallway… umm gross! Come clean the room and she said it had to be scheduled so I scheduled it and they still didn’t come.

I love the pool. It was about 30 of us there to celebrate a brown shower for my sister on Saturday. The venue room that they gave us was very nice. My room was very nice. I appreciated the extra blanket.
